Horrible customer service. Employees don’t smile and even if you initiate a smile they just stare at you and don’t smile back. Ok? So i was waiting at the customer service area to pick up an online order. One lady is helping a guy, ok thats fine, then another lady came and just look at me. Im waiting for her to say «how may i help you?» Or «i’ll be right with you in a moment» nothing like that, she just keep on looking at me. And i decided to finally ask her where can i pick up my online order. She said «oh you can just go anywhere, but i can help you here» with a mean tone and a mean face. Wtf? What does she mean by «anywhere»??? oh well i got my stuff and left smh.

I mean what can I say about this kmart. Last year they had a really horrible person named Ricky at the customer service desk. Now they have a new supervisor/​manager who is great. They try to get everyone in and out as soon as they can

This Kmart is really not that bad. Just the bathroom is always dirty. They need to clean it like every hour on the hour

O stars for sure!!! Just left and I have never left a store to furious. I called to confirm if they had product in stock and the price. The manager argued with me for a little then called up the associate that told me the price over the phone and she let him argue with me. He kept saying, I never said that price Blah blah. I’m so made I left the store so pissed!!! Also when I called they literally put 5 different people on the phone and I kept having to repeat myself if you can’t help you shouldn’t be answering the phones! This spree really needs to get it together!!!

This Kmart has horribly customer service & the manager is just so rude! My mom and I had put an electrical scooter on layaway and we started making payments and they messaged us about 6 days before Christmas that the order had been canceled because they were out of stock! 6 days before Christmas?! Really? We had put this item on layaway since early November! So we go to the store and my mom asked if there was anyway they could possibly she could get another scooter for the same price? The manager was super rude and said that he couldn’t do it. And to top it off they didn’t refund my mom all her money! They charged her for canceling the order! Excuse me Kmart but YOU GUYS were the ones who canceled the order. Horrible customer service & they’ll rob you of your money and don’t care if it’s right around Christmas.

I called to have them look up an item and the lady instantly said, «we don’t carry those», without even bothering to look! It’s Christmastime and you should be going out of your way to ensure customer satisfaction. I checked online and it stated the item was available. I was just double checking so I didn’t make a bunk run over there. Won’t be shopping there anymore. So rude

This store is dirty and gross! It you want to go to a ghetto store with crap service this is it! I went at 8 in the morning, there was not a lot of people in the store. There were two cashiers and about 4 people waiting to buy stuff. The cashiers need more training and have no idea what they are doing! The system is slow and having inefficient workers makes it slower! Cynthia was my cashier, she was rude and seemed very annoyed while helping me. on top of that, in the middle of helping me she would answer the phone, making me stand there longer and wait for her. Not only that but other cashiers would come up and asked her for help with something and she would leave and help them instead of finishing my transaction so I can go. Very poor service. Go to target.

I noticed that I have the same reason as the other reviewers here for going to this store and it is because I live close by. I probably came here more than a hundred times and its always: Messy, rude cashiers, cant find someone to help you on the floor, always wait for slow cashiers in line regardless of the time of your visit. Decided to finally write a review, Came here after getting Halloween costumes for my sisters from party city and decided to get drinks here. Their Icee machine is out for probably a month already, waited in line one customer ahead of me. I was thinking wow i might get out of here quickly today… NO! Ofcourse cashier cant figure out a price for an item and decided to call for help… Manager or fellow cashier came and told her «you rang this up before, you should already know». Cashier then said I have Never seen this before. Soo finally they settled down and stopped giving each other the evil eye. When it was my turn there was no HI or sorry for the wait just went on to scan and I was going to slide my card for my two items and cashier was like, NO you cant slide your card until I finish. You are wasting your energy and I was like -.- okkkk… I decided to ignore the attitude and when prompted on the screen pad about donating to ST. Jude I ofcourse press yes because I have always supported this charity. She was like. Are you sure you are donating? And I was baffled as to why she was asking me that so i said yeah? She just let out a sigh. I dont know if thats her way of thanking me lol. I was so close to punching her but then ofcourse I just walked away. Please KMART give some customer service training to your employees even just basic hi and thank you. It might save this place! Let this CRISTINA cashier (has justin bieber hair and jonah hill body) be your first trainee.

This store is ghetto and unfriendly. Even if you go in for 1 item you will be standing in line for AT LEAST ten mins. Their system is slow, there’s never enough cashiers, no ac, and no help around the store. Everyone seems angry or annoyed.
This Kmart, in particularly, has a manager names Adolfo. He is rude to the customers AND treats the employees badly.
The cashiers are constantly apologizing for the time it takes for your transaction to be completed while the computer asks you a million questions! Its ridiculous! Retail is expensive, I mean, its freaking kmart! Why? One day they were selling V8 juice they had on a great sale BC THE JUICE WAS EXPIRED! when pointed out to manage he brushed it off as if the customers knew what they were buying. DO NOT TRUST KMART OR THEIR PRODUCTS. I live near by and my town is pretty expensive so it was nice to be able to have a discount store in proximity. This turned out to be discount hell. Its sad to see a store with a nice reputation go to shambles bc whoever is running it just doesnt care.
Its impossible to see a manager, impossible to get help, the workers are tired, bc of the ghettoness of the store it attracts certain ppl, it takes forever to complete a transaction, you cant trust their products and you think youre getting a deal but youre not. When it all adds up it is totally not worth the trip. Spend your money somewhere else. This store needs to shut down or clean house.

This is the worst Kmart, or even store in general, I’ve ever been to. It’s right around the corner from my house so it’s super convenient but I wait no less than 20 min in line EVERY single time. There is no sense of urgency, no customer service, and you just WAIT. I’ve come in for tooth paste and literally took 25 minutes to get in and out. Avoid at all costs.

This morning we walked to K-​mart, In dress slacks, shoes and polo. My wife and I sat on the bench in the front of the store and was approached within 1 minute and told by this fat ugly security guard lady that we had only 10 minutes and to go into the store and buy something or leave the property. She was telling this to elderly people standing by their cars as well.
This K-​mart really sucks to begin with. The prices on everything are outrageous as well as poorly stocked. Now you have to get a membership card to pay what is actually over average retail for products. This is nothing more than a ploy for them to email you every day with spam.
Go somewhere else. This place does not want your business. And you will be treated like a drug addict or criminal when you enter the parking lot.

Be aware of Kmart «Smart plan» which is 3^rd party protection company. Bought 2 year plan with my vacuum year and half ago. Little plastic piece that holds canister got broken so canister is not holding it anymore. 1^st I called the «Smart» plan company, they said it is not covered that I have to go to Kmart for refund on Replacement plan. I went and even thou supervise person himself didn’t believed it is not covered. So he called same number and been told it is not covered that I «supposedly» said I had vacuum dropped to the floor and broke it myself!!! And of course not being it truth he asked to hear voice recorded phone call I made and have been told that manager at «Smart» plan company is going to listen to that recorded phone call where I supposedly said I dropped it! What!!! If I dropped it something else would brake. And why would I drop it in 1^st place? In purpose to waste my time here and going in store and make this phone calls? I don’t have time for this.
But I’ll make time to write this review because people should know about this!
So that was it. So I asked for refund of replacement plan and has been declined by manager!
WHat the waste of money!!! Will not buy anything with replacement plan here anymore!

Run… Run as fast as you can in any direction but here. So my 1^st encounter with Kmart was driving by to go to the gym, I looked over and saw a guy sitting on the bench outside, next to him was a girl who had pulled her pants down and was squatting and peeing. I was shocked and grossed out to say the least.
My next encounter I was once again heading to the gym but needed to pick up some batteries, so for convenience, i walked in. I asked an employee which direction to go since i didn’t want to be in there very long. The employee was very nice and helpful. I got the batteries and stood in line. Only 2 lines open i picked the shortest… but not the quickest, there was a girl high on something who didn’t know her hand from her foot and couldn’t decided which items she wanted and which she didn’t since so only had 2 $ 20 on her, she then left leaving most of her items at the register. I checked out quickly and the cashier was friendly.
The workers i encoutered were okay and freindly, but the time of «folk» i enouctered here… was as you can see interesting and i would ratehr stay away.

Apparently the 6 customers in front of me and the 7 customers in the (only) other checkout open isn’t enough to open another lane. And it’s not like they own the ‘price game’ either. No wonder they’re going out of business.

Typical kmart, but nevertheless a good one that is local to me.
I’m a big fan of kmart because I have always found better deals compared to other department stores when they have clearance. For clothes around 10 bucks or less, you can’t beat it.
Only sad thing is that this kmart has a small selection of clearance. More would be great. You can find mini clearance sections at almost every aisle throughout the whole store.
I have read reviews about bad customer service but upon coming here, I was given pretty good customer service.
Hopefully they will not close down.

As of today I have given up on this K-​Mart. The only reason I went there was because it was literally across the street from my house and is an easy stop if I need paper towels or a coffee maker on short notice.
The store is dirty and old looking and checkout is by far the worst part of the experience and always has been. Aside from never having more than one or two registers open, the cashiers are about as slow and inexperienced as they come. Checkout will almost always take longer than your actual shopping trip and don’t be surprised if they close the register or send someone on break while you’re waiting and make you go to the end of an even longer line. When they do open a new register, they don’t politely walk the next person over and make an organized line. They turn on their light and shout, cause a rush of madness to the newly opened register, which usually leads to some non-​english speaking person to cut in line in front of you then ignore you like they were there all along. I now hate going there with a passion as soon as I think about those check stands.
I used to be sad when I read that KMART/​Sears were doing poorly, now I can’t wait for them to shut the place down and build something modern in it’s decaying hulk of a building. This place is an awful shopping experience every single time and after 15 years, I refuse to go back again.

Kmart and Target used to be about the same years and years ago. I actually preferred Kmart because it’s closer to my house and cheaper. Sadly it has gone downhill since then. I barely shop at Kmart any more and every time I did I was reminded why they are going out of business.
The store is always disorganized and it appears the management didn’t care that the store is a mess. I often found merchandise scattering all over the floor or just laying around the shelves or piled up hight on a cart used for stocking merchandise. You will find open packages with items missing or stolen. The staff leave shelves empty and didn’t bother to restock the items. There was always a long line at check out and it seems taking forever. They asked if you want to donate this or apply for that. No thanks I don’t want anything just hurry up and let me pay.
Last 2 times I bought eye brow pencil and eye make up remover at Kmart due to convenience and only to find out they were 10−15% cheaper at Target.
I went in there the week after New Year to buy an artificial Christmas Tree. There were all the trees still in display on the floor but I didn’t know which one was still in stock and what was the Sales price. It was impossible to get anyone to help cause there was nobody around. I finally gave up trying to get help and left.
I hope Kmart will do something quick to turn this around.

I know. 5 stars for Kmart. I can’t believe it either.
The last time I was in a Kmart was 20 years ago. Kmart had a bit of a ghetto reputation then and the quality of items was mediocre. So I wasn’t expecting much when I walked in here but I ended up being very surprised… I found myself liking it as much as (if not better than) Target.
This store carries a wide variety of items: kitchen supplies, linens & towels, tons of toys, sporting goods, auto supplies, small appliances, some large appliances (stoves & refrigerators), televisions, DVDs, gardening supplies, drug store items and toiletries, luggage and vacuum cleaners. Half the store is clothing but I didn’t really explore that area. I was here in mid-​November and they had many aisles of fantastic Christmas décor, artificial trees and holiday supplies (i.e. — gift bags). They don’t have a grocery store like WalMart and Target but they do have several aisles of food items like chips and sodas; non-​perishable stuff.
The store was not very crowded at all which was great for maneuvering around. The couple employees I had contact with were very pleasant. Prices were cheap, definitely as good as Target or WalMart. I found the store to be organized, clean and the other customers I saw around the store (if you have a concern about what they are like) seemed normal and attentive to their personal hygiene! Check out was quick and as I left I couldn’t think of any reason that would cause me to give this Kmart less than the full 5.

K-​Marts are so spread out throughout OC so when I was looking for a certain outfit from Nicki Minaj’s line and looked for locations it was either this one or Anaheim, I just happened to be in the area today after my mom’s doctors appointment and BAM! There was a K-​Mart around this area and when I went in, this store is HUGE! They have everything here! They have the best selection of clothing and prices are amazing. They also have home items, cosmetics, & grocery items. Everything in this store was organized neatly, nothing was out of place or a hot mess like Walmart! All the clothes were so organized and had all sizes which is a bonus. All of the celebrity clothing lines were easy to find however, I couldn’t find the tracksuit I wanted but got to see her whole line of clothing.
The 5 stars really comes from the cashier though, she was so nice and went out of her way for me to save money. I didn’t know Sears & KMart were associated together with the program «Shop your rewards». I had created an account with Sears a few months ago and she was able to pull my account up, she found that I had 9.00 in free credit that expired tomorrow and applied it to my account! Sure the line was building up but she made sure that every customer was able to save some kind of money!
Cashiers that go above and beyond like this are hard to find, they usually are just going through the motion of having to work and don’t truly care. Also they have free service when it comes to your layaway, no service fee which is nice. I would definitely do my clothing shopping here, good prices, good points program and good service!
