Concord Lock & Safe

Needed a locksmith and called Concord Lock and Safe. Unfortunately, they are too far from where I am but the man was terrific. He was helpful, answered my questions and gave me the information I needed.
If I lived closer to Concord I would have used them.
You should, too!

Wonderful service– Called Dennis and explained it appeared we had someone enter the house when we weren’t home. There’s absolutely nothing like knowing someone has been in your place and you need to reestablish the security in your home. Dennis understood and was able to re-​key all the locks in our house before nightfall to allow us to rest easy.
Dennis was ever helpful pointing out ways to make the doors more tight against cold and more secure and was even patient when I tried to help.

We lost out keys while beaching it! We contacted AAA who then contacted Dennis at Concord Lock and Key. Dennis called us back within 15 minutes, met us at our car and able to cut a new key onsite. Great service, great guy!

Yesterday was a crappy day for me — but Dennis the silver lining. After rushing my dog to the vet, I get home to realize that I’ve locked my entire family out of our new home. After unsuccessful attempts at breaking in myself, I called Dennis who arrived in 20 minutes.
Not only was Dennis professional — he was kind. He opened the lock without any drills or destruction and he even spent the time to evaluate the locks in my new home to make sure they were as effective as possible. He even went through the keys the previous owners had provided to weed out unnecessary keys. I will be calling him again whenever his services are needed — I feel lucky to have found him!

Best experience ever! I have a 2002 Hyundai Santa fe, one day it became too cold and the key lock froze, I looked up local locksmiths in Concord and concord lock was the first to show up, I called a man named Dennis picked up the phone and was at my house within 15 minutes of the call! Less than 10 minutes later my car was up and running again! Thank you for all your hard work!

Unbelievable Service.
While traveling in South Carolina, we realized we had accidentally locked our house-​sitter out of our house, so no sitting was possible. Two dogs on the inside and one house-​sitter on the outside was not good.
We started by calling a more generic 1−800-something firm, who showed up, could not open the doors, called to ask about drilling them out, and in the meantime, left our house-​sitter outside for four hours while they went on another call.
When we heard that so little progress had been made, I call Concord Lock & Safe, and in 27 minutes (I timed it with texts from our house-​sitter), Dennis had answered my call, found our house, and gotten our house-​sitter inside without any drilling, destruction, or waiting.
A fantastic service experience at a very reasonable price.

Phenomenal. I needed locksmithing services, called around 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, left a message and Dennis from Concord Lock and Safe called me back immediately. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but he happily (and patiently) listened to my problem and started giving me directions on how to fix the problem I was having. He was able to solve the problem for me and if I could give him 50 stars I certainly would. I called him because he was the only one I could find in my area with so many good reviews (check google). I will most definitely be calling him again if I need locksmithing services. Glad to know he is around. BTW he is a mobile service and will travel to your location. See website.
