Fix Color and More

Tempered glass peeled in 2 weeks. Prior tempered lasted a whole year until I cracked it (from Celaris, the old booth). When I brought it back they said they couldn’t do anything as I had to have been picking at it to cause the issue. $ 30 what a rip off!

If I could give these people negative stars I would, so I’ll settle for the one star they DONT deserve.
I initially dropped my son’s phone off to repair his cracked screen, and was told it would be ready in a day. I picked it up as scheduled and all seemed ok aside from the Verizon screen on an At&t phone that is? And then later on that evening my son discovered that the front camera wasn’t working anymore.
Turns out, they used a screen that was not compatible with my son’s android phone that covered his front camera. I immediately brought the phone back and asked «what in the world happened, and how they could have possibly missed the fact that they covered the front camera?», they apologized and said it would be fixed in 1 – 2 days. 5 days later my husband attempted to pick up the phone, and was advised that the phone was still not ready but would be finished within the next 2 days.
Over a week later and numerous ignored phone calls and voicemails, we still don’t have my son’s phone or even a simple status update of when we can expect to pick up the phone. After them ignoring my many voicemail inquiries from my cell phone, I tried calling from my land line and I discovered tonight that they’ve apparently blocked my calls from my cell phone and send me straight to voicemail instead. *They use Google voice
If they can’t fix my phone, then simply say that and return the money along with a full refund. If it takes multiple weeks to get the correct glass, then just tell me that. I’m not asking for much, just basic customer service.
At this point I agree with the earlier reviewers, these people are crooks and I would never recommend them for phone repairs. I’ve reported them to the Sun Valley Mall Management and Security, hopefully my complaint will motivate them to do what they were paid for and return my son’s phone repaired once and for all.

So my phone screen cracked and I had been needing to gey it fixed. Came across this place in the mall, but they have the worst customer service. First they told né that it woukd take about an hour to fix which I anticipated, sure no problem. But then when I came back they told me they didnt finish fixing my phone. In fact they didn’t even start working on it. Don’t go here and have your time wasted. They lied, then said it would take maybe another hour or half an hour… and wanted cash for payment so I pulled out cash for no reason! In the end tried to justify with reasons of, it’s Mothers Day weekend, it’s busy blah blah. One has no bearing on the other and the work of fixing my phone.
Definitely the WORST service I have ever experienced and I’m usually pretty flexible. Looks like I’m not the only one who write a bad review since this place seems to have a bad reputation.

I took my little sisters phone there to get her screen fixed and I’ll say it took about 45 minutes or so. Before we left we observed everything and in that moment it seemed fine. Although when we came home the top part did not even detect her fingertips and there were so many glitches that she didn’t have a problem with before. We came back today and the guy who initially fixed it told us it would take about an hour for him to see what’s going on and for him to fix it. An hour later, turns it he didn’t even try fixing it and no refunds were offered. All in all this place is a waste of your time so don’t even bother. Sorry not sorry.

I had a terrible experience with Hussein, the manager of the booth on the 2^nd floor. He and his female employee were very rude, dishonest AND nasty. I’m going to make sure none of my friends go there. As a customer I’ve never been treated this badly.
