Food By Felicia

I have known Chef Felicia for many years, have sampled her outstanding cooking on several occasions while I was in the Atlanta area, and am excited that she has expanded FoodByFelicia into a full time catering company. My favorite dish is her baked macaroni and cheese. The last time I had it, she combined perfectly cooked, al dente pasta with a decadently rich, extra sharp cheddar bechamel sauce — hot and bubbling out of the oven! What is wonderful about Chef Felicia’s food — and what differentiates her cuisine from other caterers that I have experienced — is its versatility. She knows how to prepare classic American comfort food to perfection, which I definitely love. But Chef Felicia’s skill set and formal culinary training also allow her to produce sumptuously complex and elegantly composed dishes worthy of any fine dining restaurant. I have nothing but high praise for FoodByFelicia. I am looking forward to trying Chef Felicia’s food again the next time I am in the Atlanta area!
