After 3+ hours on the phone and ‘chat’ with AT&T online, I was at my wits end! I was dreading going to the store after reading review after review of horrible experiences. I am happy to report, this location was fantastic! I made an appointment for 9:30 — walked in at 9:25 and I was helped immediately. DeAndre listened to my tale of woe and I was in and out in under 15 minutes! He was awesome! Even gave me some tips about setting up my phone when I got home. He was not pushy and did not try to upsell me! He made my day! All of the associates were pleasant and helpful. Can’t say enough good things. Make an appointment and don’t hesitate at this location!

Just wanted to shout out Alicia! She is the best employee AT&T has in all of Memphis and Southaven. We shopped for weeks, and went from store to store. We went with AT&T, because of her excellent customer service!

I am so torn on AT&T. I like what the company can provide in general, but they seriously need to reconsider the way they set up their stores. It seems like the stores have limited ability to give you the service you need and the ONLY benefit of a store is picking up the merchandise on the spot instead of waiting for it to be mailed. You are almost better off ordering your equipment on-line and just waiting for it to get delivered. They also seem extremely under trained in the equipment. My information couldn’t be transferred to my new phone by them due to their incompetence with the equipment. I know this because I know the equipment and the capability. I suggest ordering over the phone or online.

After having a bad experience at another AT&T store, I stopped by this store and couldn’t be happier. I was warmly greeted upon entering and told there would be a short wait to speak with a customer service rep. After a few minutes, I was greeted by Alfred who, although he could not put my old SIM card into my new phone because it wasn’t compatible, he did copy my contacts to a new SIM card for me. He could have told me to just plug my phone into my PC at home and transfer my contacts that way, but instead he went the extra mile and did it for me.
