Gary C. Wykidal has been practicing law since 1980 primarily in the field of transactional business law. He received his CPA certificate in 1983 after joining the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Company. Gary C. Wykidal & Associates was founded in 1987 and has served clients in greater Orange County and beyond for more than 25 years. The firm focuses on business and transactional litigation.

Business Owner

Gary C. Wykidal attended Cal State University at Los Angeles and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1976. He began his legal studies at Whittier College School of Law and, after two and a half years graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in September of 1979. In May of 1980, he passed the California State Bar exam.

In June 1980, he began working as an intern in the tax department of Alexander Grant & Company in downtown Los Angeles. In September of 1991, he moved to Newport Beach and joined the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Company, again working in the tax department and received his Certified Public Accountant Certificate in September of 1983.

Gary C. Wykidal as a Professor holds his teaching credential and has taught accounting classes at Coastline Community College, Business Law at National University and California corporate procedures to paralegal candidates at Rancho Santiago College.
