Very Quiet RV Park with-​in walking distance to Stores and Restaurants. Beautifully landscaped with shaded sites for hot summer days. Easy access to and from I-​5. Great location for Clubs and Groups, We even have space for our extended stay visitors, snowbirds, contractors and year round residents. Please, we do not recommend reading the Yelp reviews as we have had the entire last year removed by Yelp due to their automated recommend program? They removed 6– 5 star and 1– 2 star review which were accurate in the eyes of the guests staying here. Brings down our overall rating…

History

Established in 1995.

Newly remodeled and upgraded in Spring of 2015. If you have visited us before you will love the upgrades. For those visiting us for the first time, you will experience a park like setting, with large clean restrooms, showers and laundry facilities, swimming pool, bocce ball courts, fire circle and so much more.

We came here with our RV Club and couldn’t have been more pleased. The grounds are nicely kept and clubhouse was amazing. Just remember if you come this is Corning and it can get hot (107 on the day we were here). Nice pool with lots on shade.

Attended a Employee function here, The clubhouse has a great kitchen. Nice patio and bocci ball court. Has a refreshing pool with very very comfortable lounge chairs and a nice fire ring!

I didn’t actually stay at this park, but did visit it and what I saw was mediocre. Current price on their website is $ 32.95 which isn’t too bad, but they apparently have rules that aren’t listed on their website. For example, I met one couple who were asked to leave the park after staying for two day because they had a pitbull, but the website doesn’t say these breeds aren’t allowed. The website says they are RVer friendly no matter what type of RV you have, but they do have a problem with older RVs. The entrance is hard to find and they should mark it better. I heard complaints about them all over town. I found a nicer park that was cheaper and didn’t have any problems with anything.

This hard-​to-​find park has lots of shade but the spaces are pretty small. Clean rest rooms, warm pool, and quiet. Not bad for $ 25!

Close to Freeway yet very quiet. Short walk to Safeway, Rite Aid, other shops. Lots of trees that make for a wonderful atmosphere-​and shade. Well-​kept park. Friendly people. GREAT fast WiFi. Nice picnic tables. Very level sites. We stayed here in 28 foot travel trailer. Enjoyed our stay here a lot.

We popped in here for an over nighter on our way back to the Bay area. Not bad. Simple, bathrooms kept up well. Showers were nicely priced. I think I got my entire shower done, hot water and all for a quarter. Talked with a resident and one of the staff in the morning who were friendly. Corning has a Safeway and gas close by so it’s not a destination but Heritage is good for being on the road.
Oh, and another one of those places that has to clean the bathrooms between 9−11am, when checkout is 11am. Seriously?!? You have to close the bathrooms at the time that people need to be getting ready to leave?!? I don’t get it…

Nice park with friendly staff and good value for your money. It isn’t anything fancy, but it is clean and has lots of pull-​through spots with full hookups up to 50amps. The pool is average size but there are no lounge chairs, just regular chairs and a couple tables. AAA and other club discounts available and the rate is very reasonable. Walking distance (2 blocks) to a restaurant, subway, taco bell, safeway, pharmacy, etc, etc. Great location just off the freeway but not so close you hear it. Trees on every spot so you get some shade too. I’d stay here again in a minute.
