Memphis Carpet Repair & Cleaning

Very disappointed in this company. I made an appointment for a small carpet repair job and took the day off work to accommodate the technician coming at 9:30 am. They were a no-​show. I called and left a message and got a return phone call three hours later and was told «they dropped the ball». Instead of squeezing me in somewhere, I was told I could reschedule another day. Not happening! Mistakes happen but respect your customers time especially when they are taking off work!

Jeff did a great job repairing, stretching, and cleaning our carpets before move out. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him!

Jeff came on a Saturday cleaned our carpets and restretched them. He did a good job and was easy to work with.

Jeff was absolutely amazing to work with. He was prompt, professional and just an all around nice guy. His customer service was impeccable. I had forgotten a piece to repair in addition to him cleaning my carpet. He came right back and fixed it. The carpet looks amazing and he repaired a piece of my carpet that my pets DESTROYED! I can’t speak highly enough for this company!

I’m very pleased with the work Jeff did. Stretched & cleaned the carpets in 3 rooms in about 2−½ hours, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him if you need some carpet work!

I can’t say enough good things about Jeff. Came out to repair my carpet then had him back a week later to clean them. Very professional and did a great job. The price was very fair. I got some of his cards to pass out to my neighbors. He’s great and so very nice. Please call him you will not be disappointed.

Jeff came out to repair my «puppy damage». She is always a good dog but I decided upon leaving one day to close her in the bedroom. Bad mistake. Really bad mistake. She tore the carpet up at the bottom of the door. Jeff was able to take carpet from a closet to make the repairs. He turned my disaster into «it never happened». If you have any carpet problems I strongly suggest you give Jeff a call. Five stars for him. Thanks Jeff!

If I could, I’d give Jeff and his business TEN stars because the completed project, price, and outstanding customer service are all worth 10 stars !!!
Jeff originally quoted a price of $ 300 — $ 350.00 (because he had not come to the house to do the quote), but, at the end of the day, the cost was only $ 250 for 4 bedrooms (2 extra large) and a long hallway.
The carpet looks great after being restretched (a thorough cleaning, next, will save me several thousands of dollars for new carpet which I do not really need).
The customer services was excellent — polite, on-​time (exactly when he said he’d be here), and geared toward making me, the customer, 100% satisfied.
I am 100% satisfied and HIGHLY recommend Jeff Proctor and Memphis Carpet Repair, LLC to anyone in the need of carpet repair, restretching, etc.
