They promised me that they would work with me to resolve my issues, and five months later, still no word from them. HUGE SCAM!

Don’t do it. You can get the same rates with a AAA discount and the «hot offers» are never available. I booked a rental car through them in Chicago and when I arrived I found out that the «deal» was an estimate and I owed an additional $ 200 on top of what I made the reservation for.

These people are jerks. I would not buy a bis ticket here. The lady nearly ran into me and when I just stood there she hit my shoulder did not day excuse me. Rude people like this dont get to see how green my money is.

They say its NOT a time share then they sit you down for hours selling you what they call «Travel Agents discounts». You pay 8k for the supposed licence that makes you a travel agent.
As a licensed agent you get :
1) to book free vacations on the resorts, so they can train you how to sell their product.
2) heavily discounted travel and hotel for you and immidiate family.
3) wait for it… TIME SHARE POINTS!!!
We bought into it… so stupid!
After the first month we tried several times to get the discounted airfair and hotel but they couldnt even beat prices already listed online. We NEVER recieved any information on free vacation training stays as promised. And finally we never recieved anything on timeshares… we weren’t even taught how to find or use the points once they magically appeared.
Realizing this was a scam we tried to cancel our membership or employment or what ever the heck it is and found it impossible. They said no refund and threatened court if we stopped paying. Finally we had to put a stop payment on this extortion and sure enough it damaged our credit.
This is an aweful scam built to sucker and bully people dreaming of being able to visit places they normally wouldnt be able to afford.
Oh yeah, that 8k they said their offer is worth… we got them to drop it down to less than 2k (after saying a dozen times we weren’t interested.) And they still dinged our credit for almost 5k.

We signed up for the free vacation drawing, which we were offered exactly as described, and we did attend a presentation. Although at the time we were not familiar with staying in condos when vacationing, it seemed a great way to go and we enrolled. However, I want to make it clear that The Condominium Travel Club, via Pulaski, offers so much more than that!
Since we joined and attended loads of excellent free training classes, we are now able to book our own travels and receive discounts that are not available on the typical internet travel websites. When we book travel for others, we are paid a travel agent commission, via Pulaski. We took great advantage of that on our trip to London and Morocco.
Pulaski /​Condo Travel Club staff are skilled and always there to help. The Condominium Travel Club definitely is not a timeshare but does offer a way to stay at timeshares at often very special rates. We have taken advantage of the fabulous offers. as often as we can.
We are very appreciative of all that Pulaski offers and glad we attended the seminar and paid full attention.

I don’t know why everyone is so negative. My wife and I became travel agents just for the discounts we get when we travel, like 10−20% on everything but airfare. We saved over $ 1,200 on our cruise last year alone. I have also saved on hotels and car rentals. If you want to make a little extra money, book your friends and family travel plans and easily get enough to pay the $ 199 annual fees. You can book as many hot weeks as you want just about anywhere in the world for 200 – 300 a week for great accommodations.

They offered free vacation, and the company doesn’t even replied. This company is a scam

I agree that their initial sales tactics deserve 1 star. I ended up buying their package four years ago and have been happy. I have stayed in 2 bedroom condos for as little as $ 199 for the week including tax!
Their Condo Club (which you get as part of the package) is really the only thing I use. I can call in and get a 1 bedroom condo in most locations for $ 499 and a 2 bedroom for $ 599 up to two a year plus as many as I want from their listings online which range from $ 99 — $ 1500.
I went to Lake Tahoe last month and spent a week in a 2 bedroom with full hot tub in one of the bedrooms for $ 275.
Generally, you have to get a condo for a full week, but I knew that going in. Their condo support people are easy to get a hold of and very helpful in finding a place to stay.
Theoretically you are a travel agent via their site, so you can book rooms at travel agent rates which have saved me 10−20% off best prices on hotels I could find on places like Priceline.
For me it has worked out, but I do wish their initial sales tactics would change and be more reflective of their program.

Update since I wrote this post…
I never got a call from the company liked I was repeatedly told I would. I did however receive my new ticket voucher in the mail like I was told… Come to find out they sent me the wrong trip voucher so now I am either forced to give up and let them keep their stupid trip or keep fighting until I get my way.
I think I’ll put up a little more of a fight.

This is the place I won a vacation from; it’s a service that gives you deep discounts on future vacation planning. The thing about it; it’s good for folks with loads of free time and loads of disposable income. None of which this family has. I recommend it for my friends who are constantly traveling and can spend $ 5,000 and more a year on vacations.
The buy in was announced as: $ 8,088 and then $ 199 per year. No other maintenance fees. The deep discounts were somewhat phenomenal. Def worth it for super heavy travelers but not for two week a year travelers.
Be ready to stand firm, they will lower the buy in amount, and I actually enjoyed «toying» with the salesperson. I totally pissed him off, and he blew his top. It was awesome!!!
He started off by asking us some lame question to get to see if we responded, and started «planning» our trip, by saying «yes» right away. I responded by saying: «too much a decision, I always take 24 hours to make that tough of a decision. (sarcasm)…He then rephrased the question, and even asked my wife, and she refused to respond too. It was awesome, thank you honey!!!
He then took off, to grab a binder full of forms, funny, why didn’t he just arrive with it? Bad move, he just lost us. My wife quickly asked me: can I go now to check on the kids? (they told us on the phone, not to bring our kids, and under 12 would not be allowed inside, comeplete Bullshit, nobody said a damn thing to us). OHH, did I forget to mention, she works graveyard, and had about 1 hour sleep so far. She was actually falling asleep during the initial presentation. She could barely keep her eyes open. We have no support system, no grandparents, and anyway, this was a Thursday afternoon, nobody to watch the kids.
Mr. Snarky Salesperson returned: ohh, where is (states her name) did she go to the restroom? Me: uhh, no, she is checking on something. Him: okay, we’ll wait until she comes back. Me: uhh, she isn’t planning to. «Huh, she has to, you signed paperwork, that both of you would be here. Me: well, she ain’t coming back, sir. Him: (stern voice) «SIR…» Me: (micking him, in same tone, and nodding my head mockinly) «SIR…» Him: storming off: I’m going to get a boss… ME: (shouting) Go get a boss!!!
To be honest, I wouldn’t have gotten so tough, so quickly, if he hadn’t gotten so angry and defensive, so quickly, about my wife not returning. I just micked his behavior and tone, and didn’t back down.
Let’s just say, I didn’t end up buying the plan. I loved it! It was payback for all the high pressure bull shit I’ve ever gotten. It felt so glorious!!!
I finally got a receptionist to get my voucher, but after reading the complete BS scam reviews on this site, I’ll probably end up not using it, I’m sure. My only question, why did so many of you go for the Hawaiian vacation, who wants to spend less than 3 days in paradise? Sorry, that was greedy in my opinion. I would have been happy with the Santa Cruz or Six Flags package. Even the So. Cali trip seems too much for 3 days.
I do recommend this for a very select few. Not for everyone. Great for well off retirees. Other than that, save your scheckels for retirement.

I just got a call and was setting up appointment for their presentation since offer looked so cool… and while I was on the call came across this review… so disconnected the call immediately.

I work at a restaurant in San Francisco. Some customers presented a gift card from Pulaski Tickets and Tours as part of their payment. Randomly curious and bored, I decided to google the company and found all of these horrific reviews and could not stop reading. Best part: the gift card was declined and she was all «I’m going to have to check into that.» Good luck with that lady! LOL

o.k. i got this offer and made an appointment, but haven’t gone yet. I tried to find out over the call what the limitations on the 2 free airline tickets to Hawaii would be. I was given limited info over the phone, so I did a Unilocal search and thankfully found these reviews. My husband and I thought we could jump through all the hoops and get the «free» vacation in Hawaii, but it looks like there are too many hoops, and not enough value. My take is CTC (current name) is not as bad as some, but it’s basically the same deal, there are no free lunches.

Unfortunately, my husband and I were roped into attending the Pulaski sales presentation at their office in Concord. We thought of it as any other time share presentation… attend, don’t purchase a thing, stay strong, walk out the door without purchasing, take your freebies, and go. WIth the «vacation of a lifetime» bait, we thought… what’s the harm of sitting through two hours of a pitch to gain a free trip to the likes of Domenican Republic, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo, or Cancun?
After listening to the sales pitch, one of the dead giveaway «scam factors» was when they said it was a $ 7,000 initiation fee that they «absolutely do not budge on»…after we declined the offer, that «non budging» fee mysteriously went down to $ 5k, then $ 4k, etc… until ultimately it was $ 1,200 and things like «free cruises» were being thrown in. Hmmm, so soon to go back on your word Pulaski?
Anyway, we held strong and walked out the door without purchasing. At the time, it didn’t seem like the right «travel club» for us; but, based on the presentation, we could see where it might be valuable for very active travelers, who like to stay in condos, and are able to leave on short notice to take advantage of last minute deals. That would be the assumption, if you could trust anything they say… which I’m pretty sure you can’t. The reason I say this is that that «vacation of a lifetime», the one that listed some pretty great destinations, now of course shows only one international destination (Freeport, Bahamas??) and lots of vanilla U.S. destinations like Orlando, Biloxi, Scottsdale, Tahoe… I mean, they are ok places… but vacation of a lifetime?
Lame, waste of time, scam, predatory selling… feel sorry for the people that got roped into the pitch and paid full boat. Just stay away!

I had a couple of missed calls from some place in Oregon. I intentially do not answer unknown or out-​of-​the-​area calls. They called back again, telling me they are based in Concord, local to me. This time they left a voice mail.
So I called back the number and I asked a lot of questions. They kept repeating «we’re not a time share and this is your gift completely». As I asked more questions, finally I started to get some real answers: I must accept the «gift» within two days (seriously?) or they will offer «my» gift to another person. What the heck? I questioned her and said, «You just told me it was MY gift free and clear». Apparently, a rushed decision is just the tip of the iceberg.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. And to make a rushed decision, without any one else present? Who does that? And they I have to bring a credit card to «prove» I can pay for «incidentals»?
Don’t buy it.

We filled out some ‘Win a free trip!’ forms at the Silicon Valley Snowfest and ended up with these people calling us stating we won a vacation (cruise, Hawaii, or Domincan Republic) as a result of a drawing. They said they weren’t a timeshare. We were told to come in for an appointment to get more information. The Canadian asked to send more information via email so we could discuss. I looked on the email and it was asking for two types of ID per person and NO guests allowed. SUSPICIOUS. I looked them up on Unilocal and thank God I did. All these reviews were so informative on what we could expect going to the appointment, nor was it something we would be interested in purchasing. We were saved going all the way to Concord to hear some lame story about how they are not some type of timeshare but instead a travel agent ‘money saving’ service. She offered us a $ 20 gift certificate that we would receive ‘upon arrival’ of our appointment but the $ 20 doesn’t even sound like it would be worth the cost of gas nor our time to hear such ‘savings’.

Was hooked into attending a «1.5 hr» presentation how to save money traveling. Was offered a «free all inclusive trip to Mexico or Dominican Republic, including airfare».
We were there 2.5 hrs. The pitch is to pay $ 7000 pp to become a travel agent, and get travel agent discounts. Asked for some real validation of such discounts at places and times we selected, but they were unable to demonstrate this.
I think it might be ok for some, but for us it was a waste of time.
The free hotel gift literature says «Vacation of a lifetime», which should raise a flag.
As far as the «free trip» promised — you have to pay fees, taxes and airfare costs over $ 350 pp. They also wouldn’t describe the hotel, so it would be a gamble to go.
IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY ISN’T!

The «Hawaiian Vacation» turned out to be a flight to Honolulu arriving Tuesday afternoon and a return flight leaving early Thursday morning for a total stay of 40 hours. Upgrades were offered at$ 1,200 and up.
Pulaski Tickets and Tours is slick, slimy organization with no integrity.

If it’s possible, I would give 0 stars! I should’ve looked this place up on Unilocal first because though I was skeptical, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My parents «won» the contest, but they wanted me to accompany them. However, when talking to the caller prior the appointment, he did NOT mention that guests were not allowed!
Upon entering the waiting area to check my parents in, they said my parents were no longer eligible because they brought a guest. I literally took only 5 steps in that area! They said that it’s the company’s policy to prohibit guests to ensure quality. SAY WHAT? I was literally there for 5 seconds! We had to drive one hour to get to Concord, plus all three of us had to skip work for this, so you can imagine how angry we were. If they told us prior to this appointment, then I would’ve understand, but nothing of this sort was mentioned!!! They did tell us that they just need to reschedule, but screw that. It took us long enough to get work hours off and drive there in the first place, and making us reschedule because I was in the waiting area… what a waste of time and money.
It’s my fault for being stupid and coming here. Don’t make the same mistake as me.
