repaired my iPhone 5 screen in 15 minutes. Excellent service.

Brought my phone in after I left it in my yard overnight while it rained, expecting an expensive bill and a maybe working phone. Instead, when they opened it up they didn’t see any water damage on the inside, so they didn’t even charge me anything for the service and I have a phone that works like new! Very professional, helpful staff.

Had an iPhone 5s screen that was separating from the phone body replaced in about 30 minutes with excellent customer service (they answered all of my many questions).
I wish I’d simply come here in the first place instead of driving to Easton twice to visit the Apple store, only to find out that my «factory refurbished» phone hadn’t been refurbished exclusively by Apple. I appreciate Apple’s service, generally, but this was a huge time waste!
At uBreakiFix I walked in the door and was immediately helped and my phone was ready to go in no time. Extremely convenient and no complaints! Pricing was reasonable at $ 118.24 total for the replacement.

Quick and easy! Great staff, and even a movie to help you get over the withdrawal of not having your phone in your hand constantly!

This review has more to do with their policy and not the employees, which I have found to quite courteous and polite (hence the two stars instead of the obligatory 1)
I do computer and electronics repair as a trade and hobby, smartphones included, and I have previously repaired iPhones, so when I come across a broken smartphone (cracked digitizer or something else), I don’t need the repair service, I just need the replacement hardware
Due to an agreement issue of some sort, Micro Center across the street no longer sells iPhone digitizers (touchscreens), my nephew needed the digitizer replaced on his iPhone, so after finding out that Micro Center no longer sold them we went across the street to UbreakIfix, when I asked if I could buy the digitizer and install it myself, they said they only sell them as a part of their repair service, and that I couldn’t buy the digitizer without them doing the replacement themselves
Being that most people don’t have the experience and tools to do it themselves, there shouldn’t be a problem for most people, but being that I do happen to have the experience and tools to do it, I don’t feel I should have to pay the replacement fee, and wait the time it takes for them to replace it (definitely if they have a backlog), if they have the parts in stock (and they should if they are doing repairs onsite) there is no reason they can’t sell the parts without the service

These guys are the shit. I’ve broken pretty much every iPhone I’ve had, the current model (6) I’ve broken like 4 times.
Their work is solid and quick (usually like 20 mins). I send all my friends and family here.
Warranty on their work is solid. I once had the screen replaced and noticed a small section of the screen was unresponsive –they fixed it in a jiff, free of charge.
I’ve brought in my phone while the charging port wasn’t working, they just cleaned out the pocket lint I hadn’t noticed for free and didn’t try to up-​sell me.
You could theoretically turn in your phone with your phone company for a full trade-​in once these guys are done with it. No one would notice.

My initial experience with this location was just fine, like any other customer service location. I turned in my phone with the expectation that my front LCD screen (only issued with the phone) would be replaced for $ 109 before tax. After I released my phone to the location I continued to communicate from my laptop via email, at home. Via email the rep told me it would be done in 2 – 3 hours. After 3 hours of communicating the rep emailed me back and told me the part was not in, and I’d have to wait until tomorrow (unless I wanted a different color screen to replace the broken one — no thanks). Due to having to wait an extra day the rep offered me a discounted tempered glass screen (I thankfully accepted). After waiting over 24 hours to have a simple fix done, I finally went to pick up my phone. The rep had told me everything was good and in working order, so I began to pay for the service. Before I paid, I asked to look at the phone and noticed the ENTIRE back of the phone was shattered. The rep acted completely ignorant to the situation and said it was under warranty, and if I wanted to bring it back in I could — for «free.» I was about to pay for a service that actually put my phone in more damage that before. So I left the phone with the rep, again, and told him to make it right. That evening I returned back to the store after communicating with UBreakiFit headquarters and having them reach the owner, to only have a very condescending employee have a very nasty tone with me (probably because his boss ripped him for being such a great professional). Now that both sides of my phone are clear, without a scratch, my Touch ID fails and does not work and the battery no longer holds a charge. Great.

Butterfingers… I dropped my phone again and shattered the screen. Luckily uBreakiFix was there to save the day. As much as I love the Apple Store, making a Genius bar appointment with limited timeslot openings and then driving to Easton Mall can be inconvenient. Also, I have limtied experience as to how long the repair would take and Apple’s website said there was a possibility of needing to send my phone in for 3 – 5 days. I did not want to take that chance. I know some people are wary about going to a 3^rd party repair, but I had no concerns since I already had some moisture damage and was not concerned about «voiding the warranty.»
Anyways, despite its silly name «uBreakiFix» (really?!?), the storefront and customer service were both professional. I was able to walk in with my shattered iphone. Since there was no LCD damage, I was only charged ~$ 110 for glass repair, even though technically the repair was the same. I was surprised they did not strongarm me into paying the higher repair cost and I appreciated their honesty. Amazingly, the repair took less than 30 minutes. I am happy with the results. I noticed a very faint amount of light leakage at the bottom of the screen, but it’s hardly noticable, unless you look real closely. I would definitely return if I had to. Hopefully, i’ll use my case more frequently from now on.

This place is amazing! I have left the verizon store the last 3 times, very upset that they can never do anything to fix a phone that is not working. The guy at the verizon store gave me the run around and couldn’t help me, and told me to go here. I did, and was amazed by how good they were. If verizon could only be as good as these guys are with customer service, and good work.
I walked in the Ubreakifix store, the guy was super understanding and friendly, told me what he guessed was the issue, but would confirm in about 5 minutes once he did an assessment. He gave me a time of when he thought it would be finished, and I walked out of the store in 30 minutes, just as promised – with a phone that was fully functioning and delivered with a smile!
For anyone that has a damaged phone, tv, play station, ipod, ipad, please visit this store. You will not regret it. The cost is reasonable as well. I use my phone for work and can not be without, so I can not be more thankful for the work they do.

These guys are Great!
My daughter’s phone that was still under warranty died 3 months age. Verizon graciously ordered her a new one, and Oh By The Way talked us into insurance. When the new phone died this week (pretty much same symptoms) they said they could replace it but if the factory found any water we would be charged $ 500!
Not wanting to risk $ 500 we tried uBreakiFix, they looked at her phone, said it’s a software problem and provided all of the steps to back-​up, re-​set and re-​start her phone. The Best Part= All At NO Charge!!!

Excellent customer service and incredibly fast repair on a broken iPhone screen. Highly recommended and will definitely come back for future needs.

When it comes to iPhone fixes, this place really shattered my expectations! Quick fix for a broken screen without busting your wallet. You would have to be cracked to go anywhere else for your repair.

I dropped my phone today and the screen came off. The guys put the screen back fast and FREE of charge! They are awesome! They gave good recommendations on screen protections too! Highly recommended!

No apt required. Shattered phone fixed in 20 – 30 minutes! Super easy, and a well-​run efficient website and brick & mortar store! They also do water damage-​fixed or free!

Quick iphone battery replacement at almost half the cost of apple’s own site. What could be better! Helpful and knowledgeable employees. Will definitely use them in the future.

My iPhone 5’s charger port was having difficulty getting connectivity with my charger cord. I first took it to the Apple store, waited at the genius bar for half an hour before they told me there’s nothing they could do to repair the phone and I would have to just replace it for $ 279, since it’s past its 1-​year warranty.
Pfffffft. Being unimpressed with Apple’s solution, I roughed it for about a month learning to modify my charging techniques by tilting & pushing my cord to get the contact patches to touch. Finally, after these methods were starting to wear out my patience, I decide to give uBreakiFix a try since it was close by my area.
Not only were they able to fix my problem by simply switching out the charge port part, it took an just hour and ~$ 70. I dropped off my phone, grabbed some lunch next door and came back to pick up my phone good as new!
Highly satisfied and impressed. Great job, guys!
