You can’t ask for much more than someone to do exactly what they say they are going to do. It doesn’t happen enough and these guys are rock stars as far as I’m concerned.

Called OC Pro Tech for an estimate at my office. We get our carpets cleaned here at least once every 60 – 90 days and the last few companies we’ve tried had done mediocre work for outlandish prices. They would hook us with the $ 99 special (the most common special you’ll see online) and when they would show up, we would be told that since it was an office building it was considered commercial, and would not fall under the deal. This would usually result in a $ 250+ charge… But not OC Pro Tech.
I called Cliff and asked if we could make a later appointment right before closing time, that way we could have the carpets cleaned without needing to really use the office. He said sure that’s fine, and we set an appointment for 3pm. Cliff showed up around 245p and took a look around to give an accurate estimate. He determined we were roughly 500 sq. feet and gave us a price of $ 150.00. We are a small plumbing company and he asked us some questions regarding his personal property and we informed him of the different options he has. Working at a small trade company, I understand the difficulty of getting work and locking in jobs. Cliff was an honest guy, and told me exactly what they would be doing. He even broke down some of the science behind cleaning carpets effectively (PH balances, etc.) Cliff really knows his stuff and did a great job at a great price. He was honest through the whole process and that is key in building any small business. The carpets look great, and my boss is happy (his wallet too) I would definitely recommend OC ProTech to any of my friends or family.

I’ve had other carpet cleaning services come to the house in the past, but this was by far my best experience. Cliff & his guy showed up right on time, did a thorough walk through of the house, gave me a reasonable estimate… then went to work. Bottom line, they did everything they said they were going to do and more. My wife and I are stoked with the results. I’ll definitely have them back to clean all of our tile & grout at a later date. I’m done calling around for a carpet cleaning deal. When it’s time to get everything cleaned again, I’ll be calling Cliff. BTW: He wasn’t any more expensive than the other guys (which usually quote you one thing over the phone and tell you its going to be $ 75-​$ 100 more once they get there; Bate & Switch). Not Cliff. He’s an honest small business owner whom I now trust with all my floor cleaning.

The guys have a lot of experience and you can definitely notic that they know what they are doing!
After a while the carpet got the same steins it had befor so I think it’s cleaning just the surface.

Showed up on time, didn’t try to upsell. 2 strong guys worked hard and fast and did a great job. Friendly and courteous too. I will have them back next time.

First time using these guys and it was a great experience. We had been looking for someone to do the cleaning of our house after we move out to prep it for new tenants. It seems like that was a difficult task to accomplish. Most people wouldn’t call back and the ones that did had some weird pricing.
OC ProTech was easy to work with and price was perfect. No up-​sells, no funny business.
Another reason I am giving them a five star is because I had to do a schedule adjustment at the last minute (about 2 hours before the scheduled time). I needed them to come 30 minutes later. They said no problem… But the best part is that they actually showed up on time as requested.
You know that most times when you change the schedule in short notice the vendor will show up too early or too late.
As far as the work goes, it was flawless, and the owner and his partner were polite, friendly and worked quickly.
I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

I found them through other Unilocal recommendations when I was looking for a non-​toxic (green) carpet cleaner. I couldn’t be more pleased. Cliff is a consummate Pro in the business and it’s nice to know that the owner is present on each job. Arrived exactly on time. Respectful of house & contents and uses corner guards to protect walls. Managed my expectations regarding degree of pet stain & odor removal that could be expected, but then definitely EXCEEDED those expectations, as carpet is now new looking & has no odors at all. His equipment is very good… strong extraction, which leads to very reasonable drying time, Yay! I didn’t need it, but people with more challenging pet issues will be interested to know that Cliff can do some kind of special injection process for severe odors that penetrate carpet padding. Finally, I found his prices to be somewhat more reasonable than some others.

I called OC Pro Tech about cleaning my large, wool area rugs. I have 6. On short notice (we talked the night before) he was at my house at 8am the next day. Other carpet folks I spoke with either wouldn’t touch my wool rugs or couldn’t put together a sentence to communicate clearly. Cliff said he had several methods to use to test whether the rugs could be cleaned by his technology. He tested all the rugs and found one that may bleed, but the others he cleaned likety split. He was very easy to work with and he’s smart, which is no mean feat with all the shysters one can find advertising these days. I’d use OC Pro Tech again in a heartbeat.

My office needed carpet cleaning. I got quotes from about a dozen carpet cleaning companies. Called Cliff, he had the BEST price out of there and he was able to come the very next day. He was on time, polite, and did a FANTASTIC job on the carpet. Now our office smells wonderful and we have super clean carpet all around.

What a great experience! Primarily, I called Pro Tech because they provide a green, non-​toxic carpet cleaning service — I have a one-​year old, so this was really important to me. On top of that, Cliff did a really great job — my carpets look wonderful, and they are super soft too (he told me the last carpet-​cleaner I used left soap in the rug which caused it to feel crunchy). He was professional, prompt (available the next day), honest, and thorough. I definitely recommend using him and will use him again.

I have a 800 sq. feet condo. Cliff was early and did a thorough job cleaning all the hard to remove stains. He was efficient with his time and was very reasonable in price. He was local so he came to check out the place beforehand. We would definitely hire him again.

Great customer service. I called in a panic Sunday evening and Cliff came out early the next morning. Our tenants just vacated and it looked like they worked on motorcycles inside the house. The carpets were a disaster. Cliff did a top notch job and I will definitely use his service again.

Price was less than most of the competition. Cliff, the owner, came back later in the day when I came home and found an area that didn’t seem perfect once it all dried. My carpets are sort of a mixed so it would’ve been hard to tell when it was wet.
He is super positive and very concerned about making sure his clients are satisfied and return customers. I will use his services again because of that. Hard to find a stand up small business owner in this area sometimes, but this guy earned it.
