I don’t have other computer repair businesses to compare these guys to. But they completely replaced my laptop screen in less than a week for 100 bucks. I would return.

I took my boyfriends ipad here and it was destroyed. It looked like it had been ran over multiple times. I took it somewhere before hand and they told me they couldnt get the bumps out to make the glass lay straight and that I needed to take it to apple. I then took it to speedy and they looked at it and didnt bat an eye. They had it done in a day and was very reasonably priced. I recommend them to everyone and they give you 5% off if you pay cash just fyi.

Right before Christmas, we had a screen crack on a brand new Ipad mini. You can imagine the resulting anxiety; it only grew worse after contacting two «highly recommended» shops with dismal responses.
On our third search, Christmas Eve afternoon, we were at Speedy Tech repairs. (The business is located on High St. between Morse Rd. and Rte.161, just south of Lincoln.) With a pause, they said they had the right case color available & could fix it, for @ $ 125. Not only did they live up to their name, there was a Unilocal discount for $ 10 off, making the experience that more pleasurable. Furthermore, they provided two $ 5 off coupons for the next repair or to give to a friend. (Hopefully, we will use it for the latter.)
So, Christmas Eve evening, cracked screen anxiety was replaced with full screen addiction.

This place is awesome! I’ve been here twice and always happy when I leave.
Recently I broke more than just a screen, the actual hardware in my iPad was broken and need a piece soldered on. Dave was experienced and happy to do that for a very affordable price. It’s hard to find someone who knows what to do and how to do it and at a bargain too. Very few can actually solder like this.
And to top it off, my repairs were done days faster than I expected. If anything happens to my tech again, I’ll be sure to come back.

I first called about 20 minutes before they were open, and my phone call was answered which was nice! The girl who I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I brought my iPhone 4S in later that day to have a shattered screen replaced without needing an appointment, and it was fixed very quickly while I waited! This phone is important to me so it was so nice to have a repair done with absolutely no fuss at an affordable price. While we were waiting we talked a bit with the team and they were very friendly and made us feel comfortable, and you can tell they know their business. We were even given a coupon to use on our next repair. I would definitely go here again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Mike and his team at Speedy Tech Repair took a bad customer service experience and turned it around completely. After my bad experience Mike called me and repaired my phone. The experience restored my faith in good people and good businesses! After thinking I would never come here again I am happy to report that not only would I come back but I would also recommend them! I was very happy with them at first. It was cheap and quick! But I soon came to realize the top of my iphone 5 screen (which is what I had them replace) was popping out. It never caused any real problems all I had to do was push it back in and everything was good! Soon though, the whole screen just popped out while I was attempting to pop the top back in. I immediately brought it in and they told me I needed to pay them again for a whole new screen. They didn’t help me at all for something that was their fault they tried to blame me for the action and became extremely rude. I left right away and went to code red! They could tell right away the screen was glued on very cheaply and even discounted the price down to that of speedy tech repairs! It was done an hour or so later because they had a few phones ahead of mine.
The owner recently contacted me via Unilocal and told me to call so we could arrange a refund! I was very excited to hear this but quickly let down when I realized after I called they were shorting me almost $ 50 of what I paid originally and only if I changed my review and came back to the store to pick the money up in cash. Also it was only a little over a month since I had my phone replaced when I came in not 2 and a half months.

I took my water damaged MacBook Pro in for repair and was very impressed by the outstanding customer service. They fixed my laptop at a price that was more than fair and the work was performed on a very quick timeframe. I would highly recommend Speedy Tech’s services to all of my friends and family.

It took me longer to notice that the back of my iPhone was cracked after an accidental drop then it took these guys to fix it… I highly recommend this place!

Simply amazing! Shattered my iPhone screeen and they had it replaced in 30 minutes without an appointment! Saved me a TON of money, but also the hassle of having to order a replacement phone throught Verizon. They do all phones and ipads as well. SO excited!

I am slightly appalled that Unilocal has all of the reviews for this place listed as «filtered». Speedy tech repaired my shattered iphone screen in 30 minutes, with no appointment. They were extremely professional and friendly, and the cost was $ 69. That is the fastest and cheapest option in columbus, AND you don’t need a stupid appointment. This place deserves 5 stars, bottom line.

The customer service here is beyond exceptional! I had the misfortune of needing to come in twice in 3 days but they were extremely helpful, courteous & friendly both times. Not only did they repair my phone in less than 30 minutes each time, they also gave me little tips should anything happen in the future! Hard to believe there is still such great customer service out there! I will be recommending & coming back to this place for sure!

Fantastic service at the best price. I walked in with a shattered iPad screen and was out the door in 30 minutes. The alternative was working through Apple for double the cost or sending away for a week and paying shipping costs. This place is a no-​brainer!

My son absolutely shattered the screen of his iPhone. It was not even usable. Looking at it, I wondered if it could even be repaired. Daniel, who yes, as you read all of these reviews, IS as amazing as everyone says, took one look at it, created a ticket, and I was able to have it the next day! (We dropped it off late, almost close of business, and he actually seemed apologetic that I would have to wait a day to get it. How often does THAT happen nowadays!?) He truly cares about the customers, and it definitely shows.
