For those who don’t know, this store and probably all ATT stores cannot exchange defective Apple phones nor replace batteries or service Apple phones in any way. They will send you to an Apple Store where the wait is anywhere from 2 to 4 days just to talk to someone about your problem. In short, ATT can’t service what they sell, a huge inconvenience for their customers. Just something to think about when you buy an Apple phone from ATT.

Somewhat slow in the beginning when I first arrived even when I was 1 of 4 customers especially when there were 5 – 6 employees working the sales floor. However when I did get seen it was awesome! Such a wonderful user experience that felt seamless. Prob my best recommendation is to make an appointment if possible. :). If I had gotten seen earlier it would’ve made it a 5 star. — 3.5 stars
