Focal Point Signs & Imaging

Was looking to replace several commercial building signs.
Cynthia was initially on point and came out to survey the building herself the very next day. She seemed like a nice person and was well informed about signs.
3 days after the site survey, I sent her an e-​mail with few questions… No reply.
About a week after the last email, I sent a follow up e-​mail requesting an update on the pricing… No reply.
The day after, I called her direct line and ended up leaving a voice message requesting a call back… No reply.
9 days after leaving the previous voice message, I called and left another message asking to simply let me know if she is not interested in taking on the job… No reply.
It’s unfortunate that myself and my company had to waste time and effort trying to give business to a company that obviously doesn’t care enough to even reply. Quite surprised that the Unilocal reviews rate this business so highly. Makes me question the authenticity of their reviews…

Focal point is amazing! Cynthia was so helpful and as we’re all of my questions. She asked me to send her my logo and within an hour of doing that I had a graphic made for my back window on my car. They let me come in and fine tune the design with the graphic designer and printed it on the spot. After installing it on my car I was so impressed with the install and over all design. I will come back here for sure! Thanks again!

I was looking for a lobby sign for our new office. I called and spoke with Richard and gave him details of what I wanted. They had the sign done and installed sooner than they had mentioned. It looks great!!! Richard was great and the installers were very courteous and professional.

We hired focal point to do signage for our building. At first it was just for a large company sign in the entrance, but they literally do everything and now we have hired them for our mailbox plaques, suite plaques, office directory and outdoor business signs. Really great quality work and best of all, they are quick!
Cynthia runs the place and she is super nice, came out with Richard to go over everything and take measurements. Richard does the designs and install and he is great at what he does. Genuinely awesome people. No gimmicks, no sneaky pricing, just good quality work.

I am astonished at the level of service, expertise and creative vision of this company. My new offices needs signage, and within two days of my initial call to Focal Point Signs I had designs to view; signage to approve; and a team of helpful and smart employees making sure that at every step I had everything that was needed. I was astonished with the amount of service so when they sent me the estimate, I thought it would be outrageous yet it was HALF of what I was expecting — literally!!! If you’re not using Focal Point… then I bet your designs are not as good as they could be, and for sure you’ve overpaid.

Cynthia came out, took our order, looked at what we had. Bob G. emailed us proofs of artwork, incorporated in our suggestions. A professional crew came and installed them all. People compliment our signs and we couldn’t be more pleased. About a year later, they still look great. I applaud the quality: our parking lot signs have been tagged (with graffiti) but due to their quality clear coating, this has been easy to clean off. BRAVO, FOCAL POINT.

For those of you who don’t really know how to go about making a banner, here is how I felt. I am not really computer saavy, and I didn’t know how to create a photoshop banner on my computer to send over to be created into a large banner. This small obstacle prevented me from creating a banner for a long time. FInally, after reading great reviews for Focal Point Signs, I decided to contact them and find out how they could help me. I sent them a few images (my logo, images of Unilocal,google Plus, etc) and they simply assembled everything on my banner FOR ME and any wording I requested. It was SO EASY!!!
The pricing was also very affordable compared to many quotes I got. I will be using this company for the upcoming needs of my growing business!

This review is only based on customer service and not sign installation. But these days, customer service is everything because theres so many options out there.
I called FPS and spoke with the owner, Cynthia, a few days ago about having someone come out to give us a quote on a sign and window wraps for a new business… I expressed the urgancy and no one ever showed up or followed up… no phone call. Wanting to still get a quote from them to get the ball rolling on something that is time sensative to me, I left her a follow up voice mail 2 days later and no response or follow up with that either. It’s too bad because I like to keep my business local and was excited to work with a company that comes so highly reviewd on Unilocal

OK-​well fair is fair…
I posted my one star review and about an hour later I did receive a call from the owner Cynthia.
I took the time to explain exactly what happened and she listened in earnest. What I appreciated is that she didn’t try to justify what happened, she just apologized. She did explain how it really went down on her end but didn’t try to use what happened as some logical explanation for them not calling me back.
Well, as fate would have it, the other sign company I called after I had decided to go somewhere else did not call me back either!
So I decided-​ok-​well-​if they are wiling to make it right and give me a great deal and amazing service I’ll give them another shot at it.
So I worked with Cynthia and she really worked quickly and efficiently to make it right. She gave me an excellent price and a time frame that was very reasonable. It took them about a week to get everything produced from the time I approved it and they came out on the exact day and time window they said they would.
I was very happy with the quality of the sign and the way they installed it. And Cynthia the owner even came out after the fact later that day just to touch base and make sure it was all the way it was supposed to be.
I realize in life not everything works the way it’s supposed to all the time, and I also can appreciate that when things don’t all you can do is try to make it right. I feel that’s what they did and I did feel they bent over backwards to make me happy.

We just started a business and Focal Point signs have helped us with all our sign and then some needs. Wonderful friendly staff, very helpful and great customer service! They did a huge vinyl picture, some poster pictures, vinyl advertising for our cars and working on vinyl signage for our store fron windows.
