I’m in town from Utah and stopped in to check out the shop I bought a sigelei 213 for about 40 less than at home. the staff was a great help. I forgot who helped me but he gave me a sample of a new sour dream juice. Thanks man I will be ordering from you guys from home!

Great vape store! Not only did they help me out but they took the time to explain things and answer all my questions and my boyfriends. We are definitely planning on going back!

There’s no ifs or buts about it.
Customer services is always on point. The staff always says Hi from the moment u walk in to Bye as u leave. And if they are busy the acknowledge u are there and tell u they will be right with u.
Other places just don’t care to acknowledge u as Vaping Industries does. So once again customer service is great. And u can talk to the sales ppl like if they were your friend everyone is so down to earth, nice, and funny. But best of all extremely helpful.
Let’s get on with the e-​juice selection. There’s so many brands and so many different flavors. And every week is a new juice on the shelves. Since there’s so many I tell the them the description I want in a juice and they either find it for me or get me one close to it. I don’t try it or test the juice before hand. I leave it up to the staff and they are seriously so spot on with what I’m looking for. And they have all the «hype juice» at such a great price!
Hardware there is pretty awesome they are always having the new best thing. From starter kits to the cloud chasers. I bought a K Box thru them and as I purchased it they told me all sales were final but that there was a warranty and that if anything happened to the product like not turn on or look like a manufactured problem to save the box and the receipt and mail it back to the manufacture and they will ship me a brand new one back. Sounded fair to me.
Well months later I ended buying a different box mod that gave me problems I walked in there and told them my issues and they helped me try to figure out the problem once they saw it was a manufacturer problem and that I just didn’t break it. They asked for the box and the receipt and swapped it out for me. I was so happy they did that. I mean they were very nice thru the whole process and understanding.
This is why I will only go to a Vaping Industries locations!!! They take care of their customers. I don’t care what ppl say this is the go to place for all your Vape needs.

Went here on Friday to get some juice and wire. People were nice. There were two girls working there. Girls gave me mixed answers on what they had in stock. Tried out a few juices, got the ones I liked. One in 6mg and the other in 18mg. I get home, open the 18mg bottle and put it on some fresh cotton. Turns out that it didn’t have any nic in it. I figured it had to have been a fluke and so I rewick and switch to the 6mg bottle. Again, it turns out to be another 0mg. Dissatisfied. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

This place is cool BUT some of the people that work there are not friendly. They have great juice, really awesome flavors. BUT they do not back their products. I recently bought a top loading tank there. For those of you who Vape, you know that nice tanks are not cheap. It broke within two weeks. I went in to buy a replacement top and they don’t carry them. You have to buy a whole new tank. I don’t want to spend another 50 dollars. They offered 25% off a new tank — H E L L O? It was a new tank I just bought from you. Really?
Get your juice here but not your equipment. They don’t back it up and hopefully you know what juice you seek.

Well stocked Vape shop. Very nice décor, great selection And the owner is hot. Stop by for a great experience with a very knowledgable staff.

Pretty nice people who will help you out with whatever you needed. If you’re looking for juice (why I came by), they’ll let you try whichever one catches your eye. Juices are around $ 12-​$ 20-​ish. Their selection is vast and all the testers are 0mg. I came looking for one of the cosmic fog ones and they said they don’t have 0mg for that brand which didn’t make sense to me because it’s a probably brand, wouldn’t you want to have all levels for that? Bummer.
What pushed me forward to buy from them is the «mention Unilocal and get 20% off» thing. When I did, the sales guy said I had to write a review on the spot before I could get the discount. So there I was trying to write a nice review and then they even read the whole review off your phone. The sales guy who helped me find my juice and rang me up told me to mention his name in the review. Didn’t really know if that was professional, but I did it anyways just so I could get my juice and leave. When i got my receipt, I noticed only 10% off was discounted. Probably should’ve communicated that before.
So, yeah I’d come to this place again, I started a rewards thing with them and it’s near my work so why not. Just iffy about their professionalism and how to get the Unilocal deals. How do you expect someone to write a 100 – 200 word review about a place they were probably in for about 10 – 15 minutes and on the spot in front of a cashier. Just seems like they’re making you write good stuff about them as well as making you include their names. Hmmm.

Kayla is awesome. This shop is super chill, huge juice selection and they know what they are talking about when it comes to mods and builds.

My brother-​in-​law referred my husband and I to this place for our first vaping experience, and he was right when he said this is the best place in Orange County. Angel and Gunner were so nice, patient and helpful. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for anything vape-​related.

I don’t know why this place gets such great reviews on customer service. Every time I have been the employees are watching TV and seem much more interested in what’s on than in helping me. Last time I went in I felt like I was taking their time and that they just wanted me out of their shop. The guy who helped me said they were out of Apple Butter so I asked him if anything compared to it, and he just said no. Didn’t offer me any other suggestions that may be close to it… just a straight up no. He looked so bored and annoyed with me that I just told him he could go help another customer. One of the only redeeming qualities about this place is the rewards program. That’s the only reason I’ll be coming back.

These people are amazing, highly recommended. They are genuinely interested in making your experience top notch. Helped me beyond belief and I’m now loyal to this joint forever! A+ people, environment, and shopping experience. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Vaping industries is one of the top Vape stores in OC.
The owners do a very great job at stocking a great variety of quality juice flavors, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they offer a lot of fun events. The mod builders also know what they are doing.

Well I’m already a repeat customer. Great Shop! I moved to Santa Ana and I still drive here just to get a rebuild or some juice. The service is great and the prices are better! They always have some deal going on. Make sure you earn your reward points. I can’t tell you how many free bottles they’ve given me. It seems like every third visit.
True Story there’s no mod they can’t fix. My King mod was broken and JR was the only person that could fix it. These guys (and girls) know what they are doing. I highly recommend their shop to anyone!

Just went by here to get my tugboat mod re wrapped and Robert helped me out. He killed it! Best wrap I have ever had on this mod. I can wrap it myself but Robert took the time to explain everything about this mod and the right way to do it. Thank you guys!

Vaping industries is no doubt the best Vape shop! I live in Coronado SD and been to 7 different shops down here and all around SD and just nothing compares, it’s so worth the drive to Vaping industries, for dank juice, the best mods, and simply just the vibe that Vaping industries has, the staff is incredible! So helpful and very easy to approach! Ask for Gunner, JR., Or Jessica, they are just incredible! And highly recommended for costumer service! Gunner is the guy I go to, got me started with my first vape, and always knows the dankest juices to get!

I bought my first mod from vaping industries about 9 months ago and I love it! Its a clone but has lasted me this long and is still going strong. Every time I go in there to buy juice or get a build, the staff is super friendly and gives fast service. They always greet you when you walk in the door and make you feel right at home.
They also have a free stars system where you get points everytime you buy something. I love when I am purchasing juice and they tell me I can get it for free because of all my stars! That is always a pleasant surprise. They also have the best selection of juices and don’t make you feel bad about trying as many flavors as you want, while they make suggestions. Ask for Anthony or JR for the best build. Or the other asian guy (don’t know his name) I am going to be a lifer at Vaping Industries.

Their selection in hardware and juices are top notch which means you don’t need to shop around anywhere else. Between that and their huge selection of juices along with unbeatable prices on the juice (deals on: Tuesday 2 for 20 and Thursday 3 for 30). I have found my go-​to shop.
Everyone that works there is always friendly, efficient, and professional when ever I visit. However Jose and JR are usually the one’s behind the counter when I go and their ability to greet you upon walking in, no matter how many customers are being helped makes all the difference. Their skills in re-​builds, hardware recommendations, and juice knowledge is superior to all other shops.

This place is exceptional and the staff is so helpful. I don’t live near this area but saw so many great reviews so I decided to give them a visit. There juice selection is wonderful. I definitely don’t mind making the drive to Costa mesa from Pomona, Its worth the 40m drive. They have hot wires and my favorite ejuice cinema. The staff is very knowledgeable about there products and there builds as well. They went beyond my expectations and so far its just been an all around great experience.

My Favorite Vape Shop. The crew here is always welcoming and helpful. I’ve been to many of the shops in the O.C. & enjoy what each b&m offer, but Vaping Industries is my go to. They are not the closest to my apt., but their friendly relaxed atmosphere keeps me coming back. Excellent line of juice brands and flavors. Great juice testing bar. Let the team know what flavors (fruit, savory, dessert) you are looking for and they will work with you to find your juice. Good selection of mods, starters, rba, and accessories. Best events you will attend.
Their 5star rewards system is the best.

There is a reason why the reviews for Vaping Industries are consistent and that’s because it’s clear this business is consistent in service.
We stumbled upon this place on Unilocal last night and decided to check it out after finishing dinner at Union Jack Fish & Chips (go there, the place is great. I don’t know why I haven’t written a review yet). We had called earlier to see if they could do a quick cotton rebuild for us. John, who had answered the phone, at first seemed hesitant but said he could do it for $ 5. I was a bit wary, but am glad he proved me wrong with his impeccable skill and handy work, not to mention his strong small-​business ethic.
Ashley greeted us upon arrival — she had been expecting us (brownie points)! John immediately set off to work on the rebuild while Ashley gave me a tour of the juice bar. We never expect to buy any juice when we go get a rebuild in a new shop we’ve never been to, but we usually walk out with at least a bottle of something and last night was no exception. My guy purchased a bottle of Devilution… something. Crap. I don’t remember the name, but it’s great on a drip! I found a few new favorites from a Filipino line that specializes in menthol flavor juices.
A few things you should know about this place:
1. They do not sell their own line of juices, but they sell some pretty exclusive brands (like the Filipino line that I just mentioned and Space Jam).
2. They sell some rebuildables, but push more starter kits for the vaping noobies. Don’t be shy, we were were noobs too!
3. This is a small business with a great business ethic. As such, this vape shop is not marketed as a lounge – there are no couches like some of the vape shops you may have visited. This was not a turn off for me personally and if you’ve read my review for Vapor Workz in Santa Ana, Ca., you’ll understand why. This is not a place to study – this is a business. Respect!

As of this writing Vaping Industries has been open for 2 months and I have a great feeling they’ll stay open when all the other shops run by kids with no business background (or an in-​depth understanding of the community) will fail. If you are a small business owner or are thinking about opening up a vape shop, do yourself a favor and visit Vaping Industries and observe how John and Ashley run this shop.
