History

Established in 2008.

Established in 2008, Method Sound is inspired by a talented and meticulous proprietor Michael Thompson to deliver a level of satisfaction to clients not often experienced with any of their automobile related service providers. With over 16 years of experience beginning at several high profile installation centers where «good ‘nuf» was the standard Thompson was consistently admonished for «over delivering» according to his «superiors».

Michael took his experience and desires to make «over delivering» the only acceptable standard and created Method Sound. Before aftermarket installation Thompson was a CAE auto mechanic. The resulting experience with, and knowledge of, OE (original equipment) standards and systems provides a unique platform for Method Sound to «over deliver» while never degrading any of the vehicle’s OE stuff. This OE Standards culture has served Method Sound and its many happy clients remarkably well for some 7 years.

Michael Thompson: Proprietor

Thompson’s unique background provides the platform for the Method Sound, OE (original equipment) standards culture. Michael’s first real job as a young adult was an ASE auto mechanic. This is very relevant to Method Sound in that Michael has a detailed, thorough knowledge and understanding of the systems and workings of the automobile. Therefore, when crafting a plan to incorporate any of the many aftermarket product options presented at Method Sound, Thompson does so in such a way as to have zero negative impact on the OE systems in the automobile. The result says Thompson: «Years of absolute listening pleasure, and when visiting the service garage, no claims from the mechanic that the problem can’t be fixed because the car stereo guy created it».
