Ryan with Riverside Property Manager was great to rent from! Any issues we had with the property he made certain to send someone out almost immediately to resolve the problem. Our family experienced some difficult matters, Ryan was very understanding. My husband was transferred to another state for employment. Ryan was kind enough to allow us out of our lease early with a 30 day written notice as well as return our deposit. I would highly recommend this property management company!

My wife and I lived at 313 E. 17th Place for the first 3 years of our marriage. They were blissful and we considered this place our home. We needed to move out because of a career transition and so I was dreading talking to Ryan about needing to break our lease because I knew as the renter that we’d be at his mercy when it comes to breaking a lease. Well, safe to say, that Ryan was more than merciful. Not only did he let us break the lease, pretty much at will, but gave us 100% of our security deposit back after over 3 years of living in that apartment. Definitely the best experience I have had with any renting situation ever.

Ryan is a thief!
Did not accept my application to rent but did accept my money. Also he hasn’t replied to any of my messages, or my phone calls. I tried to rent using his service and it was terrible! Please hear my warning. If you try to rent and your hispanic or any other ethnicity. you will be rejected and belittled. He has made up tons of excuses to why he doesn’t want to rent to «Jose». I should have said my name is Joseph.

Do not rent from them. The photos they have posted are most likely from properties they’ve already rented, as well as not showing you how filthy some of their other rentals are. When you sign a lease w a company & call not even an hour later bc you’ve found many things wrong w the place, you’d think they’d give you the entire deposit back. Ryan, who’s the son of the owner, is the one who made the decision not to return the entire deposit. He charged us $ 300 to get out of our lease. Complete scam!

Good service. Great company. Smooth transition into my Huntington Beach rental. Ask for Ryan he will take care of you. This company uses high tech lo boxes allowing you to enter properties yourself after registering on a website. I was able to look at the place 8am on a Sunday. Very convenient.

I recently rented a property from this company in Long Beach. I was really impressed with the quick response. I needed to move into a place that weekend. After submitting my application I was approved within a few hours and able to move in the next day. The unit was professionally cleaned and the move in was seamless. I have been here for 5 or 6 months now and I am very pleased with the company. They direct debit my rent from my account each month so I don’t have to deal with checks, none of my previous landlords have offered this. I would recommend Riverside Property Manager to my friends and family.
