I have been a fairly frequent drive-thru customer at this TH location since it opened near my neighborhood, and I’m sorry to say that it’s not yet been able to achieve impressive and consistent levels of customer service and order accuracy. First, there doesn’t seem to be much«process:» except for the guy/gal taking the orders, there’s NO clear division of labor — it seems like a free-for-all! And because of that, it is severely RARE that I get what I order every time I visit: a Bacon BELT with *no* cheese(either it comes with cheese, or the bagel is wrong, or all that’s on the(possibly wrong) bagel is the egg and bacon!). I also usually get decaf coffee, and about half the time, they«don’t have any brewed.» Huh?!? There also seems to be a high level of turnover, and I’m sure that contributes to the poor attitudes of the staff and the efficiency of the operation. This past week marked the last time I accept a subpar experience there: not going back.

This is one of the best in terms of service. The people who work here are nice — professional and know their«stuff». May not be in the best neighborhood but these guys are a shinning star here.

Man Oh Man do I love me some Canada. From Queen Elizabeth II, to William Shatner, to Bryan Adams, to Tim Horton’s. Speaking of Tim Horton’s…I just went to the newest one on Harrisburg Pike aka 3C Highway aka Rt 62 at the Central Point Shopping Center. The coffee was excellent, the donuts were excellent and I’m sure the sammies will be excellent as always. Bright, shiny and new. Service was bubbly and friendly, fresh off of training. If you like Tim Horton’s, here’s another one to stop at when you need a fix. I hope I’ll see you there, eh?
