Don’t waste your time with these people. I get a phone call following up on an inquiry I made for a workers comp case for my husband. They would love to meet with us blah blah blah, we head over there in rush hour traffic, we thought how nice they stayed late to meet with us. Good sign! We meet with the lawyer his first name was Fred. Have a long meeting going over everything and discussing a possible private suit as well. At the end of the meeting he tells us he would be happy to represent my husband and gives us the paperwork, we tell him we will fill it out and get it back to him in a couple days.
We return the paperwork a couple days later and I’m told he will contact us if he needs anything. A while goes by and we don’t hear anything. My husband had a doctors appointment coming for his injury and we reach out to his office to inquire whether there was anything we should be asking the doctor or anything we needed to be doing etc. More than a week goes by no return call. My husband goes to the doctor, we wait for a few more days now almost 2 weeks after calling to follow up again about not receiving a call back. The lady answering the phone informs him that he’s not in the office and my husband says he just wants to make sure that he got our packet and wanted to update him on his visit with the doctor as we had some concerns with a problem with the workers comp insurance. She puts him on hold very awhile… comes back to the phone and tells him that they are not going to be representing him. Shocked my husband ask why and what happened and she says she doesn’t know she was just told they weren’t and they would return our paperwork.
Ok first of all, you said he wasn’t in the office so how did you get that information and why won’t that person give us a reason. Secondly you practically chased us down for our business, had us come in and wasted our time (this transpired over a months period of time) to what just jerk our chain around? She tells him she will have him call us back to explain… guess what? Weeks later and no word… and even better they are so disorganized they haven’t even bother to send our paperwork back. So here’s my guess, they lost it and were to embarrassed to admit they are disorganized so they just pass. Or they are disrespectful to people and their time and too unprofessional to even return calls and explain themselves. Sounds pretty cowardly to not return a call for a client you practically begged to come to in the first place. I can understand if you are busy and realized you had too many cases on your plate or whatever, we aren’t unreasonable people, however what I am not? Is someone who is ok with having my chain jerked and wasting mine and my families time. We could have used that month to find an attorney to help us so thank for wasting our time and dragging our case out even longer. With your highly unprofessional behavior I think it’s safe to assume that my opinion is that your reviews are fake to try drum up some business. But why? You can’t seem to handle the cases who walk through your door, even a simple workers comp case.

The Oracle team is sharp, professional and the best attorneys to have on your side. My grandpa was in an unfortunate accident and the Oracle team took the best care of him. Oracle took care of the car, got the deductible waived, got us a rental car and got great medical care. Mr. Ghamari made himself available to us whenever we had questions about the case.
