Worst experience EVER! Went to to get a pedicure today. No one was really in there. They had me wait for about 15minutes. They sent this guy over to do my pedi. He seemed as if he had NO IDEA WHAT he was doing. He took off the Polish and it was PAINFUL. That has never happened. He started cutting my cuticles and I wanted to cry. I asked him to stop and tried to get the receptionist attention. I was at the booth right next to her. I said, «HELLO». All 3 ladies at the front desk (including the owner) ignored me. I said it a couple more times, then I yelled it. They ignored me. I got up to leave and the man BLOCKED ME IN WITH HIS STOOL! I told him to let me leave and he wouldn’t move! I yelled again. This time I yelled, «LET ME OUT!» Finally, the owner turned around and said she would get me someone else. I told her I just wanted to leave. She stood right in front of me. I finally got out of there. I am shaken up and PISSED OFF!

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! My daughter asked for gel manicure and they gave her regular??? As soon as she walked out of the salon her color was coming off. The lady there argued with me that we didn’t pay for gel color. REALLY? Then what did $ 66 cover? Also, Not only did my daughters manicure and pedicure sucked, the price was ridiculous!!! The lady rushed through the manicure and pedicure. $ 66 for crappy service and a pedicure that looked worst then when I came in. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’ve been coming here over a year now. And I must say they never disappoint! I’ve even have convinced my sister and friends to come here. We all love their work, they are very clean and professional. Tina has been doing my nails since day one, she is so good and gentle I would definitely recommend her to anyone, all of their staff are very nice and make you feel very comfortable!

After being to almost every nail salon in Corona I’m so thankful I found this place. I’ve been coming here the last couple times and my experiences are nothing short of amazing. Heather is the sweetest, the most gentle and caring nail technicians. Their salon is very clean and professional. And not to mention, their customized baby pink acrylic powder is so beautiful, and I always get compliments on my nails. I will never go to another nail place again!

Horrible customer service. Heather (who is supposedly the manager) was incredibly rude. I came in and asked for a pedicure and a full set. She told they were available to do that. I needed them to remove the nails I already had on because they were old and breaking so they could just do a brand new set. As they started my pedicure, heather came over to take off my old nails. She constantly kept leaving (going outside to talk to someone, going to the back, etc) and coming back. 30 MINUTES LATER an appointment she had came in and she had only taken one hand of my old nails off! She then said she would be right back and left to do the other woman’s nails. So by now my pedicure is completed and i had already taken off the other hands nails by myself. I was on a schedule and needed to leave so I just told them to forget about doing my nails. But then she had the audacity to try and charge me for nail removal!!! SHE DID ONE HAND! And for the record, if they had just said in the beginning that they had an appointment in 30 minutes, I would have just rescheduled. That’s the only reason I took them off in the first place was to get them done. I told her I was absolutely not paying for her «nail removal» and she decided to argue with me about it for another 5 minutes. This place is a joke in every aspect.

Very, very happy with my experience today! I’ve had acrylics for almost a year now, and it was time to take them off for expense reasons. I was terrified to have them removed but Heather was very gentle with me! She also painted them with gel and my nails look as good as new! (:

Very relaxing spot to get your nails done. Was very pleased with the result of my gel acrylic nails ! Ni was very nice and gentle and simply a perfectionist !

My daughter got a bad painful infection right after her ped. According to her doctor it was a result from the ped she received using a dirty instrument… Not only do they rush through .they are also very harsh on your hands and feet… our First and last visit for sure!

So friendly. I never have to request someone for my acrylic and gel nails! Because they all are very talented! I really like this place. I am picky and like my nails done a certain way and I never have had a dissapointing fill or pedicure here! Gel lasts longer than most.

I’m not too sure on what I think about this place. I came in. Picked out a color. Now sitting here with my feet in the water… I’ve been sitting here for almost 10 mins. My water was nice and warm at first. Now it’s getting cold. Finally someone came n started on them. I think I could of gotten a better pedi for what I paid for. Just sayin. Not to sure if I’ll be back.

I really wanted to like this place because it was close by. I came in for a gel polish the first time and I picked out a color from the poster board. Obviously, it wasn’t found because the lady started to paint it a much darker color beside me pointing it out to her a couple times.
foolishly I came back three weeks later for a new gel. I literally picked out three different colors and all three were different from the color on the poster board. The colors were old, runny, and some even untrue to color. No wonder they offer 20 percent off of their gels!
Feeling frustrated I declined gel color and paid for my no color manicure service. Despite politely declining, the nail artists continue to mumble in their dialect. Over very rude service and poor quality gel colors. Save your time and money!

Great service and very friendly every time I come in! Also a large variety of gel colors & polishes to match for your feet! Much better service form the previous owners! :-)

I feel like I get a great pedicure here. Its $ 28 for the «softer sole» but I walk away a happy camper. New manager (maybe new?) is very attentive and makes sure you are seated quickly, Love that they offer you a bottle of water! My new go to!

Love this place! It’s nice to find a good in town that doesn’t have a 40 minute wait, is noisy and swimming with people! They offer a great deal Monday through Wednesday for gel manicures (20% off! No coupon retired) I have never had a ride nail stylist, they are always kind and never talk amongst themselves while performing services! Arlene is very professional and always has a smile on her face. I am so glad I gave this place another shot– they are under new management and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve been going here for a while and I am SOON happy with the improvement since they have been under new management. It’s like a whole new place! The first thing they do is offer you a water (yes free bottled water) and get you in a chair. They are really good about making it a 1-​on-​1 experience and unlike other nail places won’t talk to their co-​workers in another language the whole time, but instead have a conversation with you! I haven’t had one problem since the new management and will continue to come here and tell my friends about it. Tons of colors to choose from and nice designs. Great prices, great service, great workers. Did I mention free wifi? I got my eyebrows waxed today and they look really good!

I have been so please the last THREE times I came in. One of the times I came, I brought 3 little girls to have their nails painted and the ladies were so sweet and nice to them. I always love people that are nice to the littles. These ladies are always happy and smiling. Some nail places you feel like they must hate their life but not the Star Nail ladies.
The girl who runs the front desk keeps the whole place running very smoothly.
I brought my husband in for his first mani/​pedi yesterday and loved it. It’s always clean here, never to crowded.
I had to return today bc I messed up my toenail yesterday and they fixed it no problem.
I hope more people begin to give this place a chance. It’s been awesome since having new management.

I’ve been 4 times since they changed management and it’s been good everytime. I get a manni pedi each time, they can be very busy sometimes, so I try to go later in the day.

I have been coming here off and on for about 6 years, I have gone months with doing my own nails. I live across the street and is very convenient for me. Management has changed a few times and again in the last few months. Things have definitely improved for the better. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always do nice work. Love the newer pedicure chairs too!

They checked in with me a lot while I waited and offered discount when it took longer then they said they have the most amazing foot massages and lots of gel colors and acrylic designs great customer service lots of parking beautiful nails and Amazing Pedicure chairs
