The waitress was nice… The food took forever. The margarita came in a short glass filled with ice. I won’t be back. My meal was ok though I had a cheese burger and fries. My qeuso dip sucked though.

The food was great. No complaints, everything tasted super great, especially the hummus. However, the service was borderline disrespectful. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait even though there was only 1 name in front of us. Then we watched them let multiple groups of the same size come in and get seat before us, while also noting there were at least 4 – 5 tables COMPLETELYOPEN. The only reason we were seated in the next 30 minutes was because some of the hosts’ friends came in and wanted to be seated, so one of the hosts said he «would get this other group seated now» so they could sit down. We sat at a table that had been open since we got there.

Tasty burgers and fries, fair prices and a friendly wait staff. The food doesn’t «wow» me, but it’s typical American food… it never really wow’s me anyway. If you’re at Easton shopping with your friends and family and are craving burgers though it’s definitely worth trying. I wish the restaurant weren’t so dark though. Maybe it’s just me but I have a hard time seeing when I’m in this place, especially when you’re placed in a corner booth towards the back of the restaurant. I feel like I’m a dungeon.

Tried the pizza tonight for the first time. Got the Sicilian. Was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Crust was perfectly cooked. Had a great chew and slight crunch. Toppings were evenly spread and generous. Give it a try.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and the place was half full(at best). Four employees were standing around the door talking and didn’t greet us. Then, told a twenty minute wait. I looked around and laughed — your half full and a twenty minute wait??? We moved on, and won’t be back.

Had brunch on Sunday. Waitress was prompt; served the drinks quickly. We had the Sunday special– Kentucky Hot Brown and it was great! Generous amount of turkey, fresh tomato slices and lots of cheesy sauce. Here’s the kicker– all of that was Topped with 2 strips of crispy bacon! Yummalicious!

The Gary’s 3-way was sooo good. Never had chili and spaghetti before. Definitely will again. The award-winning macaroni and cheese definitely was not. :(It was a little soupy and didn’t have a lot of cheese or taste. The bread pudding was really good also. Our server was friendly and quick. Definitely would come back for the Gary’s 3-way.

I was visiting Columbus and while at Easton Town Center we chose the Rusty Bucket to eat/rest. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service, friendly staff, clean atmosphere and delicious food. They even had many gluten free choices for me that included more than a salad, unlike other restaurants in the area. I’m look forward to eating there again when I am in town and am hoping they open one in Chicago soon!

Visiting Ohio with a friend and came here for lunch. The place was not very busy but it was like 2:00. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the French onion soup and ½ bbq chicken salad. The soup was amazing. So rich and cheesy.mmmmm. The bbq chicken salad was good but i wasn’t a fan of the dressing otherwise it was good. Would love to try this place again.

My first visit to Rusty Bucket, during a trip to Columbus, although we have one in Cleveland. The overall food and experience was just OK, nothing to write home about. I probably wouldn’t return, especially with so many other places in the immediate vicinity. I visited here on a rainy Saturday afternoon with 4 family members, including a 2 year old. The hostess was a bit confused when we asked for a high chair/booster seat and also had trouble determining where we would sit. We waited for approx. 20 – 25 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The staff just couldn’t get it together. After waiting for some time, I approached the hostess and asked if we could please be seated… she lead us to the outdoor patio which had been partially covered because of the rain. Our table and chairs were wet and because the patio cover didn’t extend to the ground, our feet were wet as well. Our server approached to take our order and he was just a bit absent minded. Our food arrived a short time later, I ordered the daily special(wrong choice), the shrimp scampi over pasta. The shrimp was coated with a light crust of something and the dish was slightly spicy. It was just ok. My family members agreed that there selections were just ok, as well. Shortly before leaving, another family entered with 2 small children and received the same confused delivery from the hostess.

Rusty bucket is one of my favorite quick drink and dinner spot since I work near this Easton location. I however was very disappointed in my order yesterday. I had ordered a Thai Steak salad(no nuts and seeds due to health reasons). I received my togo container and the salad portion which was supposed to be a nice mixture of lettuces and cabbage with noodles looked more like a bagged salad from Walmart. The edges had started to turn and wilt. the steak was better but they left the seeds in it so I had to meticulously pick them out. Not a fun meal. Hopefully they were just having an off night.

I chose the Rusty Bucket as the place to have my birthday dinner with my friends and I. We made a reservation for 16 people and came in on time. However, my reservation was not ready and I had to wait. After waiting, they finally escorted me to the back room to where my party would be sat. I had two different section facing the opposite direction with 8 people for section. I was very disappointing by this and asked the host what can I do. I had to connect the tables myself into a U to make sure my guest and I were one section in the back room to ourselves. The food and the service at the rusty bucket was great. I had fried pickles, tuna wrap, chicken wings, and sticky rice. The food came out on time and was well made. I would defiantly go back for the food. Overall, I had a bad experiencing in terms of planning and response by the managers and host. My server did a good job and the food was really good.

My patty melt burger was delicious! It was cooked medium perfectly! That was gone in seconds!!! I also enjoyed the bucket o shrimp for my appetizer because the cajun spice made it go well with the sauces they provided! The chicken pesto pasta was bland and the chicken was dry but the garlic bread was delicious. The italian sausage pizza was spicier than i thought but delicious nonetheless :)

I came here with my six year old niece after a trip to American Girl. It was lunch time on a Saturday and we got a table right away. We sat in the heated and covered outdoor area. It was a rainy winter day but still warm and cozy. The hostess came over with two AG high chairs for the dolls. It was so cute. I ordered the double stuffed quesadilla. The filling was decent but the middle part was almost all chicken that was too big. The sauces(guac, salsa and sour cream) were sparse, per usual to every restaurant I’ve ever been to. I feel like the condiments are used as decoration on the plate than the practical use of a dip. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back but the service was great. A good place to check out if you happen to be close by.

The most unprofessional, disrespectful management I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My friends and I attended the Easton location Saturday 12⁄13 for a friend’s birthday. In total there were about 25 to 30 of us. We were put out on the enclosed patio which was perfect for our large group. As you can probably imagine with that large of a group there are many coversations going on so it is going to be a little louder in the room than it would be with 10 to 15 people. Where the problem comes in is the way the person we assume was the manager came out and without introducing himself or anything just yelled in the room you guys need to be quite or you can leave. One member of our group stated maybe we should do that leave and he just yelled back yeah maybe you should. 1st this is not the way any manager at any reputable establishment should handle that type of situation it was very disrespectful to patrons who are more than wiling and more than prepared to spend a lot of money in your business. If we were truly a problem he could have handled it in a more professional manner. You do not come out and just tell people to essentially shut up or leave address it the first time then if you have to tell us agian then ask us to leave he needs a mangement 101 class. I would like to add after having conversations with other staff members that were outside of the area we were in I was told they couldn’t even hear us in the inside area. 2nd to add insult to injury he decided he needed to call the police and easton security on individuals who were not doing any harm to the property or anyone on the premises. We were drinking having fun and talking. I have never felt so disrespected in all of my life. To have a police sit there and watch us eat was insulting and if I had not already ordered my food I would have left immediately. The moment I finished I respectfully went out asked my waitress for my bill payed and tipped because it was not her fault and left. This disgusting display has forever taintend my view of the easton rusty bucket. You have just lost a group of young professionals that will not only never dine/drink there again but make it our mission to make sure everyone we know is aware of the lack of respect this business has for their patrons

Well I have been to this location several times and have enjoyed each visit. The interior is nice and I like having the option of a patio. My recommendation would be the codwhich with their seasoned fries as neither has disappeared me. Service can vary by who your server is(no duh right?). Be they attentive or a tad on the slow, side everyone has been kind and the job gets done.

Overall: Pretty decent food for a bar. Good beer selection. Decent happy hour. Happy hour is $ 1 off drafts and $ 8 pizzas. There was a nice beer selection, roughly 25 beers on tap. They’re priced according to ABV(higher ABV is more expensive), and you can order a 16oz or a 20oz. FYI the 20oz is the better deal. Most beers are $ 5.50−6.50 normally for the 20oz. On Fridays they have 3 martinis for $ 6.75 each. The Key Lime Pie martini is yummy. Tastes exactly like key lime pie. The food: We shared the siracha haberno wings. I have a medium heat tolerance, but I was somewhat underwhelmed by these. I was expecting to have my mouth on fire but these just had a medium heat to them. Disappointed in the size of the wings. These were tiny. But we didn’t come here only for wings. We also got the Sicilian pizza. All pizzas are 12″, which is the size of a small pizza. One person could eat it all and be extremely full. It was pretty good. maybe just a few too many red onions. Also tried the Friday special: Tequila Lime Tilapia. It’s a blackened tilapia over broccoli and black bean corn salsa. This was surprisingly good! The fish was cooked perfectly, and the black bean corn medley complemented it nicely. The service was friendly and quick. Everything was clean. And I liked the décor. Lots of TVs. I would definitely come here to watch a game.

Executive Summary: Food was a 3.5 star experience, but the service was a 1 – 2 star because of the slowness. Enjoying a mid-week vacation day 9/4, I took my youngest son and wife to Easton. We stopped by Rusty Bucket around 1 for lunch. We were promptly seated, but it took several minutes before someone came to take our drink order. It was enough time for us to go ahead and put in our food order too. The server brought out my wife’s and son’s drinks, but it took an additional 10+ minutes for my beer to arrive. I didn’t time it, but it did take our food a longer than expected time to arrive too. I noticed another table who arrived several minutes after us get their meal much sooner. They had a different server. Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, I think our server was given too many tables to balance. As for the food, I had the double bacon cheddar burger. Other than needing a hefty dose of salt the burger was above average. They did not overcook my burger, it was a good size, and the toppings were high quality.
