Progressive Property Management, Inc. is a family-​owned company assisting owners in the management of their single family homes, townhomes, and mult-​unit buildings. Started in 1997 by Scott P. Brady after he grew frustrated over the poor quality of service for companies managing his personal investment properties, Progressive Property Management seeks to set the standard of excellence in this industry.

Young is the Branch Manager of the Beach Cities area for Progressive Property Manager. Young has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has lived in the Beach Cities area his entire life.

Young believes in providing a higher level of service than expected by his clients or promised by the company. He understands that an investment property in the Beach Cities can be a major part of his clients’ portfolios and he wished to provide «Concierge Service» to them.
