Jump With Me Party Rentals

Guess what? I got a call back. Three weeks later, smh. I definitely already got someone else since it is the day before my party :/

Received a coupon in one of the booklets that come in the mail, called a few days after the coupon expired and they were very nice and honored it anyway. Reserved a combo jumper, 2 tables, 20 chairs, and a piñata for $ 100. Everything was great with the delivery and set up — came exactly when they said they’d be there. Would definitely use again!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I rented from this place because of the great experience from our rentals in October last year but would not use them again. First off I am the one who had to call the day before to confirm at 6pm and when I asked for my total she said rudely I don’t have it will call you back at 9 tonight! Guess what I never got a call back. My rentals were suppose to be the first delivery because I had the 20×20 tent, 5 tables with 50 chairs and what was suppose to be the large slide jumper. Not only did they not show up as I was told around 7:30 but they called me at 8:30 asking if before 10 would be ok! I said fine, and they didn’t show up until 10:35 with the wrong jumper. The delivery guy stated this is what you ordered and said the jumper I wanted wasn’t available. He also mentioned it cost more. I told him my order was the same price quoted and what I had ordered in October and clearly this was not it! He didn’t offer any compensation nor to call in and see what could be done or confirm. Poor customer service and poorly run with no follow through nor delivery of what you ask for so beware!

used this company twice already! im surprised they only have 2 reviews. they deserve a 5 star!!! everytime ive used them they come exactly when they say they are coming and pick up the following day. they are very reliable. ive never had a problem with them. they gave me the best deal. i had a 20×20 tent/​5 tables/​40 chairs/​standard jumper for $ 207. i would highly recommend this company for parties

Used them for the first time yesterday and they were great! They came on time and set up super quick! They let you keep it over night so we had a good 24 hours of fun with the jumper we rented! They have amazing deals, I called just about every jumper place in corona/​riverside for a decent price on a slide jumper and other places were ridiculously priced! Would definitely recommend jump with me to my friends and would definitely use them again for another party!
