Coming from Europe, our business has been in operation since 1992 specializing in high quaility European craftmenship. Our projects involve decks, kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, yard landscaping, electrical, plumbing, masonry and concrete work. Most of the jobs we do require a variety of construction skills and labor. We service the San francisco Bay area including Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano, San Francisco and Santa Clara counties.

History

Established in 1992.

Our business started in 1992 when several of us from Central Europe joined together in 1992 in Concord, CA. Initially, our work involved the construction of fences and decks which was the keystone of our work throughout the 90’s. In 1996, the business moved to Walnut Creek, a nearby city, but still serviced an area of about 15 to 20 miles centered around the city of Concord. In 2004, the business was moved back to Concord where we are today. Over the years. our success has allowed us to expand our service area. In the early 2000’s, we began taking on larger projects including home additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels as well as larger decks made of more specialized composite materials. Business Owner

My name is Tibor Ambrus and I am the owner/​operator and founder of Tib’s European Quaility Construction located in Concord, Ca. I was born near Budapest, Hungry in 1959 and grew up in the small town of Tatabanya about 35 miles west of Budapest. There I learned much of my trade from my father. In 1987, I moved with my family to the Bay Area and five years later started Tib’s European Quaility Construction. Since the begining, I have insisted that the company conduct business in the most ethecal way possible and maintain the highest building standards as was taught to me by my father. We have expanded the business over the years to offer more services including the larger project construction, and hope to continue serving the citizens of the Bay Area for years to come.
