Came on national sandwich day and asked if the free sandwich was going to be honored since I read the review on not accepting coupons, she nodded and I continued with our order, she was very quiet, too quiet in my opinion to work in public, didn’t even ask if we wanted it toasted and proceeded to add the veggies when I noticed, I asked if she can set them aside and toast it and she just tossed it right back at the container and the lettuce and bell peppers already had mayo and some tuna fish on it, uhh disgusting I said since I don’t like tuna and the next sandwich was mine, at that point I had mentioned to my fiancé that I was going to ask her too give me cleaner veggies and that I thought it was unsanitary to do that specially in front of customers! He convinced me to let it slide since we noticed that she was like lost and avoided looking at us or even asking if the order was for here or to go? She immediately after finishing my sandwich she rang us up and didn’t even ask if that was it I wanted more things and she didn’t seem too happy to help or even work there, we left without even seeing her again Idk what her problems might be but she either is under a lot of stress, depression or is just plain rude with no costomer service whatsoever.

So first I always appreciate that the food is relatively consistent. When you go to Subway, for the most part you know what you’re getting. When it comes to cleanliness. What I can’t understand is when it’s empty in there. And the tables(all of them) have crumbs of some sort on them. Further… The restroom needs to be cleaned… No butt gaskets for me means«I no use» Someone let me know if this place improved because unfortunately I shall not be returning.

i walked in to subway this evening on solano & the two female employees dutywere speaking in their native indian language which is perfectly fine. however, when i was telling the lady what i wanted on my sandwich she continued to engage in conversation w/her co-worker who was sitting at a table by the front door. i had to loudly tell her 3 times that i didnt want tomatoes on my sandwich. i hate tomatoes! further, i put a bag of chips on the counter and she did not put them in the bag w/my sandwich. i stood there is disbelief but remained polite. she said, «what you want your receipt?» i just put the chips in the bag myself and left w/no intention of ever returning. ive been there twice and both experiences were terrible. my hope is that the owner will allow his/her employees engage in customer service training. i think it will be helpful to the business.

It’s a subway. But the ladies that work there could care less about anything but themselves. Not only did they talk over the sandwich they were making for u to put into ur mouth(lord knows how much spit and other stuff flew into the sandwich and the food set in the sandwich bar). They paid absolutely no attention to the customer. Spoke in their own tongue and started into nowhere when I spoke to them. Had to repeat myself FIVE times about everything. If they weren’t soooo close to my house I would have only gone there once. Rude. Careless. Ignorant. IMSURETHEYHAVECONNECTIONSTOKEEPTHEREJOB. IEHUSBAND.

Not being mean, but this location does NOT honor Subway coupons. That’s pretty dumb for a couple of reasons: 1. I know Subway Franchise Corp requires store owners to pay regularly for«co-op» advertising; so why not partake in the affair? 2. Coupons help build regular clientèle; that’s necessary for long-term survival. Almost forgot, but another review here reminded me of another visit to this parallel universe. They did not honor the«daily $ 5 footlong special .» This location is off-limits for me permanently. I’ll eat a can of Purina Chihuahua Chow before going back. So, Indian dude store-owner…that’s pretty dumb!

RUDE! Im sorry if you want customers to actually come back to your store they need to learn some patience. Came here to grab a quick bite during lunch break only to find some rude, disrespectful, Indians running the shop who over charged me. Your in America and if you want your business to succeed then you need to make some changes. I will not come back to this place.

Awful! I generally avoid Subway restaurants due to many bad experiences at the Sun Valley Mall location so when they opened up this one right up the street from my house I thought I’d give it another shot since it’s so convenient. BADIDEA. The employees there are just as rude as their Sun Valley location. The whole time they gave me a rude look and were very short with me and my boyfriend. We ordered a veggie sandwich and a turkey bacon avocado which was listed as a $ 5 footlong. While I was telling the employee what to put on the sandwich my boyfriend had someone else ring up the sandwiches. The girl making my sandwich made sure to stop what she was doing to stress to the cashier not to forget to charge extra for the avocado… Rude but okay… then, she«forgets» to put avocado so I bring it to her attention and she rolls her eyes at me and proceeds to put avocado on it. No thank you, or have a great day when we’re done. Just bags them up and goes«here». Once we got in the car my boyfriend goes«Jeez I can’t believe those were $ 15!» I mention to him both were on the $ 5 footlong list so I look at the receipt. To my surprise each sandwich isn’t itemized, nor does it say what it charged extra. instead it lists a miscellaneous sku and next to it says«Total: $ 15.13» WTF?! I have never seen that normally a receipt lists your items and what their individual price is. I was too annoyed to go fight with these idiots who tried to scam us for a few extra bucks. Instead I decided I won’t go back and I’ll let everyone else know not to as well. There you have it. If it’s Subway you want, there’s a very nice location a few blocks away in the Olivera Crossings area. DONTGOHERE unless you want bad service and to pay more than what the menu lists.

This Subway is a welcome addition to the taqueria, tattoo parlor, and cigarette store trio that comprises the Solano Plaza. Right off 242 and next to a couple gas stations, Solano Plaza certainly makes for an easy food and fuel stop. I stopped in one morning to 1) check out the shiny new shop and 2) pick up an English muffin with egg whites, cheese, spinach, and tomato. The woman who helped me was friendly and quick and I left with a filling breakfast for well under $ 3.
