I got new windows and a patio door installed in my condo in November. I am so glad I chose Bestoff Windows. When Sergey came to my house he explained everything thoroughly and gave me an estimate at that time. He took the time to answer all my questions and I did not feel rushed. There was absolutely no pressure. When he ordered the windows they came in early. His crew, Jesus, Alex, and Jose, came to install the windows. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. They did an outstanding job and went above and beyond for me. My new windows look beautiful and do an excellent job in keeping out the cold. I highly recommend this company. They are excellent in every way!

Bestoff (Sergey and his team) did an excellent job on the windows and sliding door of my newly purchased home. From the get go customer service was excellent. Upon calling, Sergey came by that weekend to give me an estimate of what it would take to replace all my 1989 dual pane windows with new ones and a sliding door. He took all the necessary measurements, placed the order and in less than two weeks I had my windows installed and I was moving in.
The installation was fast but was done with care. They did it within a day and when I came to see the property around 3:30pm, everything was done without a hint of someone being in the house. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure all the windows were properly secure. Our new windows are great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!

This review is for the quote only. Sergey came out and he was a nice guy. A++ for the quote. He was very knowledgeable about the window industry. He had the 2nd best price (way cheaper than anyone else still) and I choose with the other cheapest installer instead. I informed Sergey of the other company’s price and he respectfully told me he couldn’t match that price because his windows cost more. He was honest, up front, timely. If I had to do it again, I would pick Bestoff Windows and not save the few hundred bucks. (It was unfortunate as the other installer had really good Unilocal reviews too…)

I am very late with this review — but Bestoff did such a great job I wanted to get it out there. In June of 2015 — we contacted Best-​off windows to give us an estimate for 22 windows in an older home in Vallejo. Sergey from the start was attentive and very clear in the process. He met with us — discussed what we wanted — and quoted us a very fair price. Once the project started he took precise measurements — and had the windows on order. It was really nice to be able to coordinate other improvements going on in the house with a specific window installation date.
The day of installation — the team, Jesus and his crew — were amazing. They are a well oiled machine who systematically removed — prepped — installed — and cleaned the windows as they went room to room. It was amazing to watch. They were conscientious of the floors — newly painted walls and the house in general. I cannot say enough good things about this team.
The Amerimax windows are fantastic! We went with the single hung dual pane white windows — and they are beautiful. They are sturdy — no warble in the glass — they transformed the house.
I highly recommend Bestoff Windows!

Sergeis crew is #1! Believe the Unilocal hype. Our entire interaction with them was great. From his quote to the installation, everything was professional and smooth. Our windows look amazing. They just left here and I jumped on here to share how happy we are. He noticed things like they were sliding the wrong way, so changed that with the new ones. His crew was polite, clean and efficient. I was quoted one day for installation and they were done after 3.5 hours. Hire them you won’t regret it!

If I could give a million stars I would!
I called Sergey and he came out the next day. We wanted to replace 7 windows, 2 of them had air between the double pane and the other one was our bathroom window. Our bathroom window opened side to side which every time we showered we had to have it closed so the neighbors wouldn’t see us (I didn’t want to give them a free show every time! lol). We had 2 other companies come out before Sergey and NO ONE offered advice like Sergey. He suggested we do an up and down window so we didn’t have to do any construction to our house and we could shower with the window opened (he also gave other suggestions with the windows that again no one else gave us.) He said that even if we did not use his services that we might want to use his suggestions (which I loved every suggestion he gave!!!).
His crew is actually at my house right now, they were unbelievably polite, professional, made sure that the windows were in the right rooms, facing the right ways and asked if I needed anything else. I kept following them and yes I know that’s annoying, I was annoyed at myself for doing it!!! but they just looked so amazing.
They were finished within 3 hours. Jesus walked me around and showed me how to use and maintain the windows. Again asked if i had any questions and if I thought of anything after they left just give them a call anytime. LOVE THEM!!!

I did exactly what you are doing when I needed new windows in my house. I went to Unilocal,sorted by highest rated, and called the top 3. Bestoff was very responsive and came by quickly for an estimate. After shopping around, Bestoff answered all my questions and fought hard to earn my business. I also liked the windows he offers for several reasons (one is that the bottom pane comes out for easy cleaning of both sides). You don’t pay a penny until the job is done. We agreed on a price and date for install, everything went very smoothly with them putting all 16 windows in at the same time and disposing of all the old windows and garbage. This is a perfect example of Unilocal helping to find the best person for the job.

The best service ever ! Sergey installed 13 windows and 2 balcony doors in my condo 3 years ago. I had some roofing issues that caused leaks in my house. We did not know what was leaking and the roofing guy kept blaming the windows. Sergey went above and beyond his duties to assist me and point out that windows were not leaking. In the end the Association and the Roofing company figured out that it was fault of the roof that caused the leaks and not the windows. It was a very stressful moment for me as a homeowner and Sergey really put me at easy with his service. Very honest and committed to providing the best product and service.

He is just finishing a final measurement and I already know he will be an honest and quality focused contractor. He is our third quote and the price is very fair. Not a cheesy sales pitch like I have had a couple of times already. I will update this review as the windows come in, but for a no nonsense and fair estimate he gets 5 stars.

This company is so rude and unprofessional. Their idea of customer service is to take the time to put together an insulting email instead of a 30 second return call to let me know they don’t handle the broken glass I needed replaced on my window. It was a honest mistake on my part. He continues to message me.

«I’m sorry but you have called the construction business with a glass replacement request, that’s why no one have called you back.
As you may see that– our company named „Bestoff windows and construction”-there is nothing about glass replacement in it, right?.
Nothing about the glass replacement you may see among all of our customers reviews, you may also check the business website-​if there anything say that the construction business does a glass repairs.
Even the license classification is for a General Contractor not for a glass or windshields repairs.
Next time please try to call the right business for your needs… for example-​broken GLASS should be replaced by any company that named GLASS, like -„Diablo Glass“,“All American GLASS“,“Vallejo GLASS».e.t.c.-those guys are on Yep too and the do the broken GLASS replacement for those WINDOWS that was installed in your house by us-​a WINDOW installers.

I hired Bestoff Windows based on their stellar Unilocal reviews. The whole process was seamless. Sergey came out within a day of my initial call to evaluate my home. He gave me a great price but said it would be a couple of weeks before he could install the windows. I told him we were getting ready to put our house on the market and were tight on time. He was very accommodating and was able to squeeze our install in the next week. His guys arrived on the install date bright and early and got right to work, they were very fast and left my home spotless when they finished up. I absolutely give Bestoff Windows 5 STARS!

My husband and I had a GREAT experience with Bestoff Windows. We met with Sergey twice before the work date and both times his presentation was professional and educational. Never pushy and good-​natured.
He didn’t mind answering all of our questions, nor did he mind providing us with the names and numbers of clients whose windows he recently installed so we could call them for references. BTW I called all five names I jotted down and ended up speaking to all five. Even those who I left a voicemail for took the time to call me back and share their experience — which could be summed up as «exceeded expectations» across the board.
I had three contractors visit the home, take measurements and provide estimates. While price was important to us, we were looking for a company that would do a good job and who also had a solid workmanship warranty.
Final note — Sergey’s price came in 35% LESS than the other two contractors who quoted us — same window product. His men showed up around 8 am, were polite, cleaned up after themselves and were done with installation (8 windows /​1 slider) by 2 pm. Awesome — highly recommend Sergey and his crew.

I have to join the ranks here and rave about the wonderful service Sergey and his install crew provided. I was on a tight time budget, you know the remodel story… windows have to be in before counter tops because counters butt up to the windows, etc etc.
I was getting the run around from other window companies about cost and installation dates. After reading all the great reviews on Unilocal about Bestoff Windows, I gave Sergey a call and he came out to measure a couple days later. His prices were so competitive, that I asked him for a quote on installing a new window-​as in cut a hole in my wall and put a window there kind of new window. His prices were so great that we were able to get all the windows and doors, including my new construction window, for less than the next cheapest bid that didn’t include my new window. Not to mention that the windows we bought were made in CA… I love the idea that I am supporting jobs within the state. :)
The windows came in almost a week early and Sergey had them installed the day after they arrived-​in ONE DAY! I went to work with crappy, single pane, hard to open/​close/​lock aluminum windows and came home to beautiful, dual pane windows and doors. And my new window? Amazing. It brightens up the master bedroom just as I had hoped it would and gives a glimpse of Mt. Diablo too.
There is no question, I will always call Sergey when I need windows… and with as great as my new window looks, I just might be adding a couple more windows to other dark spots in my house.
Early and under budget… if only every home improvement project could be so easy!

Sergey provided: Fantastic price, excellent customer service, honest and dependable installers! What a great team he has and Jesus (the lead guy) was very courteous and friendly! I am so fortunate to have found a great windows company via Unilocal (again). The order took about 1 week and the install was about 2 days. They were clean, respectful of our home and professionals. Sergey is a man of his word and when I asked for the sliding door lock that he promised would arrive (a little late), he provided it and drove to our house just to install the lock.
I will remove one star bc there was a hiccup with him and my neighbor’s project. =(I hope that got worked out between them.
I can’t forget to mention that he helps with deciding which way doors or windows should open for better ventilation! That is awesome. He considers several factors and discusses them with you to help you make the final decision. Overall, I would totally use him again!

I didn’t hire Bestoff windows because the owner didn’t seem to have the type of windows I was looking for. I have old windows that crank out with a diamond pattern on the side. I wanted to upgrade to dual pane windows but keep some of the old style of the windows.
I have met quite a few contractors and some of them are very unprofessional, don’t show up on time or don’t give me a quote. I am giving Bestoff windows five stars even though I didn’t use them. I give the five stars for the owners professionalism. The owner showed up on time, was polite, gave me a quote immediately after measuring all of my windows. The owner didn’t pressure me to sign anything that day. If you are looking to upgrade to dual pane windows and just want a basic window Bestoff is probably a good company to use.
Also for women … the owner looks exactly like Daniel Craig. Enough said!
