Andre has to be one of the best people to train with! Not only does he push you to your limits, but you instantly get the feeling that he pushes you so hard because he believes in your ability to achieve more than you think you can. It’s rare now-​a-​days to actually come across people like this. I never in a million years thought I would be able to do a spartan race, but with Andres help, not only did I finish the race, I came in top 10! Now he’s helping me train for my very first marathon. Extremely nerve racking, but I know with his help and dedication to wanting to see me succeed, I’ll go above and beyond the expectations that I have set for myself. He’s the best there is!

Andre is the BEST, hands down!!! I have worked with so many trainers and I have never found a trainer who truly knows what they are doing on a larger scale. He takes the time to learn what workouts will be best for his clients. He genuinely cares and wants you to succeed and he is very motivating! I came across Andre over social media. I’ve been working with him for the past 5 months and always look forward to my next workout.
I was never serious or consistent with working out. If anything, for a while I was just a cardio bunny, but that was just a phase haha I’ve had 2 other trainers prior to Andre and they were nothing compared to him. He’ll motivate you from start to finish, his workouts are fun, he’ll crack a few jokes here and there, but all in all, he’ll put you through some killer workouts (for me at least haha). Plus, he knows his stuff!
Most importantly, he genuinely cares. Not many trainers are in this business to help, it’s easy money, no doubt. But Andre cares; he’ll push you past your limits and you can tell he just wants to help you reach your fitness goals.

Andre is top notch! Knowledgable, encouraging, experienced, and personable he is worth every penny. The experience doesn’t end with just a session, he helps with diet and workout plans for in-​between sessions. I am so thankful for his dynamic approach in transforming my body. Andre is a long time sparring partner and good friend. As a professional fighter, I know how hard it is to find consistent, quality sparring. It’s just as hard to find someone who can effectively hold mitts. Andre can provide both.

There are few things I look forward to in my week more than boxing with Andre. His workouts push me every session and keep me motivated to work hard even when we aren’t in the gym together. He’s always willing to give workout ideas to help you improve even if you can’t hit the gym everyday. Our workouts are dynamic and always hit the right areas that need work. Within our first two months of training I put on 5 – 8 pounds of solid muscle that’s taken my scrawny build to looking cut and athletic. The biggest stamp of approval is how my girlfriend can’t get enough of my improved physique.

I’ve been training one-​on-​one with Andre for about 4 months now and I’m absolutely hooked on boxing because of his style of training and the results I’ve seen in such a short period of time. He’s a total expert when it comes to boxing and always pushes me to get the most out of my workouts. Even though I’m sweating my butt off for an hour, Andre’s amazing at mixing things up and making working out fun– and that makes the time fly by! I would absolutely recommend training with Andre, especially for those people looking to break out of that boring «gym» routine. Thanks to Andre and American Gym, boxing changed the way I see working out, and I actually look forward to my next session!

Andre is the BEST! He was my first trainer when I decided to box. I’ve trained with other coaches since and no one has been able to compare. He emphasized technique and safety early on, which set me up for and ensured my success. He was committed to my success inside and outside the gym. Outside of our sessions, whenever I had a question about anything, he was there to answer, which is something I really admire and look for in a trainer. Not only did he teach my how to box, but he taught me how to condition and build strength for boxing as well. Something other trainers haven’t even touched. Whether you’re looking to fight or just to get into better shape, you can’t do better!

Andre is a student of the game. He constantly stresses & demonstrates proper technique and fundamentals. Workouts are informative, tough and fun all at once.
