We followed Viby from her previous salon. Visited her new place of work and its nice but honest truth she can be doing hair in the garage of her home and we will still follow her; that is how much we like her work. I can’t express enough how talented she is so if your looking for a stylist you know who to ask for.

Just wanted to post a quick updated review for Kim Pinkham. I got married this year and she really helped me plan in advance and maintain a long layered look with some soft natural balayage type highlights through the ends. My hair cut/​color ended up looking perfect and healthy on the big day. Now that’s it’s over we lopped it all off into a really cute rich dark brown textured lob for fall, and I’m loving it! Posted some before and after pics here.

I walked in ready to chop my postpartum hair all off. I was frustrated with the texture, hair loss (resulting in uneven hair), and usual color and trimming needs. Kim Pinkham told me that my hair was fixable and told me to take a chance on keeping the length, and if I didn’t like it that she would cut it off. The end result was beautiful! She colored, glossed, and reshaped my hair into hair that I could love again. I have worn in down (vs a ponytail) more often than not and I have gotten so many comments on how nicely it lays around my face. I felt a lot better about myself and especially about my hair after my appointment with Kim! I am not a loyal customer.

LOVE my partial highlight and trim job by Suzanne. She was very sweet and professional, and when the color turned out way too subtle, she added more, and then shampooed, conditioned and blow-​dried my hair again! Very reasonably priced with the utmost accommodation

I have been going to Kim for several years. She is very professional and my hair color and cut always look great. She always asks what I want to do and the results are amazing.
I also, have my nails done at the salon by Carie. She does a great job with nails and pedicures. My nails and toes always look perfect. I would highly recommend both ladies, they are the best on the island.
The salon is always clean and professional and all personnel there are very friendly.

First I have too say I’m super picky about my hair! I have been coming too this salon for years when it was called Domani, although it was just bought out but Kate Chan. My hair stylist is Kim Pinkham and since I met her I have NEVER had one problem with my highlights, color or haircut. I leave here chair feeling either beautiful or sexy! At my age she makes me feel like I’m in my 20’s again. Many of my friends now love their hair also when they see her. If you have doubts about your stylist or looking for a new one, you better get here and try Kim 619−718−2179 you won’t be sorry :-)

Kim Pinkham has been doing my hair since 2009. I’m a redhead so color and highlights can be a challenge at times but never for Kim. I even fly or drive all the way from Phoenix for Kim to color my hair. Kim also does fantastic blow outs. If you ever have a special occasion or you’re looking for a new look, Kim’s your girl!

Since I’m a guy I typically go to barber shops but I figured I’d give this place a try and see if it’s worth the extra buck. Totally is. A girl named Charlene cut my hair and I’d honestly say it was the best haircut I’ve had since I can remember. Would definitely recommend to any other guys in the same boat.

I just got my hair done by Rose Mobley at Kate Chan. I could not be happier. Rose knew exactly what I wanted. She colored my hair, did highlights and gave me a fantastic hair cut. I’m so thrilled I found her!!! I also had my eyebrows waxed by Lupe. She too was great and I am looking forward to getting a facial done very soon. The entire experience at the Salon was relaxing, professional and caring. I will definitely return to them.

Both Carie Ruiz (best Manicures /​Pedicures) and Suzanne Adams (best Cut /​Color) have moved here from Sanctuary salon. They are so good that I switched salons to stay with them. Both are highly recommended. The new space is much larger, and more inviting, and the light is definitely better.
