We have been using Master Touch forever. They provide great service and stand behind their work. If something is quite right they have no problem fixing it. Shirts with broken buttons come back repaired and I don’t even have to ask.

If you would like to pay $ 6 for a shirt to be dry cleaned, and $ 10 for a dress, then this is the place for you. As the previous reviewer stated, the clothes come out the same if you had gone somewhere cheaper. I just moved to the area and had several items dry cleaned for what used to cost me $ 50-$ 60 in Tustin, but Master Touch Cleaners charged $ 189– no joke. I almost shat myself when I saw the receipt. We ended up talking the lady down to $ 144. Only after the bill came out did I see the price list on an 8×11 piece of paper taped to a wall… i suppose it is my fault for not asking the prices first, but seeing as no dry cleaner I had ever frequented charged $ 6 for a shirt, it did not even cross my mind. Service was certainly not worth $ 189, when I arrived on a Saturday my clothes were not wrapped in the typical dry cleaner plastic, so I had to wait 15 minutes while the lady got them ready. Once that was all set I was informed one of my shirts would not be available until Monday. I dropped the clothes off on a Tuesday, so the time it took to even attempt a retrieval my clothes seemed a little excessive. The shirt I can pick up today, just a regular plaid cotton dress shirt, nothing fancy… not sure why it is taking nearly a week.\ Never again.

Service is okay, price is high, but the clothes came out as it would going elsewhere for less. Not perfect, but not horrible.
