Though we primarily serve the Inland Empire (Riverside County and San Bernardino County), Orange County, and Los Angeles County, we regularly cover all of Southern California, and have been known to practice in the Courts of Northern California (when the «case is right»).

Business Owner

Nathan Fransen, Esq. — Nathan’s background is in the real estate and mortgage industries. Prior to becoming an attorney, Nathan managed a branch office for a national lender and operated his own brokerage that was licensed in several states with offices throughout California. Laws relating to mortgage lending and real estate issues are complex but Nathan’s background is helpful in identifying key issues and expeditiously resolving matters. Real Estate and Mortgage Brokers often consult Nathan to ensure proper compliance with the ever-​changing laws affecting their business. Nathan obtained his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law in 2005 and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout California. Nathan also received a certificate in Environmental, Land Use and Real Estate from Chapman University School of Law in 2005.
