I met Lana from Mt. Diablo Realty years ago when my parents were looking for a new home in Concord. She must have taken us to see 20 – 30 homes until my parents found the one they loved. We were beyond amazed how patient, professional, thoughtful, genuine, funny and sincere Lana was throughout the entire process. In addition to that, years later she helped me found my first home in Oakland, and provided me so much support through the entire process of securing my first condo. Years later when I rented out my place she went out of her way using her own personal time to provide me input on a tenant issue I was having. She has not only become our family realtor for life, but a family friend that we undeniably trust and know we can always depend on.
I highly recommend Mt. Diablo Realty to anyone looking to sell/​buy a new home or that has property that needs managing. Their service is nothing short of impeccable and they run their business with the utmost integrity and professionalism. You will not at all be disappointed.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from both Raquel and Lana. I do not live in the area any more and was able to depend on them to look after the house when I rented and again when I sold it. I have known Raquel and Val for years and their service is nothing short of phenomenal! Raquel listed my home and it sold in one month. She then helped me with my purchase and the transaction went very smooth. There were six offers on the home that I wanted and my contract was the one accepted mostly because the listing agent had worked with Raquel before and had such great experiences with previous transactions. My new home needed some TLC and Raquel had a list of people to contact for each repair/​replacement. She even contacted all of them for me and helped to arrange the estimates and repairs. This is a top notch real estate office and I wouldn’t use anyone else for my real estate needs.

I can only assume that the person who gave this company 1 star has to be confused with another company. Not only have I bought a house through them but I also have my property managed by them for over a year. The team at Mount Diablo have integrity and loyalty to all their clients. There have been times when I had difficult circumstances and they were nice enough to adjust my payment to something I could manage and all the time gave me top notch service and support as if I was their highest paying client. I have needed their assistance several times on off hours and weekends, even last minute and they have always been there to answer questions and support me in always doing what was best for me to meet my needs, and never charged me for their extra time. I highly recommend

I have personally used both Raquel and Val in both selling and buying on a number of occasions over the years. I’ve sold 3 houses with one in Brentwood and two in Clayton and purchased 2 homes with her, one in Brentwood and one in Clayton. About to go through this crazy process again and she is the first one I will call. She’s personal, she knows the market and will be super up front with what needs to be done to get your house sold. She’s responsive!!! She’s very even tempered and keeps me calm during this process which can become so emotional. She’s definitely has strong negotiating skills and knows her business. Definitely recommend.

We have used Raquel to both buy and sell two properties. We were very thankful for Raquel’s knowledge of the market as well as her business instincts. Both proved to be invaluable. Raquel is quick, efficient and has has excellent customer service. We have referred her to our family and friends too and everyone has been very happy we did! We will continue to use Raquel for all future Real Estate transactions.

If you are someone looking for a property manager or real estate agent since you are busy and need a qualified person to run the show, do not join this group. They start off to a great start and you will be very impressed. Sooner or later they will begin telling you the house is in need of certain repairs, tell you different bids and then come to find out they were never actually needed at all.
These individuals will actually harass you and make you feel so small for questioning them in regards to bids or opinions. They will make your life a living hell. I purchased a house from them a year ago and they literally have been hassle to deal with ever since. I forgot to write this post then, and now I cant help but to tell the truth about how horrible they are.
These people have other motives with running their company of what they call property management, however I call it scamming people into changing their house and taking cuts.
If you want your life to be easy and have efficient people working for you do not use these PMs. This was the worst business I have ever dealt with and actually was about to cost me a lot.
Save yourself the hassle! I give their company a lifespan of a few years until they are taken down by the better buisness bureau.
