I made an appointment with American Appliance & Mechanical for Thermador dishwasher repair for today between 8:00 and 12:00 noon. When I made the appt they said they would call in the morning to narrow the arrival time to a two-​hour slot, which they did saying they would arrive between 10:00 and 12:00. At 11:00 they called and I was in the basement getting something, didn’t hear the phone ring, so they left a message that they were skipping my appointment since they couldn’t confirm that I was home. I called back at 11:30 and told them I was home and to have the service tech come for the repair. I finally heard back around 12:15 that they would not keep the appointment today and asked if I wanted to reschedule. No, I did not reschedule with them.
