I had an extremely simple tire mount and balance job on a spare rim. Two other tire shops I went to wouldn’t even give me the time of day. These guys were helpful and very fast getting the tire installed between other jobs.

Got two used tired, one was bad right away. They over tightened my lug nuts causing my tools to break and a costly repair. I mean, who tightens bolts that tight that you need to break them to get off? What kind of business is that?

I took my car to the dealership for a recall and was told that my tire had a nail in it while they inspected the vehicle. I was then told that to replace my tire it would be $ 270!!! I would never pay that much for one tire so I called around and got a way better price for the tire, but then I decided to just get a used one. I found this place on Unilocal and decide to go because it’s 10 minutes from my job. When I got there they told me they did not have my size tire but would take a look at it anyway for me. To my surprise, I was told it could be repaired and I did not need a new tire !!! I paid $ 10 to have it repaired and was in and out in 15 minutes! I’m grateful for the honesty from the people that work here ! I will be writing a complaint to my dealership also !

I really didn’t have much choice in coming here as my tire had a screw in it. It took a few days to order my tire, then when it arrived, the size was wrong. Then when the guy said it would be only 20 minutes, I wait an hour for him to show up. When I asked him to give my money back (there was a more reliable shop just down the road) he became rude. I’m not very happy with my experience here. I’m not coming back.

Ran over something on the freeway which caused a big slash on my tire. Uncle told me about this place so I went the next day.
I parked in the back like the other reviews had mentioned, saw a worker walk up to me and I told him my situation and he gave me an estimated price right away which made me feel relieved because it was cheaper than the place I went to before.
Sat inside the lobby for maybe 5 minutes until the guy told me my car was done, definitely took less than 5 minutes. Maybe because I was the only person there and they weren’t working on any other cars but I was surprised how quick they were. They gave me my bill and it was $ 35 all together.
*i asked for a used tire because I’m due for new tires in the next few months anyways.
Either way, the prices for their tires are amazing! I told my parents and they immediately went to TNT a couple days after to get 2 new tires for their Mercedes E350.

Came in there for a tire alignment after installing coilovers and camber bolts. I told him I wanted –1.5 for the fronts and he told me I didn’t tell him that even though I was beside him when I explained it to him. Also he said that he couldn’t get negative camber because i needed to change all the bolts which was not true. He couldn’t get negative camber because he placed the tab of the camber bolt outside which gives positive instead of towards the car which will give negative. He insisted that it wasn’t like that, I told him he could loosen the nut so we can turn the washer but he said we have to take it all out and place it the right way. Clearly he has no idea what he was doing and he insisted he did a lot of camber to a lot of cars already. I ended up calling eibach to get proper information, while talking to them I put it on speaker so that he could hear what the representative had to say. All the things I told him was what the representative at eibach also said, I also told them that I was doing an alignment and they said I got the wrong part the representative at eibach just said he was doing it wrong. The guy ended up saying that if other shops do it I can comeback and get my money back. Which I didn’t do, it was enough for me to hurt their pride, they have a business and they say they are good at it clearly they are not that good at it. I did my research before buying my parts. It was just a horrible experience, this was the 2^nd time I’ve been here, the 1^st time was awesome but after the 2^nd visit I doubt that I’ll be back. Oh yeah he also got mad and said I got my details wrong, well sorry mister «mechanic» it seems this time your the one that’s on the wrong side.

Found this shop through an add on Craigslist. They were offering a wheel and tire package mounted and balanced for $ 599.00 plus tax. My son has a 1984 BMW 325e and found they had some nice choices to choose from. These guys got the job done in about 30 minutes and were very professional from start to finish. Very good prices and a decent selection of product for what we were shopping for. I’m definitely going here next time I need tire for my other cars. Thanks TNT for the great job.

We have worked with TNT tire for our Tire and installation needs. The few things that I do like when vising this business, is that its family owned, so its nice to give back to the community locally (in a sense, or giving your money). These gentlemen are available at a drop of a dime, very little wait, and honest, and fair pricing. Large selection of aftermarket wheels and lifts kid is what I notice in the showroom. They always go out of their way to accommodate customers for the smoothest experience. Really Good deals, you would be surprised. Keep it guys!

Tires installed while i waited for a few hundred dollars cheaper then i found anywhere else (and i called/​went by a lot of places). No bs, price i got over the phone was the price i paid when i arrived, Ill be back

I just want to say THANK YOU MIKE! for your excellent service. I came to Mike in January for 4 new wheels for my Lexus because one of my custom wheels was cracked and beyond repair, and no longer available — (purchased elsewhere.) Mike was very patient and helpful while we found exactly the wheels I wanted to closely match what I already had. Well, only 7 months and hundreds of Oakland Potholes later I had to return with another cracked wheel! Unfortuneately — Mike was unable to locate a replacement wheel in the same graphite color (only black was available) — so instead he sent my wheel out for repair. In the mean time he atually still had one of the good wheels I had left behind from my first encounter (and a close match to my new wheels) — so he put that on temporarily until the repair was complete. Now I have my newly repaired wheel back on my Lexus and all is good. And Mike completed all this work/​repair at no charge to me! (and I will now hang on to that old wheel — just in case!) Thank You to Mike and your excellent staff at taking good care of me. The service is always friendly and fast when I come into your shop. Conveniently located across from the Lexus Dealership in Concord.

I have used these guys for my Mini Cooper and Escalade. They are fair and they set the right expectations. They aim to please and have helped me out even when I was not purchasing. I am writing this now because I need two new tires and I was looking for their phone number. I was shocked to see poor reviews… I guess you can’t please everyone!!!

Purchased a wheel set of toyo open country m/​t in the size 35×12.50−18r on 18×10 moto metals and the tires almost seem like knock offs. Wearing extremely weird and I’ve owned 3 sets of Toyos m/​t and recently I got a bolt stuck in my tire and called to see if they could help out but the owner was NO help so thank you I will NOT be doing business with you again or have only been not recommending this shop or your other greenback tire shop to ANYONE. Oh and tires are already weather cracking and I apply meguiars tire shine twice a week and rotate every 5k miles and run appropriate tire pressure. I’m the guy with the dark red dodge cummins. This place is great. I need a set of wheels for my MIATA and after about a year I finally did buy a set. They even allowed me to sit around and tinker with all the displays as i weighed each candidate wheel for lightness. Mike the manager is pretty straight forward, tells you like it is and is and their prices and work are extremely reasonable. The wheel set was as advertised. I was very pleased
With the service. Not much wait time ! How do I know? Because I brought my land rover for a set of 4 tires. Didn’t wait much.

Very Limited Selection, No ‘Online’ wheels.
Went here to get a quote for Rohana RC10 wheels for my Benz E350. The gentlemen tried to show me the few applicable wheels on the wall, and dismissed my request for the specific Rohana wheels as ‘online wheels’. He said that he does not deal with the brand; he claimed that none of his 19 distributors stocks the wheel and replacements are hard to get for ‘online wheels’. Hard to believe given that these are a very popular wheel for the MBZ E350, When I requested him to confirm with his distributor, he instead took an incoming phone call and starting talking in his native language as I waited for him.
I later went to America’s Tire and they were able to source the wheels from there distributor and give me a quote immediately. So much for the Rohanas being ‘online wheel’s. By the way, I never got what that meant anyway. Nowadays all wheel manufacturers have an online presence and almost all wheels are sold online.
This place gets a zero for wheel selection /​ability to special order popular wheels and another zero for customer service skills.
