Just had a Pioneer stereo and speakers installed in my ’92 Toyota Land Cruiser and am very happy with their customer service and instalation. Thanks guys, you made it easy.

I’ve came here for speakers for many cars. They’ve been nothing but respectful and they get the job done! My man Bashir is the go to person! I also got my interior lighting done here. Very quick work and quality work. This place deserves my 5 stars!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. The owner Bashier always took care of me and made sure I was happy. Wether it was subs, HIDs, tires, rims, etc he had it and always gave me the best deals. Their prices are hard to beat and their customer service is amazing. I recommend anyone to come here.

We went in right before Christmas to buy a new speaker for my daughters car.
There was a switcheroo that happened in between the time we agreed on a price and the product that was handed to us. It may have just been miscommunication, but it felt a bit dirty at the time. The owner fixed it for us the moment we complained.
I probably wouldn’t go in there again without someone who could make sure I was getting what I paid for.

WAY BETTER and cheaper than going to places like Fry’s or this one place on concord ave. Concord Car Sterio and Tint– They said a 12 inch sub with an amp would be 350 dollars plus 100 an hour, WTF? Tony installed a 12 inch sub with an amp for a MUCH cheaper price at GM Electronics. Such a chill place with great customer service hands down. I will be going back when im ready for my next twelve !!

Hands down, GM Electronics is by far — the best place to go to get your electrical installs/​tires/​rims, etc. I have an extensive history with this company, my family and myself are loyal customers! Because its rare to find trusted QUALITY services that you can depend on regardless of the year, make, and model of your car!
2003 — Mercedes SLK. Back in 03′ I brought Bashir my prized car! I was nervous and cautious of letting anyone install anything on my car. I wanted a new 8 disc CD changer, all new speakers and deck. I went to the dealership and was quoted over $ 2,000.00. (JESUS!). I searched and found several other quotes from other electronic shops (range $ 1,650 — $ 1,800). A close friend and mentor recommended me to GM Electronics and my life was forever change. Not only did I get everything I wanted — Bashir installed better equipment than I expected, was thorough in his knowledge of the installation process and products being installed, … I was seriously impressed, and he only charged me $ 1,350! The price was beyond fair and I walked away satisfied.
2005 — Chrysler Crossfire. I loved this car — didn’t love the 19′ tires on the rear though. Went to Big O Tires in Pittsburg for a price check, and the prices seemed outrageous for some regular ass looking tires! After wasting 3 hours of my time looking through some basic tire catalogs, I decided to go to GM. I told Big O’ Tires that I was going somewhere else. They asked me where? When I told them, they knew of GM’s reputation of speedy, affordable services/​variety — Big O’ tried to deter me from leaving, «Oh yea — your going to get a cheaper tire… But they get all of there tires from Japan! That’s why they’re so cheap.» I laughed. Cause I can care less where my tires come from, just make sure it’s quality.
Not only did GM blow Big O’ Tire out of the water with there catalog selection and prices — but heres where you really get your moneys worth @ GM, the level of expertise that Bashir and his team bring to the table is out of this world! With so many options, I felt a little overwhelmed and frustrated trying to work within my budget. Bashir was very hands on and helped me select appropriate rims for my car. Went with 20’s all around — #crispy. Spent $ 2,200.00 on my Laxani’s.

1970 — Mustang Coupe (500 horse power). Somebody hit my Chrysler Crossfire (R.I.P), so I had to go into my garage and pull out my old school. This is my baby that I’ve been working on for over 14 yrs. At this point in my life, I don’t even think about taking my car somewhere else. I brought my car in to have them cut out the radio, install dual den device (touch screen/​nav/​bluetooth), GM installed subs, all new speakers — again, I was blown away at the technical job/​art — the install was flawless.
**for the first time ever, on this install I had an issue with the original deck installed and the sub had blown out on me!***
1. At the start of the install — I’m so faithful/​and have so much confidence in GM and Bashir that I didn’t realize that I didn’t tell them exactly the type of deck I wanted to have installed — so the wrong deck was installed. After I took the car home, I realized the error. I talked to Bashir, and the problem was resolved instantly without making me feel shamed! I ended up paying a little more for the better deck, but again, after the install — I walked away feeling like a champion! I wasn’t hassled about the error that I caused at all… WOW! That’s service!
2. 1.5 weeks after the install, the sub went out. Again, I brought my car back and Bashir took care of it, no questions asked, why? Because he is truly en expert. That’s A-​1 customer support — GM is beyond just giving you good customer service, this organization is also about providing support to their customers in times of distress.
Now, I’m currently completing my Doctorate in clinical psychology — and my new Porsche needs speakers… Guess where I’m going! GM Electronics is the best and I’ll NEVER take my car to any other place.
Now, I have to say that you may have wait a few hours to get it done right — but I promise you, the shit will be done right. And if it isn’t — Ask for Bashir, he’ll take care of you. I promise you!

Getting some time and sounds installed. Best in the area. If you ever need tires wheels sounds tint ect. This is where you need to come. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know. Great service

James is very knowledgeable and
gives good service. I will give him 10 stars for his customer service etiquette. I give the company 3 stars due to the following. There is room for improvement.
1. Scion XB problem. The HID’s were installed but it was way off. Pretty much pointing out in the sky. I brought it back and the installer said «that is how it is». I said no there is just for this. I get a frown… so I left. After going to the Internet for 5 minutes I figured it out and did the adjustment myself. Solution? Before saying no. Check the Internet.
2. Long wait time for my BMW for the HID lights. I was told 1 hour but it is more than 2 now… still waiting. Solution: just tell me it could take longer I could’ve gone home and picked up the car later.

I brought my BMW for a deck install… like I said before, it is better if you leave your car there and let them do it. Took it in the morning and by the time I got it done it was dinner time. The new Bluetooth deck is great and I am happy until I saw my glove compartment not completely closing due to the installation they did. I called GM and spoke to Bashir/​Owner he said bring it back and he will take care of it. Brought it back the next and James took care of it.
In life things happen… and no one is perfect. Bashir and his guys are very good to help and fix what is broken. Very professional and great customer service. I definitely recommend GM electronics for all your Car audio needs.

I am so glad i found GM on Unilocal!Omg!!! In 2011 i had bought a brand new camaro and just after 2 months having the factory tires. I took my car to GM and got new bigger tires and rims and for 3 years i had the car i never had to change the wheels. Sadly i sold my camaro this year and i an very sad about it and i have been looking for this shop for months because i forgot the name. Now i have a 2015 honda accord and i am definitely going to call for new tires and rims! Even though i have to drive like 50 miles.

My hid blows out I come and get it fixed they do it right then and there B and Daniel do everything perfect I highly recommend coming here for all your Music and electronic car needs

They know what they are doing they hustle you for your hard earned they work on your car for experience every time my girlfriend gets something from them I end up going back to get it fixed or doing it my selfe!!! they fucked my girls tint job and car panals from going back to do their job so many times the clips are broken now and told me they were going to not validate her warranty with her deck this company bad business just looking to make a quick $$$$

Fantastic service from B. Was in the process of fixing up my girlfriend’s radio. Needed a new wiring harness. Autozone didn’t have what I needed and they suggested this place. B was able to look at my car and noticed right away what I would need to make this all happen. He got me the right parts and on my way to getting my first radio install done easily.
These guys have everything you need to get the job done or have it done for you. There were installs going on right outside the store, with the owner able to look on. I love that.
Can’t recommend enough from my experience.

Bashier and company have installed stereo equipment in my boat and several cars. Prices are the best around and they always make things right. My most recent experience with a backup camera did take a few visits to get right because the camera’s would stop working, but they upgraded me at no charge and things work great now. The place is really busy, so consequently, I usually leave my car and give them plenty of time to get the work done (not everyone has that option, but I live close). I’m only giving 4 stars because the place is pretty hectic, so some times you do feel a bit rushed and you don’t always get to demo the product before you commit to the install, but that’s because its a small shop.
PS — I’m heading there this weekend to check out a car alarm on a Jeep I just bought

G.M. Electronics helped me pull off thee greatest christmas gift for my girlfriend. Her car had many technical problems and they were able to fix all of them! On top of that they are extremely knowledgable! The owner knew exactly what was the right speakers, stereo system, and bass to put into the car. I took his advice on everything, and the car couldn’t sound better.
Also, I was surprised to see how fast they finished my car. I thought that the magnitude of my project would have at-​least taken two days, but they were able to finish it right when I needed it. On top of that, costumer service is amazing. When I went to pick the car up, I noticed a few problems with my vehicle and I asked the employee, Victor, if he could help fix them. He said, «No problem, I have this covered». And he really did, he fixed every single problem with my car and extremely fast. What really got me though, was that the business was just about to close, and he stayed and helped me when he could have easily said no. That really put a great impression on me about this business and how they care about their customers.
Overall, this is a great establishment. G.M. Electronics is very knowledgable, affordable, has great customer service, and delivers exactly what they promise.

Love these guys! No matter what I need they always treat me like a lady or even a little sister — they don’t cheat the girls, they keep it straight up! I just had my rim inserts put back on today (they keep breaking because they are plastic going on chrome — nothing you can really do about it– just the way they’re made). They hooked me up quick and easy and were fun to talk to!
I had my windows tinted here too about a year ago, and they service was awesome as usual! And I love my tint job…
