Acura Of Concord

Rezaul Beshar is the primary reason I went through Acura of Concord. He literally went out of his way to get the car I wanted by trading with another dealer that was quite a distance from Concord. Additionally, he drove the car to my home in San Carlos and took BART back to his home. The lease included lots of Acura incentives, which other dealers had mentioned, but Rezaul gave me what appeared to be the total incentive deductions (other dealers skimped on this). He patiently went through the various gadgetry in the car until I understood them. I can’t speak for the other sales people at Acura of Concord, but if Rezaul is representative, then they must be quite good.

Definitely the person to contact is Rezaul Bashar! I want to thank him for his awesome customer service!!! Best customer service ever! He took the time to explain details and was able to work the numbers with us! He went above and beyond! If you’re looking for a car look him up!!!

My wife and I just leased a brand new 2016 Acura TLX sedan with the amazing assistance of Rezaul Bashar, one of the internet sales managers here. We did our negotiations on the numbers over email over a period of two weeks, and came in several times to test drive 3 different models, before deciding.
Throughout the entire period, Rezaul was very patient, accommodating, respectful, and we never felt rushed, especially during our test drives. He is, in our opinion, the most professional and delightful auto sales person we have ever worked with in our family’s car buying history. He will treat you and your family like VIPs.
As for the dealership itself, I found that everyone was pleasant and courteous. The only other person we worked with was Zarif, the finance director, who was clear, concise, easy to talk to, and made the signing of the paperwork process quick and painless.
Our entire transaction with the dealership was very efficient. I urge you to talk to Rezaul first even as you gather quotes from competing dealerships. You will end up wanting to buy (or lease) from him!

Came in here looking for a pre-​owned vehicle and was helped by Rezaul Bashar. He was awesome from beginning to end. He is extremely helpful and does not rush you or pressure you. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR SERVICE CENTER!!**
Quite possibly the worst car service experience I’ve had.
I made an appointment for 3pm for a oil service and to get a recall fixed. I drove for 30 minutes to the shop. Showed up right on time at 3pm and checked in. About 15 minutes later the service rep named Erik comes over to greet me. He looks at the car and tells me there is a 3 hours wait time. I ask why i wasnt told of this when the appointment was made, as that’s why people make appointments ahead of time in the first place.
Erik then tells me they can give me a ride to the mall if I want to wait there. What am I suppose to do at the mall for three hours? Meanwhile I count atleast four Customer Courtesy Vehicles parked right outside, and I ask Erik if I can borrow one since it’s such a long wait. He tells me he won’t lend me a Courtesy Vehicle for just an oil change. I remind him it’s a 3 hour long service; he didn’t care.
Then to make things better he tells me they will not fix the recall and that I would have to go back some other time for the recall. I advised him that I got a letter from Acura telling me to get the recall fixed right away. Erik tells me they will not have parts for the recall until September or October.
I’m not about to wait 3 hours like an idiot for a simple oil change which is costing upwards of $ 100. I decided to leave and spend my money somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.
My advise to Acura of Concord is:
1) Don’t make appointments if you are not going to honor them.
2) Show some sympathy for your customers.
3) If you have «Courtesy Vehicles» use them.

I bought a car couple weeks ago from Timothy Tyler his service was amazing and quick gave me a good deal I really recommend people to ask for him when you go buy your car you won’t regret it and his a funny guy to talk to when waiting for stuff.

I just bought an Acura RDX from Acura of Concord, with Rezaul Bashar’s help. We had excellent experience through the whole process. Rezaul is a very nice and professional salesman, with a great sense on details. He spent an hour to go through EVERY SINGLE BUTTON on the car with me during delivery and I appreciate a lot!

Our salesperson Nicole was refreshing, personable and really kept our transition moving along without feeling any pressure throughout the process.
I expected for us to be there for some time, but with Nicole and John (the finance guru), time went by quickly.
They kept us at ease, and comfortable.
We enjoyed the humor which made everything move smoothly.
My wife made the decision to walk in and take a look at the sales persons board because we wanted to choose our sales rep, not one of them to choose us.

The best car dealership ever. Left at this location with a happy face. John — the finance guru — after a long battle between banks to get me to the lowest APR and affordable monthly payments, John pull his strings out to get me the lowest APR as can be. Rezaul– my sales agent the best, he explains everything in details. Rezaul does not pressure you at all. He will listen to your needs and what you can afford. Also, he make sure that you are well taking care of. Replied my emails questions and concerns in timely manner. He make sure that I got the car that I wanted and he makes sure that I am happy with my car. Now, I don’t want to brag about them more, but just come by and try it yourself. Look for Rezaul the best sales person and John– the finance guru. One more thing– not only them two but the whole staff they are very friendly.

We just purchased a Honda from Acura of Concord and had a great experience! Tim our sales rep was great and showed us all the wonderful features and gave us a great presentation of the benefits of the vehicle prior to the test drive which was amazing.
After we finished our paperwork we went into finance and John was incredible. I have purchased too many cars in the past and I know how this process can be! If I could I would have John every time I purchase. I really cant even place it into words, other than fast and easy! John had us in and out in 15 minutes!!!

After going to Lexus of concord and not being taken seriously as a car buyer I went in to Acura of concord sat down with Omar, told him exactly what I wanted and went for a test drive. I also told him that I was going to go shopping for The best price within the bay area. I was quoted a lower price and they matched the price with no hassle at all and I didn’t have to drive up to Sacramento! My experience was impeccable and I couldn’t be happier ! I was in and out within an hour — with keys in hand! I don’t have very much patience when coming to buying cars and I let the Team know this from the onset and they respected my wishes and my time. Thank you for a flawless car buying experience I will be back again!

I visited Acura of Concord on 2÷11÷15. I was interested in a 2013 Fiat Sport selling for $ 8999. My salesperson was Aimal A. He was a nice enough guy. I believe that he did try to get me the best deal on the vehicle. However, his manager at the time was not willing, or able, to budge a dime on the sticker price. I walked out unhappy, and was not stopped. I drove back to try and negotiate the price once more. The total out the door with tax would have been around $ 10,060. I told Aimal that I wanted the car, but for $ 10,000 out the door. He said no problem. That’s only $ 60 off! His manager said no. At this point, I was in disbelief. Never have I bought a car without some type of discount. I told Aimal that this experience was very negative, and I was going to share it on Unilocal.He pleaded for me not to, and spoke to his manager again. Finally, after 15 minutes, they agreed to knock off $ 60! The manager was arrogant and didn’t seem interested in the sale from the beginning. The worst part was, I had to wait about 4 hours longer for the ridiculous amount of paperwork (12 forms!) that I was required to sign on a cash purchase. This is by far more paperwork than any car that I’ve financed in the past 25 years, and the most time spent at a car dealership. I sat in the lobby for most of my wasted time. The dealership was unappealing, and in desperate need for a remodel. The Honda dealership across the street is much nicer. I expect more from Acura. Well, at least I did! Most of the time cigarette smoke filtered in from outside and made me sick. There was a lady on the staff walking around with a disgusted look on her face. The entire experience was awful. I wanted to get the heck out of there!
On 2÷16÷15, I called Acura of Concord to talk about my experience. I spoke with Anatoly N., Sales Manager. He had to be the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. I started explaining what had happened. I was hoping for an apology for my experience, and he did just the opposite. He accused me of mentioning Unilocal with a 1 star review, and said that I threatened the staff if they didn’t lower the price of vehicle. He encouraged me to go on Unilocal with a negative review. I said, «Are you serious?» He replied, «Please go on Unilocal». I also asked for service records on the vehicle, and he said they don’t keep service records. I just wanted to know the last oil change, etc. I think that’s my right. When I mentioned the cigarette smoke, Anatoly came back with, «It’s a free country». I asked, «Isn’t there a law in Cali that forbids smoking within a certain distance of a business’s entrance?». He said he was not a lawyer and couldn’t answer that. I was done with this idiot, and asked for his manager’s name. I left a voicemail message and email with the GM, Mark D. I also told the receptionist who answered the phone to please be sure and give Mark a handwritten note to call me back. Never heard a thing, except an auto generated «thank you for your purchase letter» 2 days later. I waited a total of 5 days for a callback. My salesperson, Aimal never bothered to give me a follow-​up call the next day as he promised. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I’m still astonished that I was treated so poorly and regret doing business with them.
**UPDATE** Got my Vehicle Registration today and thanks Acura for transposing my middle and last name. I brought this up at the dealership, and they reassured me that everything would be OK. Why are you in business!!! Unacceptable!!!

My friend leased his car here and brought me along for final viewing of the three selections of RDX models that they had placed before him in the front of the store.
I was impressed with the quick leasing service that he received, and that he was out of there in a matter of a couple of hours.
When I brought it in for the pre-​paid maintenance, the service guy was nice and told me there was a few hours of turn around time, so they provided a complimentary shuttle for me to and from the dealership.
The driver was a little too uncomfortably chatty (fyi: management — drivers asking «personal» questions about your clients should be something that should be addressed in training).
Overall, it was an okay experience.

I gave it a 5 star rating in June of 2014. I have since DELETED the positive reviews.
We bought 2 brand new cars, and got good deals. The old manager, Mike was great as was Imir the finance guy. My wifes ILX she loves. My car the RLX has been nothing but problems from day one. I have had it in to the dealership for repairs more than a half dozen times. New steering column, trunk release, headlights, electronic problems, power mirror problems.
That being said, they got fixed. but the brand new car is a lemon. I spoke with the sales manager yesterday. His name is Simon. I told him how frustrated I am with the car. His attitude over the phone was TOO BAD. And he told me there is NOTHING they will do. Oh he did give me some acura complaint phone number.
I guess if you spend about 70k for 2 cars, the dealership has the right to treat you like crap.
I DOUBT we will be buying anything from Acura of Concord again… Good customer service… ummm NO… they got your money and they don’t care after that…

Andreas Mokos is the man to look for (
). His title says he’s a sales manager but he acts like you’re his only sale for the week.
We were still deciding which manufacturer/​model to go with when he first contacted us, never pushed us on an Acura. When we did decided on an Acura he was ready to present his offer with no games. Told him which trim and colors we wanted and he was able to provide us with what we requested.
Got there, looked at the car with him, and went to the next step. Paper work was a breeze and their finance department was able to match our pre-​approved rates. We added some accessories on a Sunday night and service department had it ready next day (can’t say it would be the same if we had a used car).
Of course this is only for a new car purchase, can’t comment on a used car purchase or servicing experience but hope its the same.
Again try to go with Andreas while he’s chasing his gold plaque, I have a feeling he won’t be working the floor much longer.

Great service!!! I went here several times, drove a couple different cars. When it came down to the nitty gritty, I had a friend of mine tag along with me, which I greatly appreciated. So, at the time I bought a car from this dealer, I settled upon a Nissan Sentra. At the time I bought that car, I really had my heart set on an Acura. I’d have to say I got a great car still.
Everything at this dealership is top notch, from the service department, to the salespeople, to a loaner car. When they gave me a loaner car, it was an Acura, so surprise there. Please keep in mind that there might be different people here now working, as when I bought a car. The salesperson that helped us out at the time was very friendly, he wasn’t pushy at all.
