Miarge autocraft is a family owned and operated shop that specializes in a variety of repair services; all performed by ASE and I– CAR certified technicians. We can replace your fender, straighten out a car frame or if necessary perform a complete frame replacement. Our equipment is the best in the business and our technicians continually train to keep up with the latest technology.

Here at Mirage, we realize that having your vehicle in the shop can wreak havoc with your regular routine. To minimize inconvinience to you the customer, we offer shuttle services as well as assistance with car rental. If you have insurance we are more than happy to help you file a claim and should you be responsible for the cost of the repair we will work with you to find an option you can afford without compromising safety or quality.

History

Established in 1994.

Mirage Autocraft is a state of the art (and enviromentally friendly) autobody and collision repair facility. Owner Jose Ramos Possess a degree in auto collision repair, and has made it his full time vocation when he took over the concord based business in 2004.

My family and I go to place for all of our auto repairs. Jose is incredibly kind and accommodating whenever our cars need work. Unfortunately, we’ve only come here after damage is done, but this place always makes us feel at ease and gets the work done well and quickly! They have a shuttle service and offer to tow or pick up your car. Jose is also really great at communicating and updating you on repairs, when to expect the job to be done, etc. Ultimately, after the body work is done, your car looks good as new! As if no damage was done in the first place! This is the only place outside of a dealership that I trust completely. You can tell when a place truly values their customers and this place is one of them. The customer service and attention to detail on your car is like no other auto shop. I refer this place to anyone and everyone!

I have always had a great experience with Jose his brother and the rest of the team there. They always make us feel like family and the car usually looks like it just came off the show room floor when they are done. So my tires got thrown out of alignment a couple weeks ago on my 2012 Nissan Versa and my car became un-​driveable. I was really worried about managing work & getting my car fixed. I called Jose and without hesitation he drove over to my apartment and did a preliminary check on my car for me!
He stayed in good communication and was totally willing to work with my schedule. He even gave me a couple rides during the time my car was unavailable. Jose proved to me that REAL customer service truly still does exist in this world!
I got my car back yesterday and the repairs were done beautifully! I truly cannot thank Mirage Auto Craft enough for the SUPERIOR service! Thank you Jose!!!

I have always taken my cars to this place. Jose and his brother Luis go out of there way to work on your car and make sure you are 100 satisfied! They even follow-​up to see how you liked the work. I recommend this place to everyone. From the beginning to the end these guys took care of everything. I was even surprised when they had my car ready sooner than they promised. My daughter and I have been going to this auto body shop for the last 8 years. I would recommend this shop to anyone who was looking to get just about anything done to their vehicle. Jose (Owner) is extremely fair and honest, always providing excellent advice and recommendations for the various work I have needed done throughout the years. A couple of weeks ago, my silver car needed touch up paint for various scratches around the body and I was concerned about color matching as silver can be a tough color to match. However, Jose and his shop were able to not only find the perfect color, but do the work in such a way that I can’t tell where any damage was to begin with.
Further, a few years back my daughter, 16 and learning to drive, backed into something and smashed the entire back end of her civic. Jose was able to repair the car for a fair price and very reasonable time frame. Again, fixing it in such a way that it looked brand new.
So, whether you need something done to your car cosmetically or due to serious damage, This shop has continued to provide excellent service and results. I will continue to go to them with all my car related hick ups!

Competitive pricing, super-​fast turn-​around time, accurate and honest quote, and amazing work and results. We have gone to Jose for the past several years after several fender-​benders.
