Worked with Phil Galan via the Costco program in selection and purchase of a new 2016 Nissan Rogue. Phil made the experience fun and enjoyable while giving us a great deal on the vehicle we selected. I would do less if I could. I have never ever been more disappointed with an establishment. They sold me a brand new Altima (2014) and I have had nothing but problems with it. Do NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! They are crooks! They lied about have an alarm out on the car. That I later had to pay for. I have had my car in the shop more then I have ever had a car in my life! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!

Went through Costco to get member pricing and the Nissan of Concord showed up as the dealership. Got a call from them the next day looking to setup an appointment. Ended up calling about three days later and dealt with Phil Galan. He was very upfront and helpful over the phone, answering all of my questions.
When I went in a couple of days later, I was greeted by Sergio who helped show me around while Phil was dealing with another customer. Both of them were very helpful, answering all of my questions and not trying to pressure us into buying anything. Phil was great in showing us the bottom line with Costco no haggle pricing. We ended up getting a new Nissan Leaf. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Thanks Phil for helping us get a new car.

Yesterday I took my 03 xTerra to Autocom with the suspicion of possible timing belt and/​or water pump issue (with slight possibility of drive belt). I suspected this because the drive belt and others were recently changed by a relative. However, after Autocom inspected they discovered that one of the after market belts my relative installed was loose, they simply tightened/​adjusted FREE OF CHARGE!
I can honestly say that I choose to drive to Autocom in Concord than go to the closer (to my location) Antioch Auto because of their honesty and superior customer service. They have proven once again prove that there still is some integrity in the auto repair industry.

Drove into the dealership yesterday to look at the Nissan Murano. I’ve been thinking about either getting a 7 seat Hyundai Santa Fe, Nissan Murano, or a Acura RDX. They’re all in the similar price range so figured I’d try out the Murano for the first time in Concord Nissan.
I was met by an Indian gentleman who was extremely uninterested in showing anything really. I told him what I was looking for, a fully loaded Murano, and one of the reason I was looking for a SUV was so I can travel with my dog as well. So i needed a good amount of cargo space. To this he replies it’s too expensive to put a dog there and all but wants me to leave.
1. I told him I was considering a Hyundai, Nissan, and an Acura. I get a «Hyundai is over there.» Thanks I know.
2. What is the difference between a Plantinum and SL? «Plantinum has everything.» Thanks that helps a lot too.
3. I asked him if the seats were cooled as well as heated in the Platinum version. «Only heat no cool». Apparently Platinum has heated and cooled seats.
So all in all I walked out thinking why would I ever buy anything here. The sales person doesn’t care to show me anything, doesn’t offer a test drive, tells me my reason for buying is not good enough. Plus he doesn’t know anything about the cars he’s «trying» to sell. I say «trying» because he wasn’t really trying to sell. So well I liked the Murano that was there… I just don’t see why I’d buy it from that dealership. Dublin has always been a nice place to car shop… looks like good reason to be loyal to them.
Thanks Nissan Concord… but no thanks.

Mario Aviles helped us purchase our Toyota Tacoma truck. I have to say he is the nicest, most earnest man and he really knows his stuff. Next time you need a new car or truck, I highly recommend you go to Autocom Nissan of Concord and ask for Mario. You will not be disappointed!

Such EXCELLENT service! It was a dark & stormy night… (No, it was literally storming out) and Mario Aviles greeted my Husband & I promptly. He answered all my questions/​concerns (in the rain I might add). Mario was very professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable — just an all around great guy! I was able to trade in my 2010 Nissan Altima for a brand new 2016 Nissan Altima! I will definitely make sure to tell my family/​co workers to come to Autocom of Concord if they are looking for cars — and ask for MARIO!

I have bought 5 cars from autocom nissan and have been very impressed with everyone there. I have literally had almost everyone there help me. LC and his staff were really great and helpful. LC made sure I understand every step of purchasing my car. LC also didn’t make me feel ashamed about any challenges my credit may have brought. GREAT experience.

Really good service. Salesman — Mario — was very helpful, not pushy. Financial specialist did not pester me too much with all extra insurances. Overall — easy, fast and satisfying experience.

I just purchased a new 2016 Nissan Frontier from Chris Ramey. I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and during the process, my experience there was wonderful.
To start off, I felt very comfortable working with LC, and he’s great at what he does! He’s professional, honest, and very friendly.
The service was amazing as well! The dealership was out of the models I had requested so he personally went to San Francisco to pick up the car I wanted and brought it back in brand-​new condition.
If you need a brand new car, this place is surely the place to go to!

Adrees is amazing! Not enough good things can be said, above and beyond is an understatement as to the effort he puts in. He is patient, understanding, informative, knowledgeable and bends over backwards to put customers in the car they want with unbeatable numbers (lowest interest rate anywhere, most affordable payment) that won’t leave you super upside-​down like most other lots. He has great suggestions on different cars for different situations to ease a financial burden rather than create or add to one. Sergio is good too, he just has a different style and personality. They work well as a team (which was the case) and I would highly recommend to ask for them when you go.

Spent the day car-​shopping with the hubs. Nissan of Concord was on the list. Wanted to see a couple of SUV’s. Spotted some good ones in the lot, spent about 10 minutes looking at them through the windows. No salespeople to be seen… Finally we went inside and browsed the brochures. Saw a few salespeople huddled in a corner office looking at a computer. They looked up in our direction, but didn’t acknowledge us. Nobody to greet us anywhere! Finally after milling around for several minutes, we walked out. Sorry Nissan of Concord, you missed out on a potential sale today. Maybe you should provide a bit more training to your sales staff.

Or maybe not in the case of this dealership. I have horrible luck, got rear ended, and totaled my 2006 Altima a few months back. But luckily with good insurance, I was ok.
Anyway then began my debacle of finding a new car. I figured I should stick with Nissan because I did like my old car a lot and it was always dependable. I was curious about Mazda and Acura but ultimately decided against both. The 2015 Altima had better ratings in my opinion so I came in to this dealership.
I was avoiding and dreading this whole ordeal like the plague. Luckily we were in great hands with Wilmer. He approached us confidently and we got straight to the test drive. He answered all of my technical questions and kind of put things in easy-​to-​understand terms for me. I was grateful. We started to hash out the numbers once we got back and he was incredibly patient and did NOT push or pressure me. I was nervous and didn’t feel comfortable with anything but he totally explained everything in a simple way. I signed!
JB, the finance manager, walked us through the final paperwork and was easy going and again, reminded me of some services/​additional products they offered but did not make me feel pressured in any way. Once all was said and done I felt great about it. Wilmer assured us our car had a full tank, was fully detailed, and did a final walk through of the vehicle with me. I was so happy at this point, and so grateful that he was telling me pretty much all the key factors that I may not have thought to even ask.
They follow up to check in and make sure you’re enjoying your vehicle and it was overall a really GREAT experience. Will definitely refer people to this dealership in the future!

I went into the dealership during my lunch break and Mario approached me as soon as I stepped out my car. By the end of my work shift I had the keys to a new 2015 Nissan Altima for me and daughter to enjoy. Mario treated me kind, and invested all his time and attention to me and my urgent situation. I appreciate his business and his diligence.
He made me feel comfortable being honest with him because he has two daughters that are close in age with me. He gave me the impression of a very GENUINE AND HONEST PERSON, not just a sales man trying to feed his household.
