Claro Tagle was my salesman and he was wonderful. He was helpful and patient for everything from deciding on leasing vs. buying, choosing a model, and even finding car insurance. As a first-​time buyer I had steeled myself for a pushy salesman but at no point did I feel pressured by him. A few days after I bought my car I accidentally called Claro on his day off but he picked up on his cell phone and didn’t hesitate to answer my questions. The following week I called to ask about the cable that I needed to play music through my iphone, and he offered to send it to me free of charge. He really went above and beyond what he needed to do.

I have to say that this car buying experience has been the best I’ve EVER had. I went to True Car first, and I had many Mini Dealers contact me. I chose to go with Concord after Jason reached out since I live in Walnut Creek. I arranged a test drive, and fell in love with the Hardtop Mini. I had a simple conversation with Jason Krupa who helped me identify what I wanted and ordered the car with the features and colors I wanted. It was delivered in about a month. I prequalified in advance to finance through them and got an excellent rate. I literally showed up, got a walk through and test drive of the car I ordered. Sat down with Sergei Beloi in finance to go over the paperwork (no pressure). I had my keys handed to me, did my Facebook Selfie and was on my way home in just about an hour from my arrival time. No pressure, amazing service and great relationship style dealership. Thank you Jason Sergei and Concord of Mini, I’m so excited about my new car!!!

I took my Mini for service at Mini of Concord. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted by the service staff (Brian Cowger and one of his colleagues). Brian and his associate were courteous and friendly. I was offered a loaner car despite that no request was made during the appointment. This Mini dealer is not the closet one to my home, but I sure will come back for future service and purchase as well.

I recently purchase a CPO MINI from Concord Mini, I was very specific in that I wanted a manual transmission. The salesman Mark Wilson was very patient with me, had me drive several examples and I drove him in a 4 door MINI. the only downside is that when I purchased the vehicle the dealership was very busy selling cars, and the delay in getting to the finance depart was way too long.

I wrote a review some time back complaining of the service. I received a follow up call from the manager apologizing for my concerns. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to address the issues. Given his concern, I decided to try them again. I wish I had not written such a strong negative review. It was not fair to judge on one incident
The service was excellent from the moment we pulled up to the moment we left. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful and, more importantly, the service department was communicative on what needed to be done.
Mini of Concord is definitely a place to take your car for servicing!

Bought my first Mini hardtop 2015 on Sunday. Love love love it! Butch was my service advisor and was non-​stop Mr. Personality! We arrived there during a special event. We were helped right away, able to take a test drive of the car I wanted to buy and complete all the paperwork within 4 hours. The service was very personable. Felt no pressure from Butch, went straight to the point. I couldn’t pick my car up on the same day because they had to check on a recall. The next day I was rushing home to pick up my husband so we can pick up the car and return the loaner Mini they gave me. When I arrived home, my new Mining was waiting for me. Butch and the financial manager drove my Mini to my house! What service!

I have been to this location several times this year for my used mini– everyone is always welcoming and accommodating. They treat you like family and are really attentive to detail: calling me with updates, answering any questions and going above and beyond. Just had a great experience with Brian today so a shout out to him as well! Thanks everyone!

Peak was finally reached! Concord of mini couldn’t diagnose a dead battery without wanting to charge $ 200 for the flim, flam primo diagnosis. …Then said it could cost up to $ 600 for a special battery to calibrate to the special most intricate brain of the car! After a day in the shop we had enough. We made sure to purchase the correct battery for this vehicle and we did it ourselves. Out of sheer frustration I contacted H & B inc BMW and MiniCooper Specialists, and explained our situation. They offered to service it for us for about $ 200 including the battery or we could do it. My limit was reached after such a simple maintenance issue, I am happy to say I am no longer a mini owner. I can’t imagine having to deal with this dealership anymore. Too bad the car itself was really fun to drive. If you have a mini I highly recommend H&B Inc. in Berkeley.

Jason Krupa was so helpful. He bent over backwards to help me find a way to finance a Mini. My schedule’s so tight that he even offered to deliver the vehicle out to Berkeley! All emails were punctually answered within the hour, and I always felt that he had my back with my best interests in mind. I didn’t end up buying, not yet, but that has nothing to do with him. Just my own drama, which he was very patient with and understanding of! If you’re considering a Mini and want to go to Concord, ask for Jason. He’ll help you out!

Brought my Mini in for service. Highly recommend bringing your Mini here even if you have to drive a bit. See Brian Cowger (Service Advisor) and he will take care all your needs for your Mini. He was knowledgable and helpful… go see him at Mini of Concord.

This is my second time leasing a Mini, first time leasing with Mini of Concord– and boy am I glad I did! Mark Wilson who was my salesperson is just a great guy. Not what you’d expect from a «typical» car salesman. Mark is not pushy, very patient as he answered all my questions & dealt with my indecisive self, and devoted to what he does. You can tell he loves working for Mini and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase as well. Plus, he’s got a great personality– I felt very comfortable dealing with him throughout. Not once did I feel like he just wanted the sale. Kudos to Mini of Concord for hiring him!
Sergei in finance was just as great. While waiting for paperwork one of the mini geniuses came by (Robert I think?) and talked to me about gadgets and what not– so yeah, I feel the service was top notch and everyone very friendly. Plus, they’ve always got coffee and pastries on hand while you wait;-) (Oh, and the day I went they had their super fun Halloween event going on!)
They have quite the inventory and at great prices as well. (They’ll beat any price)
All in all, the experience was just delightful! Will 100% be coming back here once my lease is up!

Okay, so I just wrote a long detailed review and lost it because I had not logged into Unilocal yet and after being asked to log-​in, my review got lost. So this will be shorter and please forgive the lack of detail.
Michael Chavez, salesman, is terrific. Just bought a new 2015 cooper mini s convertible and was handled like a VIP through the whole process. I look forward to working with Michael in the future. Additionally, Sergei Beloi, who handled the paperwork, was terrific as well. My husband and I have rarely felt such integrity when completing a car purchase.
I’ll add that I have been a Lexus owner the past 17 years. After frustration over changes made to the recent models (I loved my old LX47, do not love my LX570), I decided to go for the fun, sporty convertible and this is where I ended up. Very happy now and look forward to many years of working with Mini of Concord.

I love-​love-​love my 2015 Mini hardtop; it’s a lot of fun to drive and it’s cute as a button!
I’m also very pleased with the service I receive at Mini of Concord. BRIAN COWGER, Service Advisor, and ROBERT MATHEWS, Mini Genius, were just great ;D
I took my car back to the «mother ship» for some small issue. BRIAN took care of the service and was super helpful and extremely nice.
I also asked to talk with the «genius» to get advice on how to use my navigation properly and blue tooth features, and ROBERT was very patient while going over everything with me, and without rushing me, which I appreciate!
I was given a loaner Mini car while my car was being pampered, and at the end I didn’t have to pay a dime for the service or anything.

The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. Butch especially has been a great help, he’s always so friendly and so helpful. Bringing my car in for maintenance was very easy and theyre very willing to help with any aspect of the car’s sale and future maintenance. When I had to borrow a loaner car while my car was in for maintenance the process was straightforward and fast. The car they loaned me was new and very clean. Overall extremely satisfied with their performance. I definitely am confident about their ability to help me with my MINI.

This is long overdue review and let me say, bravo Mini of Concord for listening and really stepping up your game.
Let me start with my first visit after my sad disappointing February visit. I was reached out to by Mini of Concord with many apologies around my visit. I appreciated the outreach but felt that every time I did give feedback that I was never heard, but yes… I was heard and perhaps others also complained. So when I did come back, I drove up, someone was there to greet me outside. Took my keys and helped me to get my appointment going. The front desk led me to my service person and he was great! Very friendly, talked me through all the services I needed and all the optional items I would need to pay for if I wanted it. I think I was so flabbergasted by the great service I was receiving that I said, «go and do everything I need.» Yes, I paid an arm and a leg for it, but wow… night and day. The donut box was replaced with a donut case which displayed the donuts which was quite fancy. Everyone seemed to be smiling. Clearly I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Well I was shuttled to my work and then when I got the call for the car being ready, I called the number to be picked up. Again this is something that I wish was a little better, but a nice little confirmation to say they received my call and that they’d pick me up at the time I specified would be GREATLY appreciated, but heck I’ll overlook that since they upped their game in all the other aspects. I came back to the dealership and got to the front desk, the person there took me to my car which was a change from just giving me keys and fending for my life to find my car. Wow. Just wow.
Now my last visit I scheduled to replace my windshield due to the severe crack I had due to my long distance driving on 680 and the mini windshield apparently prone to cracking easily. I called and Brian was very helpful in giving me a price that was fair and told me potentially taking a few days since they wanted to make sure that the glass set. I had to call back and forth needing to reschedule many times and him and Angela were VERY helpful and patient through my mess. Marcel ended up helping me the day of my appointment since it was Brian’s day off. What I wished they told me was they had a loaner for me to drive. I was under the impression I wasn’t going to get a loaner so my bf drove all the way up from Milpitas so that he and I could drive and do errands. Now we had two cars to shuttle all over which was a waste of gas for us and really threw our schedules. I do appreciate the loaner as it did really help me out, but would have really wanted to have known that this was the case before I had to do all these side plans. Angela at the front desk was quite helpful and very patient with me when I had to come back to pick up my garage opener a few days later since I dropped my car off on Saturday and I live very far away so I picked it up on Monday. She then said my car would likely be ready by the end of the day instead of Tuesday. I was waiting for a call but nothing, so I called around 4:30/5 before I left work just to make sure that the car wasn’t ready, but it was… not sure what was going on but perhaps they felt I didn’t need the car immediately. So I drove myself back and picked up my car and it was right there in the front ready to go. Marcel called me Tuesday to just make sure everything was ok.
So that’s my long winded way of saying thanks for really improving the quality of service from where it was earlier in the year. There are a few kinks still but I’ll take this service from what I had before any day.

I just purchased a new 2015 Mini Cooper S Hardtop here. I stopped in on a Sunday morning, was able to take a test drive within minutes of arriving and was driving home with a new car in under two hours.
I felt no pressure to buy from my salesman nor the General Manager, just real nice guys who are interested in make the entire experience as simple and trouble free as possible. I have not needed to take the car in yet for its first service but we are off to a good start.
Ps. The Mini is an absolute hoot

I just needed a new car so I thought the mini was cute. The very first place I stopped and the last… well, until I need a new car.
We were greeted by Butch who is just a cool guy all around. Sales people usually get on my last nerve but he is pretty awesome. He didn’t overly try to convince or was not pushy. I knew I like the car and he was such a great rep that he sealed the deal. With the support of Jason (I think the manager) also.
He gave me a great experience and wears all lime green. How could you not be happy after seeing that color?
Mini, I might not be driving a Mini if it weren’t for Butch!

I was on the 242 and ran over what looked like a muffler. It made a horrific noise as it hit the front and rolled beneath my car and I was certain something was damaged.
Luckily, I was near the Mini Service center in Concord. Marcel Morlino greeted me and I explained what happened. He looked under the car and didn’t see anything of concern, but seeing how shaken I was, he offered to put the car in the shop and have it raised so a tech could get a better look. Fortunately, nothing was damaged and he did this all in about ten minutes! I am so grateful to Marcel for giving me peace of mind so quickly, especially since I live over an hour away. Because of Marcel’s fantastic service, I’m more inclined to come to this location for my Mini’s needs moving forward, even though there is one closer to my home. Thanks, Marcel!

Jason Krupa at Mini of Concord helped me out with my custom 4-​door hardtop Mini order. I knew exactly what Mini I wanted, and I emailed the custom build I wanted to multiple Mini dealers around the Bay Area (Mini of Concord, Stevens Creek, East Bay (Pleasanton), San Francisco, Niello in Sacramento, Marin). I planned to order from the Mini dealer that offered the best price.
Jason got back to me promptly and without bull… poop (can’t be a pottymouth on here!), unlike some of the other Mini dealers. He sent me a detailed invoice and responded quickly with the best price he could give me. He was very professional at all times, and answered all the questions I had. I didn’t even have to go in to the dealership until my car arrived (I’m alternately in Fremont and Davis so Concord is not super convenient for me to get to). Jason helped me handle everything through the phone and email (I just had to put a $ 500 deposit down when placing my order). He gave me accurate estimates of when my new Mini would arrive. He gave me tracking information to track the ship my Mini was on once it was built– so cool! I finally met him when I picked my car up a couple weeks ago, and he was just as professional and competent in person. He’s been very responsive to any questions I’ve had about my car since then as well. If you are planning to get a Mini, I would definitely recommend going to Jason for your purchase!
And…I LOVE MY NEW MINI!

As of 5−30−15 my husband and I are proud owners of a Mini Countrymen! When we bought the car we were so impressed with everyone. So friendly and welcoming! They asked us what we were looking for and we got right to it. The inventory is 4 stares.
We also just took our car in the other day to service and we won’t go any where other then this place. They got right to it. I my service advice was Tim R. And he was amazing. Most places you don’t get a call or anything but he kept me up dated with my car. as well as my tec was able to sit down with me and explain to me what was going on. All my questions were answered. Give this place a chance and I’m telling you, you won’t go anywhere else.
