Concord Tire Center

Been here a few times now and this last time sealed the deal. This is by far the best place to bring your car when it spits and sputters. They are amazingly friendly and genuinely care about getting your car fixed for the fairest price possible. I’ve never felt talked down to and I’ve never felt like i was being swindled. They’ll call you and give you updates on what they find and go above and beyond to find the best fairly priced parts for your problem. If you stick around the waiting room is also amazing. Tv with something that’s not maury? Yes!
For my exact experience: i was driving home one night when my back tire decided to stop spinning. The back wheel bearing was done and had busted. The best part was i had been to this exact establishment a few months before and they had told me it might be going bad. I had pushed it to the back of my mind till that moment. I managed to get my car to their shop and, for whatever reason en route, the break lights stopped working as well. I pulled in and the wonderful woman at the counter (i regret i don’t remember her name) was super helpful and said they’d check out both problems. It was the Monday after memorial day so they were PACKED and she was very up front and told me they might not get to my car until the next day. I very much prefer honesty in that type of situation and was more than okay leaving the car there. Not only did they fix both problems but they called me at each step and made sure i was in the loop for the process. She called and told me about part quotes, about what they thought might be wrong with the break lights and what they’d do next. I’ve never had a shop respect the costumer enough to do that. I’ve only found places that call you at the beginning and end of the work. Here i not only knew the time frame but why each step was taking the amount of time it was. That car gets me from Clayton to Danville five times a week. Knowing the great people here put that amount of effort into the job at hand really made me feel good about the situation.
What it all really boils down to is this: if you want to give your cash to a great business for their work come here. These guys know what they’re doing and they aren’t in the business of turning a buck at your expense. Concord tire center, i love you guys

This is a very decent tire shop. I’ve used this place for tire repair, tire purchase, and alignment checks. The prices are competitive and the service is good.

Highly recommended. I found a screw on one of my tires which was slowly leaking air. I went to other tire shops in the area and was told that there is a 1 hr to 2 hr wait before they can even look into the tire on a Saturday mid morning. So I left those tire shops and stopped by Concord Tire Center.
Concord Tire Center immediately took care of the screw in my tire. In less than 30 mins, I had my car back and was back on the road. Plus, they only charge $ 19.99 to remove the screw and patch my tire, but the best thing is I still got to enjoy the rest of my Saturday!!!

I needed two new tires because mine were pretty bald. I was able to walk in without an appointment and was helped right away by Simon. He said they didn’t have the size I needed in stock, but he could order them. Thinking that would take a few days I almost declined, but he told me they would be in the next morning. Quick and awesome! I went in the next day and they fixed me right up. Just enough time to go to the local diner for some breakfast before they called me back to tell me they were done. I was given a great price including tires and labor. Cheaper than any of the other places. Turns out I will probably need the other set replaced in the near future and I will definitely go back.

I had a nail in my tire and within an hour they repaired it! It was only $ 19.00 and they guys were so helpful a nice.

No need to continue surfing Unilocal for HELP because you’ve found it! THE CONCORD TIRE CENTER IS THE BEST! They’re a Full Service Automotive repair shop! Simon and his team are truly a class act! They are fair, honest and won’t try rip you off… like we all have experienced, at other shops! I was recommend to this shop from my Brother-​In-​Law. Since then I I’ve had them put tires on, do alignments, oil changes, engine work and also just had a muffler repair completed!

Every week a meeting telling us to upsell customers on tire stems, shocks, tires replacements that weren’t even worn. I got sick of it, I just focus on good customer service now and a fair price. In 13 years I only saw two tpms valves that were leaking.»

One day, I noticed that my tire was flat and when I inspected it, saw a nice shiny nail was stuck straight in. Went to Unilocal and this place seemed to have great reviews, so I gave it a try. The place is not hard to find, but a little hard to get to as its situated in between busy one way streets. Reception area is clean and I was greeted warmly. I was told that they would not be able to repair the tire that night, but made an appointment for next morning.
The next day, I rolled in and they were waiting for me. I waited in their waiting area surfing the web. I got the car back quickly and paid $ 20. Not bad. The techs, manager, and reception area were super friendly. Got the tire fixed and was well on my way. Whole experience was mostly good.
I took off one star because they could not accommodate me same day, but excellent follow through for when I scheduled for the next morning.
Overall, definitely a tire store you all can buy from with confidence. I will be back.

Concord Tire is excellent, truly the kind of place that everyone is looking for when your car needs tires or almost any kind of repair service. Prices are always fair, up front and very honest. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great place! Very friendly and fair prices! I had to get a couple of new tires because my two front ones were worn unevenly. They got the tires next day, put them on, balanced them did an alignment assessment, and I definitely needed one, so i got that done along an oil change. I am very happy with the service! Thank you!

I went shopping around for the best deal on brand new tires and they had the best price, just a bit over the amount I was quoted for getting used tires at RT. On top of this the customer service was excellent and I’m saying this because they fixed my alignment and someone was supposed to call me before doing so to ask to proceed with an additional fee and somehow the phone call slipped through the cracks. Because of this, they waived the alignment fee without me even having to ask. That was very professional and in other words, an excellent way to show valued customer service. I highly recommend this place for tires!

Nail in tread. They patched me up and was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Fast friendly service, nice clean, air conditioned waiting room with a flat screen TV and cable. I’ll be getting my tires from here when I need them.

Amazing. This is my first time visiting. I was lucky to speak to Jessica the sales associate who was accommodating and so kind. She took time explaining their services and background information on buying tires. She stayed they would match the price of their competitors. Even when they couldn’t get a hold of me and aligned my tires she made sure I wasn’t charged so it was free ! J definitely will return. All in all I got an alignment, new tires installed and an oil change at s reasonable price compared to firestone and others

My first review of Concord Tire Center was 3 stars based on selection of tires for one of my cars. The review had nothing to do with the service at all. Since then I’ve had them do a lot more than just tires and I have really grown to like the shop. Oil changes on both my cars, had my brakes inspected, my light bulb replaced and the list goes on. The people who work here are always super professional, they always get the work done on time and I’ve never had any problems. I respect their opinions on what needs to be done to my vehicles, whats important to get done first and what can wait. Thanks guys.

4 out of 5 Wheelchair accessibility. Only because I haven’t seen there restroom yet. Accessible Parking right up front, enough room for large accessible vehicles. Wide doors easy access for large wheelchairs to maneuver. A Nice waiting room with complimentary coffee, magazines and a TV… while you wait.
Went on a fluke, I ran over a nail and had a slow leak in my tire. I researched the area I was in and found Concord Tires Center and thought I’d give them a chance.
They took care of tire problem right away. I notice that they also do oil changes and asked how much to service my wheelchair van? And depending on what you get it, it would run ya about 50 bucks… I haven’t gone back yet but, I am and will report on the job done. It’s half of what the dealer charges for me. I take it to a wheelchair van specialist mechanics because its my husband transportation and we want to make sure its done right. But, was very impress with the quality of service I have received from them that I’m gonna give them a go. ALSO… a few days after my nail in the tire… my right blinker went out I called them up asked if I could swing by in the morning to get it replace and they said sure no problem. I showed up the next day they saw me coming and took care of it immediately … Can’t beat that type of service !
