Concord Auto 1

I was looking all over town for a used prius and was looking to buy ASAP. I came across Concord Auto 1 on Unilocal and noticed they had great reviews. I bought a used prius here about 5 months ago. Nick and his colleagues were great — they were very honest and transparent about the car and its history. They were patient with me (I’d never bought a car by myself before) and answered all of the questions I had about the car. They offered the car at an amazing price and even provided me with a warranty.
The car is in great condition and I drive (loooooooong commute) a lot! Thank you!

Hands down, Nik and his team go above and beyond to find exactly what you are looking for. I came across Auto 1 on the internet because they had a car listed for sale that I’ve been wanting for a couple of months now. I am a student, so I didn’t have much saved up, I was slightly apprehensive knowing that I only had 1,000 to put down. I wasn’t sure if they were able to help me. But I was wrong! As soon as I got there they welcomed me and immediately gave me they keys to test drive the car I wanted. Loved it! When I got back, we filled out a credit application, and got the process going quickly! Not only did they get me approved, but Nik and his team insisted on working overtime to get me the lowest interest rate possible! They don’t just throw you out the door with the first bank offer and high interest rate like most dealerships do. The process was so quick and by the end of the day, my husband and I, drove home in our beautiful new car!!! Impressed doesn’t even describe how completely satisfied I am! These guys are the best at what they do, more importantly, they genuinely care to get the best deals for their clients.

Wow… where do I even begin. Buying a car is never a fun experience. When a new job caused me to suddenly need a vehicle, a sense of dread slowly surfaced. We went to a few car dealers, who weren’t overly friendly and wouldn’t give us what we thought was a fair price on a vehicle. It was then my boyfriend came across an ad at Concord Auto1 for a used Scion and we went to check it out. I will be forever thankful for this. Both Ervin and Nik went out of their way to make the car buying experience pleasurable, and put us both at ease about buying a used car. Ervin even picked us up from BART (since we were coming from far away). The price they gave us was more than fair and it honestly took a huge stress off my shoulders knowing that I got a good, solid car at an excellent price.
About a week later, there was a small issue with the car and I phoned Nik to let him know. Not only did he profusely apologize for my experience, but he actually drove over an hour out of his way (that same evening) to check out my car and give me a loaner car in the meantime. He even gave me flowers for my troubles.
I was so floored by this generosity (and this service) that I will definitely be back when I need to buy another vehicle. I hope to send all of my friends there as well. I honestly have never received this level of service before, especially being that I did not buy a fancy/​high-​end vehicle. They said that once you buy from them you become «family», and I can honestly say that they truly mean it.
Go figure… after this experience, I am actually looking forward to buying my next car, and know that without a doubt it will be from Concord Auto1. Keep up the good work!

We have just purchased a Toyota Corolla and we are very satisfied with the product as well as the excellent service we have received during the process. Nik was very accommodating (upon arrival, we were already warmly greeted and assisted), helpful (he attended to every query), very sincere and attentive (he listens to our needs and made sure we get the best offer providing us with options).

We all fear being sold and/​or snaked by a car/​auto sales person, not this place! Nic «uncle nik» is far from both! No pressure, honesty, and most of all confident about his business and his vehicles. I would recommend every first time buyers to give this place a look before searching else where. I bought the car of my dreams– 2010 Toyota Corolla S totally loaded with sunroof, bluetooth, and in amazing condition. It had been well taken care of and had only 99k, which on a Toyota should last at least 300K.
I have lived in NYC and SF for almost 7 years, so I haven’t had a car in forever. I was scared to get a car, but for my new life in Santa Rosa doing Holistic Medicine it is necessary for me to have a good, reliable car to get around.
Ervin and Nik took such good care of me and my father. They had amazing customer service, and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They worked out a great deal for us to try to be in my price range, and even cut me a birthday special since my Birthday is tomorrow. I felt an instant friendship, and even got to share amazing stories from my work in Nicaragua with Ervin.
I highly recommend doing business with Ervin and Nik. They are a great team, and really do offer the best deals in town on used cars. Plus, you make friends in the process. I’m very pleased with Concord Auto 1. A close friend recommended the place to me, and I’m so glad that he did. When I arrived looking for vehicle last Saturday (05/​16/​2015), Nik – the manager – immediately made my mom and me feel welcomed. In fact, he wanted us to be happy, and he asked me what I wanted to use the car for, so that he could best fit my needs. I told him I want to drive for Lyft and/​or Über, where I would need a car that gets great gasoline mileage. As such, he pointed out a very nice used 2008 Toyota Yaris, basically new with low mileage on the odometer. He let me look in and around the car, checking out the motor and so forth – and let me test drive it with my mom.
After a test drive, my mom and I were convinced that this car was for me. When we returned, we sat down with Nik, and he professionally showed us all documentation and made the purchasing process easy and stress-​free. He handled almost everything, besides getting insurance of course, haha.
Overall, I’m very happy with my Toyota Yaris and how Nik runs his business. He treated me like family. Like my friend recommended to me, I also highly recommend Concord Auto 1 to anybody looking for a nice car without getting ripped off; I’d recommend it over a stressful, time-​consuming dealership any day. Best customer service! I am in love with my car. It’s runs well and it’s super clean. Nik was very straightforward and honest about everything. Super helpful and made us feel like family. This review is a little late!
I bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Nik on December 30^th 2014.
The car was absolutely in a magical condition with just a little over 40k miles on it.
The process of working with Nik was as smooth as butter. He was very kind to I and my father and worked with us to make a deal work without any hassle.

My wife and I had been to a few places looking for a car. Other sales people at well known big dealers in the area would not listen to what I needed, or wanted and tried to up-​sell me with cars out of my price range so they could quickly make their commission and stick with a high interest loan! To add insult to injury one of the slick salesman borrowed my wife’s pen and never returned it.
Concord Auto 1 was a breath of fresh air! The owner, Nik, went out of his way to help me get into a great Toyota Corolla for my new job. He was professional and knew what I needed and guided me through the process. I was discouraged because I had a «challenged» credit score and Nik went above and beyond spending hours with us to make the deal happen. His experience and taking the time to explain the financing and DMV process were very reassuring. That same day we were able to drive away with a beautiful car!!! The owner and his crew went out of their way to make sure I got the car I wanted, when I wanted, in the condition I wanted it in and for the price I wanted. Ali is great to deal with. I purchased an Lexus LS430 from him and the entire transaction went extremely smooth. He even got me a great rate even though my credit score is a lot lower than it has been in the past.
