Loved every minute! I purchased a great deal for a couples massage from groupon and we definitely will be back. It was so relaxing! It was easy to book a appointment and had no issue using our groupon deal. All staff is very friendly and showed us Great customer service. We are definitely going to get the membership to this place. Thanks Palace Spa!

I love this place. It is hidden on the back side of an open air mall. We were told about it by friends and decided to give it a try. Loved everything about it. The staff are super nice and very professional. The body and foot massage were so relaxing.

I went here with the Groupon deal for a 60 minute massage with hot stones. A great value for around $ 45 (plus tip made for $ 65). As a first massage experience this place was great! Very clean and tranquil.
My masseuse Jane was wonderful! She was quiet and attentive to my problem areas without me having to worry about telling her where to focus. I felt completely relaxed at the end. I nearly fell asleep a few times. I wish I had asked to add more time. I will be returning!
The receptionist Jenny was also very friendly and pleasant. The only thing that I would suggest doing differently is providing a hook to hang a bag in the restroom.

Great massage! Went in for couples massage and had Jack and Vivian. Had probably one of the best massages I have had by Jack.

Fantastic massage. Very nice inside and they do a good job. Hour long foot massage consists of 20 minute body massage.

This was a place we stumbled upon. Turned out to be hidden treasure of relaxation. Left feeling refreshed. Even got membership and go over bridge to go back again. There hospitality and massage are worth it.

I went for massage for great deal today Tim welcomed me he was very nice! They have lots rooms and very clean and organized and relaxing. I wish found this place earlier then I wouldn’t waste my money for other not so good massage places! Because I make so little money! Shelley was very experienced massasu I love to come back receive treatment as soon as possible! Very comfortable place and has huge parking lot! I love this place already highly recommended! Yesterday was my fifth time getting a massage at Palace Spa. I have been happy with my masseuse on the previous times, and I had had different ones. They are all very good at what they are doing and I have felt relaxed and de stressed after my massage, wanting to go back every time. I had a reflexology yesterday with Michael, and that was my best massage session out of all time! He seems to know which muscles to work on, and he was applying deep pressure in the tight areas. He also gives me the impression that he really likes what he is doing, and that is to heal bodies by restoring balance to them. Thank you, Michael I will be back!

Omg. Tell me where you can get an hour massage for 25 bucks? This place isn’t fancy at all but they get the job done. I came in super stressed and I’m leaving like a brand new woman. I love that they offered me hot tea right after my massage. Bowls of candy everywhere. Love that. Love this spot.

Awesome massage. Really worked the kinks out of my back and shoulder blades. We liked it so much, my husband and I became members, which gets you a discounted rate per visit.. We also bought 30 min foot and 30 min back for $ 40 for family for Christmas presents. You won’t be disappointed. Clean relaxing environment.

Upon entering Palace Spa, I instantly had that Zen feeling, greeted by a lady name Alice who had confirmed our appointments.
Led back into a dim lit room with 2 massage tables and we were told to undress and relax.
Little did I know Alice was going to be my therapist, she asked me how would I like the pressure, I said medium please. I have to commend both her and Vivian who massaged my man friend because we both knocked out and enjoyed every aspect of it!
Not like other reflexology places were you are rushed and looks kind of ghetto but, we both felt like we were in a serene place.

My favorite part of this spot is the location. It’s somewhat hidden on the back side of the Park n Shop plaza. Next to Raku Sushi and a nail salon super convenient if you wanna kill two or three birds with 1 stone. Also the outward appearance of the place is hole in the wall-​ish so you know there’s gotta be some good going on inside. Once inside you are in a semi small waiting area with tea, and candy while you wait. A friendly receptionist welcomes you, ask you about service and/​or appointments and then shows you to your private room or area for foot reflexology.
With soft music in the background, and a calm voice from your masseuse you are instantly under a spell of serenity. Whether from full body massage, couple massage and foot reflexology your services are handles professionally and with care to your needs. The facility is clean and well kept. Warm towels, gently scented massage lotions and comfortable chairs and tables this place gives you that spa experience.
I like that this place keeps the lights dim, although if you have to use the restroom prepare to be blinded by the sun coming in from the back door. Note sun does not affect massage areas.
Looking for a massage that will fit into your budget, try Palace Spa they’re my fav.

First, the negative. I’ve been there 2 times and both times, I was charged more than the price quoted over the phone. I’m assuming this is a common practice as they prefer cash and don’t provide receipts.
The massages are great, considering the price.

This 5 star review is for Wendy, the woman I spoke to book an appointment. We talked on the phone for about 5 minutes and she was very sweet!
She took the time to speak to me, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed or taken advantage of since this is my first time. I got the Groupon for my boyfriend to surprise him for his Birthday present. You know men love to be pampered too.
Anyways, turns out, my boyfriend’s schedule is always changing due to his work so I had to call back to reschedule. Wendy answered the phone again, but was helping a customer so she told me she will call me back. It sounded like she really remembered me as well.
If she’s giving this amazing customer service through the phone, I cannot wait until my boyfriend gets his massage! Seriously, she’s so friendly and kind hearted! I will do another update after he receives his massage!

I can not say enough about this place… My family and I come at least 1 a month… More often if we can

To be honest, I am not sure how this place has 4 stars. My boyfriend and I bought our Groupon deal for this place and the lady at the desk read it wrong and only gave us half the service we paid for. But that wasn’t what ticked me off.
During our couple massage we had these two Chinese ladies who spoke Mandarin. the lady I had (if only I remembered her name) would NOT stop freaking talking throughout our massage to the other lady massaging my boyfriend. Are you serious? People come to you to release their stress and giving you permission to help us feel better and lighter and stress-​free. Not only would she not shut up but when we turned over on our backs she was asking me questions and I didn’t answer because I was in a deep meditative thought and that woman had the nerve the tap my face a few times to wake me up just to answer her damn questions. I felt so disrespected I wanted to tap her face back!
I’m not sorry for saying this, but they need to start training their employees what the etiquette should be when taking care of clients. You’re in a people industry and when you have the wrong employees in your business they will ruin your reputation. I will never return to this place no matter what deals they have online. That woman made me feel so uncomfortable throughout my experience and I felt more violated than stress free.

Came here after getting a groupon. Not what I was hoping for. They put you in a shared dark room with other people getting massages and they give you the foot and back massage in the same room, fully clothed.
If I’d known I would not have gotten the massage. I’ve paid the same for private room massages with clean sheets and where you undress and you aren’t covered in a scratchy towel.
The massage was decent, but I was never able to feel fully relaxed in the calm serene setting of a private massage. I could have gotten this massage at the mall in a massage chair for half the price.

Today was my first visit at Palace Spa. I was in desperate need of a massage. Yesterday I went to Waterworld for 6 – 8 hours going on every neck-​jerking ride and then slept in an odd position, so my neck and back were KILLING me this morning and throughout the day.
I went on their website to book an appointment. The process seemed easy enough. Apparently it doesn’t work the way it should though. You first pick the service you would like. I chose the 30 minute foot massage + 30 minute full body for $ 35. This seemed like a great value to me. You then choose the person you’d like to give the massage. I chose Shelley.
All of this seems great in theory. However, when I arrive the nice receptionist begins asking me for something. I cannot understand what she is asking for. Apparently she thought I paid online. I showed her my phone & explained that I just booked the appointment. We were both really confused for like 5 minutes. Anyway, after I paid (with card there is a $ 2 fee) she asked me if I preferred male or female. I said I booked my appointment with Shelley. She said Shelley is not there today… Oookay… So why was I given the option to book with her? I just told her I would like a female then.
Now, when you walk inside the massage area it is actually really relaxing. Before my foot massage they had me change into a pair of shorts they had there because my skinny jeans wouldn’t roll up more than about 4 inches so wear loose, comfortable clothing.
My foot & calf massage was great. I was very relaxed. It was definitely not rushed at all. The only thing is I think the foot portion was more like 40 minutes so it cut into the rest of my massage.
I really enjoyed all of the massage but there is one thing that I think lessened my experience. My masseuse never instructed me to undress anywhere so I had my clothes on for my full body massage! I really didn’t understand that. I would have liked to get as comfortable as possible (without my bra, ya know?).
Anyway, I like this place enough to consider returning. The prices are good. The massage was good. I just am unsure of scheduling something and not getting what I want.
