Charlie and crew did a fantastic job on my daughters car. He even went the extra mile dealing with the insurance company, basically dropped the car off and he called when it was done. Best body shop experience I have ever had.

I found Elite Auto Body & Collision Center through my insurance and I could not be happier! I worked with Charlie, and his friendly personality definitely made the experience better. My car was done in 10 days, just as he’d told me, and when I picked it up, it was driven out to me (so nice) and I saw that 1. It looked amazing! As though it had never been wrecked, and 2. They cleaned it inside and out! What I thought was going to be a grueling, stressful process ended up being one of the more pleasant things to have happened to me lately– thank you, Charlie, and everyone who worked on my car. You’re the best! If I’m ever in need of auto body work again, I know where I’m going!

When I have a job I wanted done well I go to Elite.
Elite does a great job. They are very professional, give a very fair estimate for the job, the work is impeccable and whenever we go in or out, its on time!
I highly recommend them, they are honest, very professional and courteous.

This is the second time I come to Elite Collision Center for repair on my leased vehicle and I have to say these guys are PHENOMENAL! Both times the outcomes of the repairs have left my vehicle looking brand new! My Chevy had some scratches on the front and rear bumpers. I got estimates from 3 body shops in the area and Elite had the best price (I was paying for the repairs myself). They did a great job and finished the job much sooner than expected. My car looks brand new again! I couldn’t be happier with the work they did.

I came to do an estimate about small crash to my car at the beginning of the month and i was a little upset with my insurance because they did force to go to this shop which i did not know it. after try and do many other estimates i found that it will be the same as other shops, so i decided to stop wasting my time and go with this shop so i did an appoinment and before taking my car to be repair i decided to see any review about this shop and of course i just read the bad one. i went not very happy, very particular and bad attitude with the poor guy who saw my attitude and did not want to work with me because of my attitude so after a log chat he decided and finally was the best decision ever. after 4 days of works, my car finally got very nice and clean. no more dent. my comment about safeness were put in list and check. it was a great job what they did. my car looks very good, shiny and clean even cleaner than I supposed I left it. they were very professional in the matter.
i just want to say that you should never underestimate a store by old reviews of people because it could be a just a once in a moon or just a person who had a bad day. EVERYONE DESERVE A CHANCE!!! THANK YOU ELITE FOR YOUE GREAT JOB!!! A+++++

We have had to use their services more often then I care to admit — two words– teenage drivers, but we’ve also used them for a company car. They are always professional, kind and courteous and the quality of work is excellent. On the last occasion, my car literally ran out of gas. The gas station is one building away, but I had no gas can. They said, don’t worry about it and they put in a couple of gallons. You can have piece of mind having your car repaired here. We won’t hesitate to use them again, but hope to not need to, of course.

I had my truck hood painted over 5 years ago due to someone leaving me a message about my parking ability scratched into my hood. I took it to Elite and they took care of it right away. Just recently, the paint on the hood started to fail, and I took it back to Elite to look at. The owner of the shop looked at it and correctly guessed when the hood was painted years prior, he said that one other vehicle around that same time had what looked to be the same issue. Apparently there was a problem with the a certain color paint they had been sold by their supplier back then, but only one other car showed the effects.
He told me to bring in my truck whenever it was convenient for me and they would take care of it a their cost, no hassles whatsoever. Since I was there, I asked him to take a look at some failing factory paint near the tailgate, and he offered to paint that at no charge to offset my inconvenience regarding the hood.
I just picked up the truck, it looks great, the touchups are perfect and the hood’s like new. Elite has treated me well and bottom line, the paint looks great!

I was rear ended at 60mph and Kia of Concord referred me to Elite. They helped me with guidance on my rental car and fixed my car in a timely fashion. Everytime I called to check on my car they gave me full details of what was being done and when I could expect to pick it up. Charlie and his crew were very helpful and professional. I brought my 2014 corvette here for a clear bra and to replace some emblems. They dented my bumper and then scratch my hood from one end to the other. Oh and the clear bra was full of hair and had to be torn off. Now I have the pleasure Of leaving my brand new car here to be fixed by a shop that could not put a clear piece of plastic on my car and replace and emblem. Now my new car will be re painted ! So great 70k on a car to have it repainted I am sure it will look great (yeah right)

The Buick dealership referred this shop a few years ago after I was hit by a red light runner in my 6 month old Buick Enclave. Initially I thought they were an ok shop. Charlie Jr seemed on top of the geico adjuster and thought they had our best interests. Then I get my car back a month and a half later. I look it over and found scratches all over the top and down the side of the car. My husband gets a ladder out and finds glass shards stuck in the seams of the sun roof. However there were no broken windows in the accident. I brought my car back. They said they would get the adjuster back out. This was pretty shady. We suspected that the shop dropped a sheet of glass on the car and did not take responsibility for it. Instead stuck my insurance company with the cost. Then i get the car back a second time and the paint was not correct. It is a tri-​coat pearl white with gray on the bottom. It had white overspray all over the grey portions. Considering they milked the insurance company for over 26K, you think they would look over their work. Do not take your car here! They are sloppy and not trust worthy!

Lehmer’s GMC of Concord dealership recommended Elite Auto Body for a bumper replacement and I’m SO glad they did. I was at fault for the incident and submitted it to my insurance company who told me it wouldn’t show up on my DMV record if they paid up to $ 1000 and not a penny more. Not convinced I was given the proper info, Charlie, the owner of Elite Auto Body, called the insurance company immediately asking exactly the right questions and getting all the details. I’m very appreciative Charlie is so detail oriented and the kind of guy who has my back dealing with the insurance company. Elite took care of everything for me from then on. These guys are straight shooters and really know their profession. They replaced my bumper and hitch with a brand new one, on the date scheduled AND in just a few hours. I’m really pleased with the way I was treated as a customer they care for and their great work!

I am amazed at how within 1 minute of walking in their front door, what a bad idea it was to have my vehicle taKen to elite autobody. Whomever the guy was in the office this afternoon should not be allowed to come into any kind of contact with potential customers because of his arrogant, condesending atittude and tone. I will never go back to this company again because it is people like this guy that give the autobody repair business a bad name.

So after taking my Infiniti M to many different places for a paint job on the front bumper due to some major scratches, I felt like this place was the best because Charlie (owner) seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He wasn’t giving me that «The paint will have some variations» like many other places told me. The place next to their shop, Mike Roses auto body inc, Told me that I needed to replace the whole bumper (They wanted to make their job easier while making more money, straight thieves!). Over all, I visited 7 body shops including 3 in Martinez and by far Elite Auto Body seemed the best with the most decent price.
I dropped off my car, and went back 3 days later as I was told to do so. They had fixed the front bumper to brand new condition and done a great paint job however, the paint showed a very light variation and I wanted a perfect match. I showed Charlie and he said no problem. I left the car for another day, went back to see a PERFECT JOB done! I was very impressed and satisfied! I have never seen a paint match like that done especially on a bumper (since bumpers are made out of plastic and the rest of the body is metal). I give them a Solid 5***** for the job they had done on my car!

Charlie and his guys are good. They do good work and are very personable. I have heard from others, that they work with you. I have know him for years, they do good work.
They have fixed my mother’s old Accord, she was rear ended/​side swipped by a neighbor. They repaired the left quarter panel and replaced the rear bumper. Was able to do a perfect color match on a silver metallice paint job. Top notch work, and only had the car for four days.
I have seen theri work and they do great job. My car was totaled and I got an esitmate from them, they were going to save it. I wanted them to fix it. But my car was repaired and it took forever at another shop. Wont say.
I learn as a I live, I regret not having Elite repair my car. I was in a rental for two weeks. My trunk leaked months down the road, first big rain. They is a huge gouge that was not there before they repair my car. I have proof, I took pictures of my car at the accident.
Charlie is a good guy and so is his son. They can come off a little rudem but they are great people.

Here is the definition of Elite according to

Well then this shop should not have this title.
This is the worst body shop you can step your foot into. They advised my vehicle will be finished within 2 – 3 weeks. This was extended to five weeks because of parts not coming in on time. Well I can understand that but if I had known, then I would have made other arrangements for my rental vehicle. I ended up coming out $ 500 of my own money for a rental car because there was no communication from this body shop.
It was frustrating because I specifically told them to give me a realistic time line. I truly felt my car should have been a total loss but hey why lose out on a $ 8500 estimate right? So by this point I am coming out of pocket for a rental car and I wanted the shop to man up for their miscommunication. I remember getting into an argument with senior Charlie, who really shouldn’t be at the shop because hes an old grumpy POS. It seemed like he was frustrated too because I would stop by the shop every other day to see if they were even touching the car. So frustrated that we both got into each others face with his last remarks bragging about how much success he has had in his life in comparison to mine. W T F
So then we discuss the situation and they tell me that all damage was on the exterior and we were just waiting on some trim pieces to come in. Car was painted and ready to go. I drove the car home and it just didn’t feel right. I figured hey I have lifetime alignment I’ll get it taken care of since I didn’t trust elite to do to an ahem… elite job
So at the end it was due to the fact that the rear suspension was cracked and the knuckle was broken. I tell this to the shop owners and they said they will take care of it. I stumble into the shop seeing them ghetto rig my knuckle to the car. By this point I am seven weeks in and I just wanted my car back!!. Afterwards the air bag light is on and all this misc stuff that they never bothered to fix. They basically sent me out to different shops to reimburse me. Well those other shops failed at fixing this issue and I had to go out of pocket once again.
Now want to hear the best part? I get a call from insurance a year later saying «hey we owe you $ 1000 since the suspension piece ELITE body shop replaced wasn’t an OEM replacement.» The knuckle they used to replace mine was from the scrap yard and no wonder my mechanic told me other wise! $ 1000 is great but I mean thanks but no effin thanks!
The business definitely does not live up to its name for SURE

I took my Audi here a few years ago as they were recommended by the Audi dealership that was across the street at the time. My car was only 7 months old when it was hit so it was important that the job done was darn near perfect.
The FIRST time I picked up the car after the work was done, I noticed that the paint job on the side was HORRIBLE. It had an «orange peel» appearance in some spots. In addition, there were still some scratches on the driver’s side door which were not repaired. There was also a black piece of the bumper which was scratched. My insurance company had given the ok for the replacement of this part, but it was not done. Anyone looking at the job done would be able to see this job was not worthy of a Yugo let alone an Audi — especially an Audi that was only 7 months old. I took the car back and they did replace the bumper and repaint which was satisfactory. However, after picking up the car a second time, I noticed there was rattling noise coming from the rear driver’s side door. Turns out that they had not replaced a part correctly in the door. That had to be ordered and I went back to have it replaced only to find out that they couldn’t find the part and the person who knew where it was just happened to be out of the office. We finally took it back several months later and it was fixed satisfactorily.
On the positive side, all the staff was very friendly. They also took care of a small dent that was not part of the accident for a very reasonable price.
Would I go back (hopefully I won’t be in any more accidents)? No. Incidentally, they were not on my insurance company’s preferred list of auto body shops. That should have told me something right there!

Elite is a great body shop. This is a family owned business and they are always curteous and professional. I have been coming here with different cars for several years and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend Elite to anyone that’s looking for great work at a reasonable price.

Horrible place to go, went a handful of times JUST TO GET AN ESTIMATE and they kept telling me their computers were broken or so-​and-​so wasn’t there to do it or whatever the excuse was. I ended up just going to another shop because these guys couldn’t get it together. If you don’t want a headache, then I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I can’t tell you how to write a quote when we didn’t even get that far, I showed up to your shop 3 different times to get an estimate. If you can’t even do that, what makes me think that you can fix my car?
