Service was ok. They gave me my meal to go, even though I was eating it there. Tasted great, Spicy Chicken had a good amount of spice.

We’ve lived all over the metro and besides Lotus in Minneapolis, this place takes the cake for great Asian food. I gave it a 4-star only because if you order one of the combos, the wontons or egg roll that come with tends to lose the crispiness being in the same container as your main food. I also ordered the tofu with vegetables once, got home from picking it up, and there was no tofu in the order. Otherwise — this place is awesome. FRESH fresh veggies. They package their food really well, too. We’ve had mixed vegetables with chicken and beef, kung pao chicken, sweet and sour chicken, vegetable lo mein(it’s so good, even my toddler who refuses to eat anything loves it), and a few appetizers and have loved everything.

I ordered this tonight for dinner, it arrived, 5 minutes after I ordered it, it tasted like it was sitting around for awhile. It was a waste of 26.00 bucks! It tasted so bad I could not eat it, and threw it out. I learned my lesson. !!

The food is great! Good prices and wontons can’t be beat! However I live right across the street and have lately been put off by the«open» sign being turned off at 8:30pm when you guys are supposed to be open until 9pm. I called last week asking if I could place an order at 8:40 and the guy who answered hmm’d and hawed. Please either be taking orders until 9 or close your doors earlier.

I’ve been at this Resturant many times now… Sometimes I just stop by for the amazing apps. The cream cheese wontons. =The Best Ever… The pork egg rolls are also outstanding with the fish sauce that comes in the package. Yum! Tonight I walked in and the young man behind the counter greeted me so kindly. Interesting note: For a Chinese cuisine establishment, not one Asian in the joint? Never the less they got their oriental spice game on here. So I explained to the cashier that my husband has a sensitive palette we would like something also with a lot of protein that wasn’t horribly spicy. The nice young man directed me through some items in the menu where I chose sesame chicken and a spiced down version of general Tao. we took our little goodie bag warmly wrapped home. Now I sit across from my husband who has a very satiated look on his face. I am of course once again delighted. I also now have a new love with the fried rice. It has lots of yummy crunchy vegetables and my husband made the strange comment that it doesn’t taste like cigarette ashes(like other places) I guess that’s good for Mikel. What I love the best was that the chicken was not heavily breaded an it had perfect texture moisture and ” spicification«. I would give it a perfect score of 5 stars but I wish the restaurant was a little bigger and inviting to dine in a little more. Don’t get me wrong it’s a wonderful grab and go place… They do deliver but we’re outside three 5 mile radius by. 5 mi. They do it right here… and are super helpful if you need to spice down.

I will admit that I am normally a fan of this restaurant, nice to have a delivery service and the food is always hot and packaged very nicely to hold in the heat. The opportunity for a Groupon offer recently was great. I recently tried the Hot and Sour Soup, would not recommend but many other menu items are great. Love the cream cheese wontons.

I normally don’t like lo mein but I love the lo mein at Mikel’s Wok as well as their wontons and chicken wings. They offer pick up or delivery. Reasonable price for the amount of food you get. They give good customer service too. I recommend this place.
