Went there today for the first time. The name has been changed from Big Ray’s to Volcano. The shop was clean and the techs were pleasant. I got 5qt semi synthetic, filter, air filter ($ 26), tires checked, washer fluid filled, and coupon for car wash. All this in less than 15 minutes. Total $ 67. I wouldn’t say they are outside the range of what you would pay elsewhere, except for maybe Quick Lane ($ 39.99) which includes tire rotation, although they are usually anything but quick. I’ll give four stars for now and try them again.

Great service! The workers were friendly and knowledgable. J showed me I had another air filter behind my glove box that has never been changed since I bought the car! I never knew it was there. They didn’t try to up-​sell you on a bunch of stuff. At the end you got a free pass for a car wash and towel dry service. I LOVE this place!
