I called and within 30 minutes a brand new screen installed! Looks great, we will be calling Josh to replace more screens and install a security door! Punctual and good quality work, hard to find these days.

I would just like to say that this company is simply amazing. From the first call with Josh to the new friendship with his wife. I called and asked for an estimate for a new screen door and Josh was over in 20 minutes. He took measurements and explained the different doors and handles. He brought his daughter with him which I didn’t mind at all I thought it was awesome that a dad would take his daughter with him to do an estimate. Our daughters clicked right away which continues to have be believe that not only is this a good honest company but it is a wonderful beautiful family inside and out. I would totally recommend this company if your searching for a new screen door. He also fixed our sliding door when he did the estimate because it wasn’t shutting correctly. I give this company 5 starts not because they are perfect but because they strive for excellence and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I’ve heard so many positive things about this company that my husband and I decided to use them. We needed a new screen door for our slider because our kids and dog destroyed the old one.
As soon as I contacted Priscilla, she scheduled Josh to come out the next day to take measurements and give me an estimate. He showed up right on time, was polite, kind and informative. (He wasn’t even phased by my crazy toddlers or hyper dog!)
Anyways, he showed me his samples and explained the options and what he had to offer. He helped me choose which model and screen type would be the best fit for us. (Had to go with the heavy duty screen to withstand constant use by our dog and kids!) So I placed my order and he said it would be in the following week.
Priscilla texted me the next week and said that our door was in and scheduled a time when Josh could come install it. He showed up right on time (as expected) and it took him all of 20 minutes to put it in and make proper adjustments. We are more than happy with the outcome!
I felt super comfortable working with this husband + wife duo and would recommend them to anyone needing their services!

After using this company to clean my windows I knew it was only a matter of time before I hired them again! I caught wind they were offering screen doors, and after a detailed conversation with Priscilla, she guaranteed me the materials they used were super high quality and would stand up against my two large beast like dogs and two very young children, so I ordered a sliding screen door!
Josh came out as soon as I was ready for him to install it and literally cut the door frame to fit my door. (Rather than asking how tall my door was and bringing a standard door that «should» fit my frame.) he took his time, cleaned up his mess, showed me the different features and was on his way.

I love Josh’s work but the last two times I have had him in he has broken a sensor on our windows and now our alarm will not set. This is highly disappointing because I love how my windows look after he has been here. I also asked him to be careful when cleaning the inside this time because of the last sensor situation.
However, I would recommend him if you don’t have alarm sensors.

On time, great communication, friendly, detail orriented. I could go on and on. You think, «Yeah I should get my windows clean» but once they are done you realize how bad they really were and what a huge differance it really makes. We had a bird come to our kitchen window, not realizing there was a window there, trying to get to a bug! Now THAT is clean!

Josh of Pristine Solutions came to our home to clean our windows. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. We have tons of windows in our home and when Josh was finished and I looked out at the mountains, I couldn’t even tell the glass was there!
