I have been coming to this location for many many years now and I haven’t had a bad experience until tonight. My husband and I love the peanut butter mood and get it quite often. When my husband went to pick up a couple for our valentines dessert, he returned empty handed shortly after. When I asked him what had happened he had explained that the cashier said they were out of peanut butter. Now normally that wouldn’t bother me but the fact that that is where the conversation ends is what does. I work in customer service and in the event that you are out of a product at least one of three if not all three things should happen… An apology at the least, an alternate suggestion, and if that does not work an item on the house. Pretty disappointed tonight.

Imma give it one star but that’s only cuz you have to give a star. LET ME BEGIN WITH YESTERDAY. I ordered a large strawberry wild and it was the most lit smoothie I’ve had in a while. Like dj Khaled crafted this shit cause this was major key. and the staff was hella on point like u go my brotha. THE NEXT FUCKING DAY. I come back and order this time medium FUCKING strawberry wild with this Monday staff who thinks they’re there the shit and THEY COMPLETELY MOTHERFUCKING FUCK THAT SHIT UP. LIKE ITS JUST BANANAS AND STRAWBERRIES. I’m over here drinking this fuckin lemonade ass smoothie when I CLEARLY ordered a motherfuckin strawberry motherfuckin wild… SMH #boycottjambajuicestaffonmondays

Nice and friendly atmosphere but they usually have long lines. I waited in line and made my order. It took 20min or so to finally get my drink. They served everyone before they served me — even two ladies who made their order way after I made mine. I am not sure what made them make mine last but I didn’t make a huge order — I only ordered orange carrot smoothie which I didn’t think was too difficult or long to make. The drink is good which is why I give it two stars but the long wait and serving others before me is just terrible.

I go to Jamba Juice daily if not twice a day. Tonight, after working 14 hours, I was accused by Marlayna, a supposive manager of stealing fruit snacks. As ridiculous as it sounds I, a 32 year old man, was accused of stealing fruit snacks. She actually went far enough, asking for me to prove that I did not steal the fruit snacks by emptying my pockets. She apologized to me by handing me a breast cancer coupon, which I’m sure she didn’t pay for. I usually love the employees at that location and I obviously love smoothies. I’m just furious that I was accused by Marlayna, the manager of Jamba Juice for stealing fruit snacks. Some nerve, I’m so pissed off! Well, if your in the mood for a smoothie and a strip search make sure to stop by Jamba Juice in Newport Beach and ask for Marlayna.

Love my jam a juice but just discovered that the brown sugar used in the oatmeal contains milk! Vegans take note. Even things you think are dairy free often aren’t. I get mine with blueberry and banana.

I usually go here during my lunch break to quench my craving for some smoothies. Great customer service with consistency in every drink. By far my all time favorite is the Berry Fulfilling, though its no longer on the actual menu but they still can make it for u.

Went here today with my two boys everyone was super busy but chirpy. I was asking some questions to see which smoothie to get my son’s and they happily stopped they were doing to answer my questions. The drinks were made so quick and perfectly. THANK YOU

Quick stop before work and each time I’ve been they have always made my smoothie with minutes from the time I ordered it. I really enjoy the orange carrot karma – refreshing and delicious. Also, you can never go wrong with the baked goods or oatmeal!

This is a great jamba juice I’ve watched the store evolve and grow over the years. I have been a customer here over 10 years now. It looks better than ever and the staff has always been friendly. Miranda always remembers my name and order.
This store is far better run and produces better more consistent smoothies than other jambas I’ve been to in oc.
1 thing though is they have once in awhile run out of whey protein, which I love. This is probably because they are so close to several gyms.

VERY disappointed in the service here. The cashier did not even look my husband in the eye, handed his credit card back to ME with no receipt. I also asked for a custom order which they did not make correctly. I asked for lemonade and they gave me apple juice. Sadly, my order was to go and I didn’t catch the mistake until I got home. Never going back to this Jamba Juice again. Every time I go they make a mistake. I did speak with the Manager Miranda, and she said she’d give me a free drink to make up for it, along with their store survey number. I do appreciate the customer service she has given me but the rest of the team needs to step it up a notch.

I really hate this particular JJ. 3rd time in a row I’ve gotten a smoothie from here and they can’t even fucking blend it properly. Can’t even get half a sip before a mango gets completely stuck in my straw. Staff is also really awkward. OI

This is a nice Jamba Juice location. It actually has tables and chairs inside. Stopped by here for one last use of the BOGO deal. I usually get the Protein Berry Workout with soy but this time I felt like getting one of their secret menu items — the White Gummi. I am usually hesitant to get the secret menu stuff since if they don’t make it very often, then usually it doesn’t turn out good. But I was happy they made it really good here.
Overall nice and friendly service and it is always awesome when they have those BOGO deals cause their smoothies are delicious but can be expensive since I’m a pretty frequent Jamba Juicer.

This Jamba Juice is located inside the pavilions market. Got the chocolate covered strawberries smoothie which was delicious. It was like having liquid ice cream for breakfast — a great experiment but next time I’ll get a smaller size if it the morning or I’ll go back to my usual mango-​a-​go-​go. Four stars instead of five because the two staff members were not the nicest and preoccupied in their own conversation.

Jamba Juice is a love hate relationship with me. When I worked for Whole Foods Market years ago there was a Jampba juice attached to the prepared foods dept that I ran and it was a constant source of pain in my life. My staff sucked and our location was super slow so I could never make numbers…
It took me years to get over that… but I did.
My kids love this place. The peach flavored on is great, the razzleberry (or something like that) is good. The mango (and I hate mango) is even good.
Prices are decent for what you get.
I feel that this place is more desset than health though. As far as smoothies go, im not sure how «Healthy» they are…
Seems like that are too «smooth». the consistency is more like sorbet or Ice cream or something.
Staff is usually run by teenagers which I usually hate but it seems like thier training is good because they havnt pissed me off yet…
