Dr. Ed is very professional, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to some looking for a good and trusted Acupuncturist. I have seen him regarding back pain and am going to see him again for my headaches. Aside for acupuncture he will also give you good advice regarding diet to go along with his treatments!

I was referred to Dr. Ed & Dr Fanny by a friend from the Gym. She basically said Dr. Ed gave her amazing results in 6 months that 5 years chiropractic could not. She sustained injuries from a car accident. I’ve been to other acupuncturists before and I am impressed with the results and the professionalism from both Dr’s.
For those never had acupuncture, you cant really feel the needle but you can feel how it opens up energy channels in your body. I’m highly stressed and I leave the office feeling light and calm which is priceless to me. Results is different for everyone but it’s better than popping pills. More than just treatment, make you think of your overall healthy. I highly recommended.

I have been seeing Edward for going on two years. His practice of combining acupuncture, deep tissue massage, and other Traditional Chinese Medicinal (TCM) practices (cupping, scraping, etc.- sorry, I don’t know the proper Chinese terminology) is extremely effective. His technique along with his genuine personality has committed me in becoming a strong believer in TCM and seeing him on a regular schedule.
For new patients — it seems that it typically takes TCM practitioners a few visits (3 – 4) to get to know your physical and mental/​emotional traits so they can effectively treat you. Don’t be disappointed if your ailments/​symptoms aren’t relieved after the first few sessions. Endure!

after a year of pressure from my husband to try acupuncture (i am soooo scared of needled) I finally went to Dr Yu in Corona. All I have to say is… I’m going back! it was great! the needles are small, fine & soft. I had 2 in my ankle (i twisted it over 10 yrs ago) and 2 on my forehead & 1 each on either side of my nose (allegories). I was surprised that it was not painful at all. Dr Yu is a very good doctor and a really good caring person. I am glad my husband finally convinced me to go. the acupuncture & the tui na (massage) relieved the pain in my ankle tremendously. Also, he gave me a fabulous tui na massage in my back & shoulders due to stress, stress from work. man that tui na was so good when he was done my back I felt like a huge weight was removed! i really like this doctor and totally recommend him to anyone.

Found Dr. Ed Yu through Unilocal.I was looking for an acupuncturist closer to home and I’m really glad I found him! I suffer from chronic allergies and Dr. Yu took took my readings through a diagnosis of my tongue and pulse and from there was able to advise of my ailments and subsequent acupunture treatment plan. I was really impressed with Dr. Yu in that he provides a holistic treatment if you will. Advising me also of the type foods that I should be eating to improve my allergic condition as well as prescribing simple exercises as well. Several Unilocalers mentioned the tui na message. As part of my treatment, he also did a message therapy and it was amazing!!! I was feeling alot of stress, with ache and pains in my neck and shoulders (a byproduct of my sales job) and after about 10 minute message, they had disappeared! For those of you seeking an alternative to western medicine, I’d highly recommend Dr. Yu!

I have been seeing Dr. Edward for several reasons including basic stress & tension problems as well as circulation and digestive issues. His expertise in various areas of Chinese medicine has been enlightening to me because not only has he been providing me with effective acupuncture treatment and massage therapy, but he has also been taking the time to teach me which foods/​beverages will best help me achieve long term overall good health. Where do I begin! Dr. Edward is so caring and knowledgeable! I am so happy to have met him. He is not like other acupuncturists. He talks about the whole person and often gives me dietary advice and exercises. Last but not least, he has MAGIC hands! He provides some massage with every treatment and makes me feel SOOO GOOD afterwards! I HIGHLY recommend him!

I work in a very physically demanding job and I have suffered from neck and back pain for years. I was very skeptical about acupuncture until going to Profound Youth. With a couple of treatments and some herbs my neck and back pain is almost completely gone! I have not been to a chiropractor for months (I had been going twice a month for years), and I have never slept better or had more energy. I am a true believer!
