Modern Nissan of Concord

I brought my mom here yesterday to purchase a new Altima. The experience was great — Scotty Starnes, Joy Tayco, Buddy Hilton, Dan Vickery and Adam in Finance all made what can be a marathon into a positive experience. The dealership itself is very clean and the lot has a large variety of cars, both new and pre-​owned. Scotty really listened to our needs and gave some recommendations. Mom was really impressed with the car and how nice everyone was. I plan on coming back once I’m in the market — now I just have to figure out Altima or Maxima??? Thank you Modern Nissan of Concord!

Great experience. No mess, no fuss, fair dealing, treated with respect. David Foy, sales manager and Pierre Franklin, Sales were great professionals. Would highly suggest you see them. Well worth the drive for sure! And Pierre was so good explaining the vehicle and setting up my wife’s phone sync. The little extras and taking extra time was refreshing.

Nissan of Concord is where it’s at! These guys are good (do see Todd or Bob in their Service Dept). I’ve dealt with Todd in the past and he’s good people. I happened to go in once on his day off and got to meet Bob. Bob made me an appointment to get something I wanted installed in my 2007 Nissan Frontier and was right on time when I showed up the next day. He even saw to it that the best mechanic did the work on my prized Frontier. Thanks, Bob, I forgot to ask you to do that. I’m sure ALL the mechanics at Concord Nissan are grade A, but the man who worked on my truck was no-​nonsense and to the point (my kind of guy). *Sorry his name slips me, but Bob knows it! Stop in and see him if you need work done to your Nissan. I was in and out in NO time, too, and the mechanic who did work on my truck came up with some solid ideas to reinforce the work he did that I’d have never thought of had I done it myself. Concord Nissan ROCKS and they’ll definitely take care of you and make sure you leave a happy camper. I received a follow-​up call THE NEXT day by the service manager who wanted to make sure that I was satisfied: «Yes ma’am, I am.» Definitely don’t hesitate to stop by Concord Nissan and have them do the maintenance work to your Nissan. Went to Modern Nissan to look into purchasing my second Altima. Worked with a Car Representative by the name of Jeffrey Adams. At first I was a little apprehensive about trying to purchase a car because I know how dealership try to jack up the prices sometimes, but in the end Jeff Adams made sure that I was at the price came in wanting to pay and he made sure that I was taken care of. Great experience! I Highly recommend him if you go in to purchase a car at Modern Nissan!

I bought my Nissan Rogue from here in Feb 2014. I was able negotiate my trade and the price of the new car very reasonably. I would buy a car from here again.

Increased their price within 24 hours by $ 1,000. Didn’t know what they had on their lot. Very frustrating to communicate with. Was going to buy from this dealership until they started changing prices & gave out incorrect info on cars that were on their lot.

Very professional and caring staff. They make car buying easy and pleasureable. Its great to see there are still some folks who put the customer first. Keep up the good work!
