Fast, friendly, affordable. That is why these guys get great good reviews. Took all of 10 minutes for my jeep. I used the Unilocal Deal. It is an additional $ 10 for the CA certificate (so total is $ 51), but that is still a pretty good deal.

Got the Unilocal deal, $ 41 for a $ 78 smog check. I did still have to pay the $ 8.75 for the state certificate. But you get a full smog check and certificate for right under $ 50, which is a steal. This place used to be the AAAAA smog check, same guy works there though. I been here at least four other times, same guy every time.
Can’t really say too much more about this place. Instead of leaving a car and a place for four hours but I figure out your small check for you, you’re usually out of there in about 10 minutes.
don’t expect a lot of service here, you’re not gonna get any but they are really really fast.

You can’t beat the prices and the wait time. It took me about 10 minutes to get my car smogged and was immensely cheaper than all the other places I had called. Plus, the guy sent off my smog check to DMV (I don’t know if that’s a common thing) but I had my registration show up in the mail less than 2 weeks later and I didn’t have to do anything! Excellent service.

The guy with the smog check right on the DMV concord parking lot was not only rude, but way overpriced and said it would be 40 minutes even though nobody else was there. thank goodness for Unilocal!I looked this place up and the ultra friendly man at the counter was ready to take my car for inspection immediately. Half the price of the other place just for saying the word, «yelp.» it doesn’t get any better. I’ll be back in line at the DMV in no time well, at least I didn’t get robbed on the smog check, so even the DMV can’t bring me down.

After being turned away at D&H because they were on lunch, I hopped on Unilocal and found the deal for Green Star. Even though D&H is closer to the DMV, Green Star is three minutes down the street and will treat you much better. I was «one of those people» who went to the DMV thinking that I didn’t need a smog check and it turns out I did. If you are one of those people, this review is for you.
I ended up at Green Star right around noon on a Thursday. The guy working was extremely polite and although he appeared to be the only one there, he helped the customer before me and myself within 30 minutes. He kept me informed of how long the wait would be. He was efficient and friendly, and valued my time.
I would definitely use these guys again, but I’m hoping to not need a smog check again for a while!

This year DMV required I use a STAR Cerified station (1999 Lexus) for first time so I could not use place that was my go to for years. Checked government website and called those on list local to me. Decided on Green Smog whose price was a few dollars higher than others quoted but I felt more comfortable going to a TEST Only. Fellow in front office was also technician. He was really frierndly and although I was second in line I was out in under 30 minutes. Very pleased with the service I received.
My BAD that I failed to see the Unilocal coupon that would have saved me $ 20.
