Very nice people, but extremely disappointed with my gel manicure/​pedicure. Started chipping and coming off in less than one week.

Really liked this place! Very clean and were able to attend me immediately. Would definitely recommend (: will go back forsure!

Taking my review down a star. My OPI gel is already peeling off and it’s hasn’t even been a week.

I went to another salon before coming to Asian Nails and Spa 2 weeks ago. They completely butchered my beautiful, long nails, causing one to bleed and forcing me to cut them all off. I went to Asian Nails desperately seeking a corrective manicure, and got a FLAWLESS manicure in less than an hour!
I no longer trust any other salon, and recommend this hidden gem to everyone (even men)! The customer service is incredible, the staff are extremely friendly, and the prices are right. I suggest making an appointment because they are usually busy (especially in the late afternoons). Best salon in the Gables!

I love this place. I started coming for the convenience — right by my house and job. Now, I wouldnt trust anybody else with my nails. Super clean, friendly, and they’re amazing nail artists.

Very quick, polite and great quality. Little mini massage was an awesome touch. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this salon as I live very close. I went every 2 weeks on the dot and spent $ 100s here getting gel manicures and pedicures. I returned this week after my nails peeled off within 24hr of getting them done… simply to get a repair. I get it things happen maybe it was the Polish or a missed step I wasn’t even upset. When I shared what happen the female technician blamed me for them being peeled and did not apologize. I know how to care for my nails there is nothing I could have done to impact a gel that was done right in 24 hrs. I was embarrassed by her actions and will not be returning.
This place is too expensive for this level of «blame the customer» service. I would have no issue paying for quality but I would not recommend this place.
Also, the restroom is filthy and looks like a truck stop.

WORST NAIL PLACE EVER.
I went there twice; because I wanted to give them another chance before writing a review. They charge for EVERYTHING EXTRA; even for filing your nails a different shape. Then, after spending over $ 110 dollars there, two days later, my nail broke! I went to get it fixed and they sat me down; the guy was ready to start fixing it and they asked me to come back later?! Because they have two appointments 20 minutes later for people that are not even there??? Seriously? I needed ONE NAIL FIXED, one nail that broke because they did a bad job! Also, she tried to blame it on me!!! Seriously! Terrible place, zero customer service. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. Unless, you wan to spend lots of money for your nails to brake right away and also get horrible service. I didn’t even get offered a glass of water either time. TERRIBLE!

Nice people, nice decorum, nice location… worst pedicure ever. My cuticles hurt… and I’m not happy. pedicures should make you happy…
No beverage service offered… just a poor overall experience.
NOTE: I attend several events for next 8 hours… literally get home at 11:30 pm… shower. and the polish on both of my big toes smudges on my towel. What the what???

I had so many disappointing experiences for getting my nails done in Miami before. Thank god I found this place!!! I went to this place for the first time today, staffs are sooooo nice and sweet. Called 20 minutes ahead for an appointment, didn’t really wait to get service when I got there. Very professional! So happy with the my nails now!

When I was in a bind and couldn’t go to my regular place I stopped by Asian Nails and Spa in Coral Gables. They have a good amount of people there working which helps with the timing. They were busy when I was there and turned around a handful of people in a good amount of time. The place is OCD clean — which was very noticeable. I don’t think there is a spec of dust any where.
The only service I got was a manicure and I did a gel polish. After the lady criticized my previous manicure she did my nails quickly and had me out the door. In the week since I got this manicure two nails have broken and one chipped — the reason I pay a little extra for gel is because that isn’t supposed to happen. So needless to say I am not a happy camper.

Pros:
–does AMAZING nails and back massages (ask for Jill!)
–the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to (seriously, you could CSI this place with a black light and come up with nada)
–extremely friendly staff, they always remember a name and all the nail techs seem very happy there
–the little daughter of the owner is ADORABLE and fun to talk to whilst getting your nails done– this kid seriously needs an agent ASAP. I see a bright future for her on the Disney channel
Cons:
–when I tell people they «have to go to this place Asian Nails» I have to add a disclaimer that that is the actual name of the place so they know I’m not a stereotyping asshole. I mean the name gets to the point, I’ll give it that, but perhaps it should be reconsidered??? Just a thought
–I’ve heard more Lilly Allen songs getting my nails done there than I have in my entire 31 years on earth. Maybe it’s time for a new playlist for the sound system
Conclusion:
–GO GO GO (but get business cards so you can silently hand them to friends you refer instead of having to go through the aforementioned name scenario)

My friend and I got our nails done here before a wedding, and it was great! Incredibly clean, friendly service, the staff was easy to communicate with, they had a great attention to detail, and the prices were cheap to what I’m used to! I’m also used to having gel manis take like an hour and a half, but they had me done in 30 minutes! I was very impressed. It was a Saturday afternoon, when normally I wouldn’t expect to be able to get an appointment anywhere, but we were the only two people in the place. I can’t imagine why– this is a great hidden gem!

I agree that not all Asian nail salons are created equal. This is the best Asian nail salon there is. The quality of work is excellent and the staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating. I visit them weekly and my nails have never looked better.
One huge thing that sets them apart from other Asian nail salons is that if someone calls, but the call drops, they always call right back. Service definitely exists here!
It is a known fact that gratuity is requested in the form of cash in many Asian nail salons around here so it shouldn’t be a surprise that the same formality applies here.
Appointments are always preferred and the best way to secure your spot, however, if you need to cancel it, please be courteous to them and call as soon as you know you are aware that you cannot make it. They are wonderful and strive to accommodate their clients.

The people were very nice here, accommodating, and quick. Great casual nail salon. My favorite part? The mini arm/​hand and feet/​leg massages that come with the mani/​pedi. They also have good massage chairs for the pedis.
Ton of colors to select from with Opi and Essie for the standard polishes; I didn’t check what brand shellac/​gel they had. The only downfall I had was that my manicure started to chip the following day. granted I probably should have gone for shellac because I’m pretty rough on my nails so they usually have some chips within a few days; it’s been less than a week and I desperately need a polish change. My toes still look perfect! :) I’ll be back.

I really wanted to love this place but sadly was a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong the place was esthetically pleasing in a nice area with street parking. The staff was pleasant however they seem to do mani/​pedi/​gel polish the best. I wear acrylic with gel polish and have never had an issue with it in the past. I came in for a fill-​in and fresh gel polish and not even a full week I had lifting and my gel polish was completely peeling. Highly disappointed and a waste of money considering the OPI gel polish alone was $ 20. Additional notes:

This is the best Asian nail salon I’ve been to. It’s clean and the people are friendly. They do a good job and do it very quickly (ie, 45 minutes for a mani and pedi). It is reasonably priced for the area that it is in. They have OPI and Essie polishes but, as can be expected for an Asian nail place, there are not any formaldehyde free polish options so if you want something like that you need to take your own. This is not to be compared with up scale nail salons, but for a quick mani pedi in a lower scale nail salon, it is a solid option.

I came back and had my nails filled. The next day they started lifting. Additionally it took a while longer because the guy had filed to white part down until it was showing pink. He went to put the gel top coat on and I had to stop him and make him re-​do it (I paid for a pink and white refill, not just the pink). Additionally the next day the clear gel coat started peeling off. It has been a week now and most of the gel is gone from my nails leaving just the rough acrylic underneath. The lifting is also worse. I am very careful with my nails and have never had this happen to me before. I will not be going back for acrylics. I plan on soaking off my nails at home and coming back for a regular manicure. I will be sure to update.

A good friend gave me a gift certificate for a mani/​pedi here. Its a lovely place in the Gables and upon arriving, you get a glass of wine of Champagne. Their massage chairs are awesome and the staff is very pleasant. I definitely enjoyed the experience.
However, the mani/​pedi did not last and the cuticle removing left much to be desired. They work very fast (we were out in an hour!) and it shows but overall, the experience is very nice!

Fabulous new nail salon that opened up just 4 months ago right next to Merrick Park. Perfect to get your nails done here and then head over to Anastasia at Nordstrom for your eyebrows (ask for Elizabeth!). $ 41 for mani-​pedi — it was quick, clean, and they have TONS of colors! Note: Tip is in cash only.
